The experience I ve had with this company was very good! I really appreciated the communication and kindness they offered me. I ve taken very good care of my car over the years so I was devastated when a car accident ruined my vehicle I m very grateful that Valley Insurance Collision Experts were able to return my car to its pristine condition. VICE made it easy to deal with our vehicle damage post accident and was very informative every step of the way. They dealt with the other drivers insurance and helped ensure we got the rental we needed. We would definitely refer them and will use them again if the need ever arises!! I can say 100% by personal experience Vice took care of me and I would say that Kelley was not just a stranger. I talked to over the phone asking me questions. She actually really care about my situation and Kelly help me stay rest assured before I left my car accident she sent a tow truck out to help me Got my tow truck to come right away. I hadn t really nothing to worry about at all. She literally took care of everything and even came in the very next day on her day off on a Saturday just to help me and give me a loaner car she was so nice. She was so sweet and I felt actually so much comfortable knowing that my car is in a safe place that she herself and her company were working on my behalf . It was a huge sense of relief. I would strongly strongly 100% recommend them and also recommend Christina Laguna, which is the person that recommended Vice to me again if you re in a car accident, you need help these are the people to go to because they will not only Treat you with the upmost professionalism, highest courtesy, but they do give you if a family environment sense and to know that they are working on your behalf. Every time I ve gotten emails from them calls text they just send me a sense of family orientation and that they are working on my behalf and there s not enough I could say about them and Kelly does deserve a raise and Jacqueline 100% and a free trip to Hawaii. Lol .

I can t explain how much stress and anxiety I had after my head on collision. But immediately upon getting referred here, my experience became much more relaxing as Kelly took excellent care of me and took the burden of the dealing with insurance as I recovered from my injuries. Working full time and getting medical help already takes so much of my spare moments, so it was relaxing knowing Kelly had my best interests at heart whiling dealing with insurance. While resolution took so long with insurance, it felt like it was over in the blink of an eye as so much of my stress was taken away by the amazing treatment and service I received from this organization as a whole. I would rate Kelly a million stars in a heartbeat and anyone would be extremely lucky to have her on their side as well. If I m ever to get in an incident again I know who to call, and I also know who to recommend for anyone I know. Communication 10/10

Antonio and Brian and the VICE team are extremely dependable and take great care and pride in their services. I was pleased how quickly the VICE team corresponded to get vehicles towed, loaner vehicles available, and services performed. The team is very accessible. Each phone call has been answered, and texts responded to within minutes. I am impressed with the level of communication.

Amazing, was put in a rental the same day. My truck was picked up in hours and they did all the handling with insurance! I was even given a free diminished value on my car that I didn't know I could get! Forever grateful for my attorney sending for VICE!
