I can t say enough about this shop! It s my new Go To! They seem to do ALL things vehicles. My truck was in need of an emergency repair (Exhaust Manifold). They were able to fit me in the same day even though they didn t have all the parts in stock. They managed to get the parts outside and still get it done by the end of the day. The customer service is amazing. Started with chatting with Alex recommending I bring the truck in and they could help. Andreas is the owner, along with Alex, who followed up afterwards to see if I was happy. Who does that?! So nice! Thomas was my service advisor who walked me through everything. He is very knowledgeable, not just a desk worker. I appreciate his demeanor and professionalism.I have been trying to find a place for my oversized vehicle. Looks like I found it! Happy customer!

This was my first time to take my car to this locally owned shop and every single team member I came across with during my visit was exceptional. My car was ready way before promised- which is always nice surprise. On top of it, a couple of days later the business owner personally reached out to follow up, making sure everything went well and up to my expectations. Talking about going about and beyond, right? I am overall very impressed and will definitely be back with my next service needs!

As a new customer at We-Fix-It, I was so relieved to be treated so courteously and promptly by Thomas! It has been hard to find a Mercedes repair shop where I wasn t talked down to by their staff. I admit- I don t know much about the mechanical aspects of my vehicle- I m a nurse, not a mechanic! So when Thomas went out of his way to answer my questions without making me feel like an idiot- I was so relieved and grateful that I had finally found a repair shop that valued me as a customer and not just a number! It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be a return customer! I m so grateful that a good friend recommended We-Fix-It as her go to mechanic! They will be mine for all future vehicle needs as well!Thanks guys! You re all amazing!

This was my first visit to the shop. My experience was worth more than 5 stars! I felt comfortable throughout the entire process of dropping off my car to picking it up again. My service writer, Trevor, kept me informed the entire time. He got me a ride home and offered options for payment plans. I felt they were honest with me and my car has been repaired correctly. I will be returning to this shop for all my future car maintenance or repair needs. Thanks again!

WeFixIt Tempe has a very professional staff, and a great environment. They were very organized, communicative and the entire service process was efficient and faster than I expected.I m new to Arizona, and it can be a challenge to find new service providers. What brought me in initially was a mailer with a photo of the owner and his adorable family. That let me know that family is a priority for this business, and I always love to support local family owned businesses.Overall, it was a positive experience, and grateful I ve found a local gem for my car. Nick, and a new hire took care of me - they were great. Very personable and professional.

Top knotch service center. Professional service writer's working with customers to ensure the customer and their vehicle get the care they deserve. I was in town buying a car from a Scottsdale dealership that was not honest and I was truly blessed to have an upstanding group of automotive professionals perform a pre-purchase inspection to give me a clear picture of the condition of the vehicle for the forthcoming purchase negotiation.I bought the car with eyes wide open.Thanks a bunch.

My experience at We Fix It was nothing short of stellar! I called in and spoke with Trevor when my truck broke down at work. I gave him a quick briefing, he told me I could night drop it and he would personally look for it in the morning. He was super communicative and asked for permission before running diagnostics. My truck ended up being fine but they reassured me to bring it back if needed and I wouldn t be charged for another diagnostics test. Not a lot of mechanics provide this quality of service anymore, and as you can tell by this review and others, We Fix It goes above and beyond to achieve great service. A true 5 star rating is deserved!

I have a Mercedes GL450 that needed an oil change and a review of the other systems. I hadn t heard of We-Fix-It before. I met Craig at their shop. He had their driver take me back to my home. We fix it did a great repair on my VANTAGE. Every other repair shop s were asking for too much money and some didn t want to do it. Nick was very helpful with finding a solution to my vehicles problem. I ll be taking my vehicles back to them . Thanks WeFixIt.

I ve brought two Audi s to We-Fix-It Auto Repair and I am incredibly impressed with the quality of work, the price for European cars and their transparency in giving good advice on keeping our cars on the road and not recommending unnecessary work to us.Trust is hard to build and easy to lose ..especially in the auto-repair world, but these guys filled me with confidence and we ll be back again whenever we need work done.Many, thanks to Craig and Andreas and all of the team for outstanding work and value.Paul M.

You can tell all the people here are honest, happy and truly love their job. Craig helped me out with any and all advice with my truck. The Toyota dealership was going to charge me $2,100 for an oil change, transfer case fluid change, both diff. fluid change and trans. fluid flush and change. Here they charge less than half that cost while maintaining higher quality work. I will not be going anywhere else in the valley from here out.

My 1st visit to We-Fix-It. I dropped off my SUV in the morning and Nick was the employee greeting me and was very pleasant and helpful. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting room even though I did not stay. NIck kept me informed via texts of the process of my oil change. As promised, the SUV maintenance was completed in 4 hours. I picked up my SUV and paid, and was extremely happy with everything - they even ran it thru a car wash! Andreas the owner even contacted me the following day to ensure I was satisfied with the work and experience. I will definitely return again and would encourage anyone to give them a try.

We Fix It is the best shop in the Phoenix area! I interacted with 3 separate people and all were very knowledgeable, and helpful. They explained what service was needed, and got the work done on time. The price was lower than I expected. All around great experience. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend We Fix It Auto Repair! I went in for a standard oil change and found out my water pump was leaking. Instead of just telling me, they took me back and showed me the damage. I wasn't financial prepared to pay for a big auto repair, but they offered numerous financing options that helped me cover the bill. It was a very stressful day, but I felt that the staff understood my dilemma and was willing to work with me, which made me feel appreciated and understood on a human level. I am really grateful and believe in good business ethics! We-fix-it Auto is a great company and I will continue to give them my business, because they are kind, professional, understanding and most importantly, they truly care! Highly Recommend!

Omg, they did a great job. Where do I start !!1. They give a detailed report with pictures showing what and why you need it to fixed. Who does that now and days. Absolutely amazing.2. So they give you a ride back and forth from your home which is a sweet touch.3. They are on time and responsiveThis shop is highly recommended.

Beyond impressed with We Fix It Auto Repair. I called on a Friday telling them my situation, they had me come by to look at my alternator and ended up needing a drive belt not the alternator it self. They took it in instantly and had it done the same day! Not to mention they washed and vacuumed after they fixed my car. Customer service was beyond all my expectations. I will be bringing all my vehicles to We Fix It Auto Repair from here on out.

I experienced wonderful service with friendly staff! They also did my oil change for a very reasonable price. I also appreciate that they didn t try to add a bunch of unnecessary services just to charge me extra money. The only hiccup is that the parking lot is a crowded space with few open spots.

My first visit was just to fix a light in my car! The gentleman was so nice and helpful. When it came time for me to get an oil change I knew I was going to come back to We-fix-it. Great customer service and fast! Had an appointment and it was less than an hour! Highly recommend!

Only great things to say! My car completely died on me and needed a big fix. They were communicative, quick, and fairly priced. With the holidays coming up and being a student it was a major hit for me but they treated me great and got the price down as much as they could- it made a big difference for me this Christmas and my car is running great. Thank you to Craig and the techs! Next time I need work I ll drive out of my way to come here.

The spot for all your car needs from turbo replacement to timing chain work. These guys are great. They have a 50 point inspection that they do that pretty much gives you a list of stuff that's wrong with your vehicle with pics and tells you what you should fix first. Very nice. Makes you feel like family.

Absolutely amazing service. Trevor helped me out at extremely short notice at 3pm on a Friday and got my car ready within hours to finish my road trip and get home! Andreas checked in days later to make sure my car was still running well also. Feel very grateful, thanks guys!

Had brakes and seat belts repaired on 12 yo Prius. An effort was made to clean the dog hair out of the seatbelt mechanism, to save me replacement costs, but sometimes you can t undo a decade of neglect. After that, the required repairs were done promptly. I was kept abreast of findings, plans and reasons for any changes in the plans. I am having no problems with the car and am happy.

These guys are great - lots of care and attention to my vehicle. They provided a very thorough inspection and explained everything in layman s terms for me to understand so I could decide what I wanted to do with my 07. They were recommending some expensive repairs and ultimately decided not to accept any of them I m only planning to keep this car another year and don t drive it too much.After they took a look, the check engine light came on. My vehicle didn t pass emissions because of that, so I went through the state program as they are registered for it. We-fix-it took care of everything so quickly. Loved the customer care as well - if you drop your vehicle off, they can call a Lyft for you; I received a free oil change too from the time I got the inspection. Such a friendly and efficient group and I cannot express enough how appreciative I am of Nick!! Thank you!!!

We noticed a pretty bad oil leak on Sunday afternoon and I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. I was blessed to receive a $500 coupon for car service from We Fix It and Carvana for my service in the military this past month or so and it really came in handy. They weren't able to get my van fixed that day, so I had to crash a ride from my husband to pick my van up, but we scheduled an oil change for him at the pickup time and they serviced both vehicles quickly and with respect. I strongly suggest these guys if you live near Scottsdale road and McDowell.

I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change service. It was very easy to make an appointment online. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, including the service advisor, Nick Larrew. They got my car in right at my appointment time and I was able to wait for it to be completed.

This place genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.The loaner cars are a great asset on a large repair job that will take time to complete and save quite a lot of money if you need to rent a car.When I don't have the time or desire to do my own repair I will use We-Fix-It, because the work is on par with my own and that is a hard mark to meet.

First time coming here was about 2 weeks ago because there was an issue with my breaks. Turns out there was a bigger issue which is obviously never ideal but We-Fix-It Auto Repair did an amazing job at explaining what was wrong with my vehicle and why it needed to be repaired. Also on top of that, I got my vehicle back within a reasonable time frame. I will definitely be returning here for regular tune ups and repairs in the future!

I received a flyer in the mail so I decided to check this place out. I made an appointment online and received a confirmation for it the very next day. I needed to then change my appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. The staff was extremely friendly, and they were very quick! I really appreciated that they also re-set my oil light, a lot of places don't do that. A few days later I received a text from the owner following up and just making sure all was good. I really love their service and will absolutely be back.
