I had an issue on my "new to me" Tesla where the main display was not showing half of the display on cold mornings. Submitted photos and scheduled service. Despite this being a used vehicle Matt took care of me like I bought it brand new, explained everything they'd do, and even asked about adding in recalls while they had the car. A few days later and I have it back with a new display that's fully operational. The process was seamless and easy. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and repair service.Friendly and knowledgeable staff.This is the best location in Arizona and one of the few that can service the original Roadster.I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles!!FYI-There is not a showroom at this location. It's only a service center.

Friendly, helpful, attentive. Issue resolved, caused by their staff, but were professional in a final resolution. 2 long stressful months, but resolved while driving a loaner.

I've heard the Tesla Service Centers can be hit and miss, but this one in particular has been phenomenal. We've had to use them several times and recently had an issue with the recalled spine applique on our Model X, which caused major damage to the glass also. They towed it in on a Sunday, pulled it in the shop first thing Monday morning, and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. All during a very busy week leading up to the holidays! Great team, especially Seth, who was very empathetic and communicative the entire time. Highly recommend!

Got a worst possible experience.Vehicle was kept in service mode overnight, which disables all security and locks.And got broke in and all my personal belongings got stolen.Now if I want to claim for this break in, I have to pay deductible from my pocket and possible impact on premiums. And I have to spend lot of time to buy my necessary personal belongings again.Little bit of carefulness would ve avoided this incident.People come here for service, not get robbed. Heard it happen to other vehicles too, Please be careful for now onwards at least.And for sure, not coming back to this unsecured location.

Super Service! Kudos to the detailing team! They gave me great tips on how to keep my Tesla looking new. Even though they use Meguiars chemicals on the commercial level they told me what I can get on the consumer-level; which is basically The Chemical Guys. I will highly recommend them more business. The staff IS easy on the eyes. Great attitude and was greeted warmly even as I was getting out of the rental. Outstanding performance kids! I expect them to continue this stellar service in the years to come....

Car is below average and customer service was the worst I ve experienced. Get ready to overpay for the vehicle and anything that goes wrong with it. Which is a lot!

All guys working at the facility are but TESLA sevice has gone bad from excellent.While most places want customers to sit and be comfortable but here you have to literally stand in front of the service advisor to discuss your car issues which looks very odd, almost like being reprimanded and communications only via texts tends to frustrating.

The people here were friendly and whenever I call they answer the phone. They also had a volunteer who gave us some tips. The delivery experience was interesting even though I felt like they could have explained a few more things about the touch screen rather than rushing through. Overall, we had a good experience.

Tried to schedule an appointment through the app to change my 12V battery. App said it would take a month to get in so I called them up & they took me in same day. Only had to wait an hour. And it was free under warranty. Super clutch!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Frustrating as I couldn't get into my vehicle after working out at gym, and tried all the tricks to get in to open but nothing worked. I had to get my car towed to Tesla service center but there was no way to call them and let them know. It was a Friday late afternoon and had no idea if my car made it. The only way to contact them, I eventually figured out, is to make appt online and appointments were 10 days out. But they did text that they got my appt so I could then write back my vehicle was there. Finally communication but didn't actually talk to someone on phone until Tuesday. $1500.00 dollars later, I got it back on Friday. My car had a 140 v charge when it arrived and 63 when I left and it was filthy dirty. I'm used to service centers like Toyota, who give you a courtesy wash and the car looking better than when you brought it in. I found that a bit disappointing for my first experience, especially still not really understanding what went wrong with my car!

After having a pretty terrible experience at the Mesa Tesla Service Center, my husband and I have been to the Temple location twice now and these guys are Awesome! Jack specifically has exceptional customer service - he took the time to explain things that are and are not covered under warranty and is super polite and friendly. He puts himself in the customer's shoes to ensure he can see both sides to a situation. Josh has also helped us over the phone and was super patient and helpful as well. Highly recommend visiting Jack or Josh for your Tesla service needs!Service: Body & Trim

Paperwork issues are still a problem during pick up but the facility is nice and clean. The parking lot could use more spaces for customer vehicles.

I went in to buy wheel cover caps in person so I wouldn t have to pay for shipping but as it turns out, it s $40+ more to get them at this place. It s much cheaper to buy them online. The service person was really helpful and listened to what I was saying. He also saved me $$ by telling me about the giant price difference. Go Tesla!

My Model 3 was due for it's first tire rotation. I called Costco and they told me they could rotate the tires on a Model 3, even though the tires were not purchased at Costco. However, when I took my car in, the Costco service person kept asking if I had the Model S or X. I kept telling him it was a Model 3 and finally had to explain to him what it was. He told me since it wasn't in the computer, they couldn't rotate the tires for me. So I made an appointment with the Tesla Service Center in Tempe. I was sure they would know what a Model 3 was. We arrived about 30 minutes early and we're greeted by the friendly Tesla employees. They got my car right in and performed the current software update. While we were waiting, we went across the street to Muncha Mania. It was delicious. We came back to the service center and a family was asking the receptionist if they could look at a Model 3. The receptionist explained that this location was only for service and delivery and was providing them with the location of a showroom. Just then, we were notified that our car was done with the service, so I introduced myself to the family and offered to show them my Model 3. They looked at it and I took them on a short ride. They seemed to really like it. I hope they decide to order one. My wife told me later that Tesla rotated the tires free of charge. I love this company.

Got me in on an emergency basis because I was traveling to San Jose and my computer in my 6 week old model 3 was crashing making the fastest computer on wheels into a rock with wheels.Did an amazing job, found a new computer in the Phoenix area installed it, put in all the updates so I could make my trip to San Jose for Chinese New Year.

Beware of this service center - they broke my drive train on my door would not admit that they possibly messed up. They left my key in my car unlocked in the parking lot for days. Terrible management and service.

Jared Gregory at this Tesla Tempe location has by far given me the best service experience possible. His professionalism, empathy and commitment are dead characteristics in today s on-demand economy. It s refreshing to know there are people who still care about people. Thanks Tesla for valuing hiring the right people for your customers!

Well......3 visits to Tesla service centers and still having an issue that at least they acknowledge yet can't resolve surrounding what I call Wheel wobble. The front right tire either wobbles or bounces at speeds over 60 miles an hour not only is it annoying but it's frustrating that they can't seem to fix this

This service center has a great staff and they are fast. Every time I've needed to use them I was able to simply wait.The one down side is there isn't really much to do in the area, so it's not like you can go have a nice meal at a restaurant or wall to a movie or shopping, so if you don't want to wait you might be better having someone do you of and bring you back.

Friendly service professional, timely and effective warranty work was completed and was about as hassle free as it could have been.I had to go out of town right after I droped my car off. When I returned, I got home late at night and was able to come pick up my car without any kind of appointment. It was even on their charger in the lot for me when I returned.Great service, most communication was done easily via the Tesla app.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Iam never going to get my service done through this Tesla service department again. The automated service is a disaster, they don't return messages. There are no ways to communicate with tesla personnel via telephone. I could not get a spare vehicle for a week and they would not return messages as far as driving the vehicle safely. I was called and told the issue was struts on a 2 year old vehicle with 13k miles. Then I was told it was a bent rim. They did not call after they diagnosed the issu to see if I wanted the vehicle fixed. They not only did not repair the vehicle , and refused to do 3 separate recall issues totally unrelated to the primary issue. This complaint is not on desk personnel or first level supervision. Tesla completely disregards customer service and customer safety. I have a warranty and extended warranty and they would not even fix recall issues or give the option of fixing the main issue . This is my first contact with the service department after investing over 60k in this vehicle 6 months prior . I wish i had never wasted the money on a vehicle that they want to sell but not service. EXTREMLY DISSAPPOINTED. This complaint is for the Mesa department , I intend to try tempe to see if it's any different.Service: Tires
