Isaac is a life saver! My car had coolant leaking and we were nonstop calling car shops in the area because we had a 6 hour drive home. This happened around 1:30pm on Saturday, every car shop said they wouldn t be able to take a look because they were closing soon and that they d be closed on Sunday.We decided to try calling one more shop which thankfully ended up being Tri City Auto. Within a few seconds Isaac answered, we told him our problem and he said to bring the car in right now so he could take a look. This was around 1:50pm, ten minutes before they closed for the weekend.The second we pulled up the coolant hose bursted and he assured us that he d get it done by Monday. Sure thing on Monday around 11:30am the car and finished and we safely drove home. Couldn t thank Isaac and his team enough. Literally a great spot for anyone looking for car repairs!

I can't praise Tri City Automotive Repair enough for the peace of mind they've given me. My daughter's car needed repairs twice, and she's 2,000 miles away from home. It's challenging to trust just anyone, especially when you can't be there in person. But the owner,Isaac and his team have proven to be nothing short of honest and professional.On both occasions, they were transparent about the work that needed to be done, offered fair prices, and ensured that my daughter's car was in excellent condition before she hit the road again. Great work for a great price. Mechanic down the street quoted me 3x as much for same repairs. Isaac is honest and quick, two things that are hard to find when your car needs maintenance. Tri city auto is my new go to.

Tri City Auto Care is an amazing shop to get your vehicle fixed. I took my work vehicle a 2014 Ford Connect Shuttle Bus. There were several issues with air conditioner system. Isaac diagnosed problems with the vehicle 2 side fans and 1 engine fan. 2 batteries that needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not a regular repair that he worked with before. They worked together and got it repaired in 2 days. As long as this place is here, I won't take my car anywhere else. Issac is amazing and does a great job at unbelievable prices. There's no trying to tell you you need a repair when you don't like a lot of places. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and wants you to be happy with the results.

What can I say. Honesty that is the most important . They could have worked for days and charged $$$$$. but no! They called and said hey looks like its the battery Need to do diagnostic run. Replaced battery ran diagnostics and yup just the battery. They are so nice. Never made me feel like a silly woman. Thanks to all of them.

The repairman Isaac changed the clutch on my truck and after he did that, the truck started leaking transmission oil. Then it took him two attempts to repair the oil leak. This is the way they return my truck back, the boot was not put in place, my seats and carpet covered with oil.

I took my car to other shops and they were asking to pay $120 to check it out, then i took it to Isaac at Tri City and he did not charge me for diagnosis and the only issue was the coolant temperature sensor, he fixed it in less than 1 hour for only $80. I was super fortunate when I asked my friend if he knew of an HONEST mechanic that he referred me to Issac. I had issues with my rotors and was quoted 1,200 from Sun Devil (trash). Anyhow, this business fixed them perfectly for 600.00 and did an amazing job.Recently had issues with a bunk battery I got from Autozone. My old battery was no good so got it replaced by them and after that my car wouldn t start in the mornings, Issac got me into the shop as a walk-in and said it was the battery but Autozone insisted it was something else draining my battery and refused to replace it at that time. Anyhow, I brought back to Issac and he is that knowledgeable that he knew it was my battery, so I finally got Autozone to replace it and boom, no car issues. Issac is honest, loyal and one hella mechanic. I would never go elsewhere moving forward. Found my forever guy . On top of that, he called me the following week to ensure my car was working. Like who does that?!I work for Yelp, so I legally can t write him a review there, but he deserves a 5 star on that platform. Thank you for the coolant flush, radiator hoses, thermostat and oil change on my Camaro! One of the best shops in Tempe/Scottsdale. Really great work. Really fair prices. Isaac is a really, really hard working guy and a blast to talk to in person as well. Highly recommend to anyone. He can handle big jobs as well as tiny jobs too. Does it all.

I went to them a few years back. Recommended them to a friend. I moved to Phoenix sincr then, yet they were one of the best I ever went to for car reairr. Issac is honest, fair and their work is the best. If I need any big repairs it's a bit far, yet I would go and trust my car would have quality service with fair price.

Great work Isaac Is the man coolest mechanic around! Had my g37 done in a day and half he gets it done right and quickly and best prices around trust me i looooked around and found the best place thanks Isaac! :)

I went to this place because of the reviews and have to say I m more than disappointed. I paid 600 dollars to get my belt fixed and still to this day it squeaks exactly how it did when I took it in to get fixed. I took my car In twice and the second time I was told he didn t even touch it, it just stopped squeaking THEN was told if it didn t stop I would need new brakes then also told my belt would squeak if it got cold. Call me crazy but I paid 600 bucks, my car should not be squeaking at all.UPDATE- I took it to a new mechanic and I had to have the entire thing fixed the right way for 600 dollars more. Please do not go here for serious repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They have done a lot of work on my truck. My truck was dead for a year, chased down code after code and found other issues that didn't have codes attached. Great mechanics. Always fast, reliable, honest work at a fair price.

Originally my daughter's car broke down. We were looking for a repair shop nearby and came across Tri City (thanks to the iphone). My daughter called and spoke to Issac, he was very professional and courteous. We had the car towed to Tri City and were met by friendly mechanics. By the time we left we felt like we were leaving the car with trusted family/friends.Late the following morning the car was already! When we came to pick it up, Issac explained what was going on and what was done to the car.About a month later I brought my car in for an oil change and needed a new oil pan. I had shopped around for installation of an oil pan in the past, Issac had by far the best price. When I came to pick up the car, Issac showed me how my tires were wearing and how bad my brakes were. One of my tires was in bad shape and could have caused a major blow out or problems on the road so he rotated them for me out of concern for my safety. If he had had my size tire in stock at the time, he was going to replace the tire for me.When I have needed work done on any of my families vehicles, if it is work they do not specialize in the people at Tri City have given me great recommendations on where to go.I can say without a doubt, when I leave my vehicle or my family or friends leave their vehicle with Tri City Automotive Repair, I know it will be properly taken care of....the biggest thing for me, is knowing they care about the safety of the driver.

I love brining my car to tri city. They are honest and will save anyone money vs the dealer. They will even point out dealer issues and make the best happen within a budget. Customer service is top quality. Love this shop!

Best work at the lowest price. They were honest. They were fast. They knew what they were doing and they charged 1/4 the price and got everything done in under an hour. I am a customer for life.
