Nobody wants to have to use a collision shop, however this place made it as painless as possible. My Sorento was done faster than I thought it would be. They fixed stuff other shops may have overlooked, I know I would have. My car looks better than it did when I got it. Will definitely use them again if I ever need to.My battery cable was loose, only downside was it left me stranded. But got it hooked back up and it s all good again.

Had such a great experience here! The final cost came out under the original estimate and in four days faster than they quoted. They made it so easy to get my car fixed and arranged the rental without me lifting a finger. My car came out looking flawless! Vision Collision was such a life saver for us! Our A/C, battery and alternator went out like dominoes in the middle of the summer in Arizona. My husband works 12 hour shifts and with three little ones at home, it was just an inconvenience, it was a major problem to not have a second vehicle. It meant pulling the kids out of bed at midnight to go get him. Vision Collision understands the importance of having transportation and worked so quickly to figure out what was wrong and fix it! The woman in the office was sooo sweet, she listened to my oldest rattle of stories, kept us updated and was always smiling! Wonderful people, wonderful service, and wonderful experience in what could have been a terrible disaster!Services: Air conditioning, Battery

My car was rear ended recently and I used Vision Collision for the repairs and went through the insurance of the person that hit me. I am so thankful that I got to work with Vision Collision. They made, what would have normally been a very stressful process, easy. They were extremely informative, knowledgable, kind, understanding, communicative, and professional. I worked with Angela who could not have been nicer. She answered all of my questions and explained the insurance side of things to me since I had never had to deal with something like this before. She made sure that I, the customer, came first and even worked with the insurance agent on my behalf as well. She consistently updated me throughout the process. I was never waiting to hear from them or trying to get ahold of them. It was also extremely convenient that Enterprise car rental is around the corner, which Angela offered to organize my pick up and drop off from there as well. All around a 5 star business with amazing people. I would not take my car anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

Great place with awesome people who actually care. The team was helpful and informative during the whole process. Finding anyplace that operates with honesty and integrity nowadays is more rare than I want to admit. It was refreshing to deal with such nice people and not feel like just another customer but see where they went above and beyond what's standard. They worked with my situation as it evolved to make sure I was taken care of in the best way possible. They never made false promises or tried to up sell me in any way. In fact they made every effort to over deliver whenever possible. Its a family friendly environment with folks who do what they can to make things right for you. I highly recommend this place for any auto body needs.

This place is Awesome! Vision collision treated me like a friend in trouble. Even though my truck was deemed totaled, they still helped me and explained everything to me in detail. Angela, Todd, and the entire staff were very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go back here if needed. The staff was extremely friendly and caring. Definitely loved dealing with this small local business. Would recommend to anyone I know and even those I don't. Thank you for all the help Vision Collision!!

This is only my second time needing an auto body shop. The first I had used based on recommendations of my insurance. My experience was...not good. This time, I called my favorite mechanic shop, Desert Car Care, and asked for a recommendation. They fell all over themselves to recommend Vision Collision. So pleased with the service. They were very communicative about all the steps of diagnosis and repair. They were very helpful with insurance (who were sometimes really hard to get hold of in quarantine), and rental car logistics. I was also able to pay online, which was really helpful too. My car looks great!

Vision collision was absolutely amazing. I can t speak highly enough of them. Angela was incredible and so helpful on each step of the way. It was unfortunate we had to be there (car accident) but I m so thankful we found a small business who cares about their customers like this business does. Would recommend 110%.

They had repaired my corolla quicker and cheaper than I had expected with amazing work! Angela had communicated very clearly with me what work needed to be done and walked me through the process so I understood exactly what I was being charged for. Being someone who doesn't know a huge amount about cars she gave me peace of mind in the quality of work and treated me more than fair. When my car was returned to me it looked great and they had so kindly cleaned the interior.

I cannot express how thankful I am for these guys! Came here on recommendation from my usual auto shop after my bumper was taken off by a truck in a parking lot. They went above and beyond every step of the way.They drove me to the rental place themselves so I didn't have to wait the extra 15 minutes for Enterprise to come. When the other driver's insurance wanted to squabble over cost and try to get me to pay out of pocket, Angela set them straight. And when I got my car back, it was pristinely detailed inside and out. Pretty sure I got it back nicer than I bought it 4 years ago.If you ever have need of a collision shop, this is the one to go to. Even if it's an hour out of your way, it is well worth the commute. They've got a life long customer out of me!

I just had my first car accident last week. I used faith auto works for my engine repairs and they highly suggested that I use vision collision. So I called and i talked with Todd what all needed to be done and he came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable/outstanding estimate that I couldn't miss out on. So I let him take my car in and the very next day it was done. They replaced my fender, headlight, front bumper and turning signal all at a very reasonable price. I just got my car back and I am beyond impressed. I couldn't afford to paint it to match yet but the cost of doing so is also completely reasonable and realistic. Once I get the chance I'm defiantly going back to have all my headlights replaced and have the paint matched. I am above and beyond satisfied with their work!! Thanks Todd and employees! I'll go to vision over everything for collision!

Absolutely the Best! Outstanding customer service in all areas. Honest and reliable. Door and locking mechanism working perfectly. Car was in much better condition when they returned it! The technician even armour-all'ed the interior and cleaned the windshield! I just can't say enough good things about this shop. We will most definitely be recommending and returning!

We contacted Todd from Vision Collision after hearing a quote to fix my vehicle that was not going to be possible to afford. Initially looking for Todd's opinion on the matter of price, he offered to help right away. He was very open for communication, and took every opportunity to meet us halfway, including his time to come out and see my car in Chandler before bringing it to his shop. Getting a quote back to us in no time, he never once discredited or disrespected the first auto repair shop's quote, despite his quote being much less due to his access to parts and ability to fix my hood instead of replace it. His knowledge in his field is evident, and I trusted his word. Todd even stayed open past his shop hours to ensure that I was able to get my vehicle after work. Upon seeing my car, she looked good as new, drove very smoothly, and was spotless clean. Todd offered outstanding customer service throughout the entire process, and is very genuine and honest. The price to fix my vehicle was absolutely fair, and was fixed in a very efficient and timely manner. I definitely recommend Vision Collision, and will return here should I need to again.

Angela (I'm sorry if I got her name wrong) helped me out today by giving me a quote and evaluating the damage to my bumper. I felt that she was very honest and forthright about what needed to be done. As a woman I am often concerned about getting taken advantage of at car repair shops. Angela put me at ease, and I know she wasn't trying to swindle, which is a relief!

Tried to make me replace my bumper when I just needed to fix a striker plate so my trunk could close. They just want money out of their customersEdit: Using the "correct manufacturing response" is just language to mask the fact that you may not understand how to fix the issue so getting multiple quotes whenever going through any repair or replacement can help a great deal. They will take advantage if you only get one quote and only know what they tell you. Good luck!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Todd and his team. He worked around my schedule, gave me a reasonable estimate, and was quick to respond to any questions I had. My car looks fantastic and as if nothing ever happened! I would recommend Todd and his team to anyone looking for car repair.

My 4Runner front bumper was damaged from rear-ending a tow hitch. I was expecting a lot of work and expensive repairs, but Vision Collision had it repaired like new in 2 days, and their cost was very reasonable! Their communication is great and the Vision Collision team makes you feel like more than just a "customer." Thank you so very much!!

Vision Collision took care of me when my Rav4 was hit by another driver. They worked hard and quickly to get me back on the road, and I couldn't be happier with their work. My car looks brand new again. On top of that their customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs!

Absolutely excellent repair shop, couldn't ask for anything more. Honest, fair prices, and great work. They have fixed up 2 different personal vehicles for me and 3 different work trucks and all have been completely happy with. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else after working with Todd, Tina, and the crew.

If you don't know about cars DO NOT take your vehicle to this Collision Repair Shop. They will con you as well as they hand off your vehicle to third party companies an refuse to take ownership of their mistakes. Left my 2016 with zero A/C when I had brought in had cool air an Freon in system verified by Jeep dealer. After they returned my vehicle A/C runs as heater. Trying to charge me for a compressor an discharge line at $1,000. Lucky had vehicle checked before bringing it in due to their bad labor the first time. An work on cars myself so I knew they would try to rip off an easy fix. Proceeding to report them to BBB an insurance company for law suit.

Vision Collision were total life savers. They took me in immediately on a Saturday , helped me get a rental, fixed my car quickly, brought my car back to me at work and helped me return my rental. For a working mom, they were a knight on a white horse! I highly recommend them - they are customer service heroes!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! This body shop has terrible relationships with insurance companies. Insurance company doesn't trust them at all. You will waste your time and money. If you plan to pay for everything out of your pocket, maybe this place is ok. Todd and his team has done it again! I went in due to recommendation from another mechanic that I needed to replace my entire clutch after he replaced my master and slave cylinders. The clutch would have cost me an arm and a leg so I went to Todd because I knew he would offer the fairest price. Here's where Todd saved the day and my bank account. Any other mechanic would have been glad to just swap out my clutch and get their money but not Todd. He took it upon himself to figure out if the clutch was actually bad or if it's something else. With the help of his team, he found that the only thing wrong was the master cylinder that my other mechanic installed. It's safe to say I'm not going back to that mechanic again and I'm sticking with Todd and his team. Thank you for all you do Todd! I look forward to doing business with you again.

Vision Collision has repaired both my wife's and my car and they have not only done an exceptional job, they also did it quickly and worked with our insurance to get the needed repairs done, not just the cosmetic things the insurance was going to pay for.
