It was my first time to fix my first car in the USA. A manager heard the issues in my car and said I didn t need to pay an inspection fee if my remaining warranty covered my car issues. They provided me with a ride with Lyft since my next destination was within 8 miles, so I was so happy. After a few hours, I got a call from Kia Service, and I took my car without any service fee due to my warranty. I was delighted again :)

Dishonest and incompetent ....especially Jiaro, Paula, & Scott in service. You'd experience less frustration trying to nail Jello to the ceiling than dealing with these horrible employees The reason they get away with so many screw-ups is because GM Katelyn inherited her position instead of creating it, and her total lack of leadership ability infects every other part of their business!I completely regret ever doing any business with them, it truly was a nightmare, can't say you weren't warned!

I made 7 visits to this place before my cars issue was resolved. And I'm still paranoid about another issue coming up due to their lack of finishing the job. Each visit revealed lack of follow through on the mechanics end which resulted in a new issue each time. The last visit was after having the alternator replaced and the audio display being out. They tried to blame me for that. Shortly after this, the vehicle stalled on the road because the mechanic had not attached the alternator cable properly. They ultimately admitted to not checking their work after the initial installation. A very long and unpleasant experience overall.

Great courteous service department staff, this is service at its best. Compared to AutoNation Hyundai in Tempe, this place Kia Tempe is several times better than AutoNation Hyundai

Joseph Herrera is the service rep. That you want Kind and knowledgeable. His team got the job done right the first time. I'm not a fan of dealership prices but my car is running like a CHAMP!!! We appreciate you Joseph.

Do not go here! Joseph is unprofessional and disrespectful. He has no knowledge of cars at all. Needed a simple oil filter end up with a smashed spark plug due to there lack of knowledge or on purpose, told me 3 different things. needed a new KIA engine like my warranty states ended up with an old Honda engine. They also stole parts out of my trunk then told me they were mailed back to me. Didn't change the filters they said they did. Shaking and fuses messed up now. How do you ruin a car this bad?! only had 20k miles. Never had an issue before. Hope no one goes through this. I worked very hard for this new car they totally destroyed. I had to get a lawyer. They'll be replacing my car one way or another.

Had an 8 o'clock app waited 4 hours just for them to tell me my brakes were bad which I already told them before had. I was charged 195 dollars just for them to tell me that but not fix anything due to them being short staffed. So I basically spent 270 dollars for an oil change. Glad I made that 8 am app and waisted 4 hours

Horrible experience. I got a 60k maintenance for $850 and they stated i should get my brakes replaced for $500 and did an alignment. Some how it came out to $2000 dollars.. My car now drives totally different and i dont enjoy driving it anymore. The alignment is still messed up and now there's a rattling noise on my front dashboard. When i took it back in they refused to acknowledge it was caused by them or any sound at all. Huge mistake shady people i dont know how people that work in dealerships live with themselves and their shady jobs.

High quality, professional, & happy to see me young man stood up greeted me with clip board in hand walked me to my car & looking around & in my car while listening to me & responding to me with assured responses of yes sir, right away sir, and we will have all done as quickly as possible, plus we will wash your car too.Boy did he too!! Made me very happy !!

The service at Tempe Kia is awesome! This is my 2nd visit here. I have to say it is my favorite place to service my Kia. Setting up my appointment online was so easy. Someone greets you immediately upon pulling in. My service request was completed quickly. I waited for my vehicle. They have a lot of seating and tables available. TV's everywhere to pass the time. They even have a Keurig for your fresh coffee or tea. The advisors are super friendly and efficient. The services completed were done within a hour and a half. They gave my vehicle a wash too.

They tell you one price for servicing but charge you double when you decide not to go through with any repairs. Asked for a manager to call to talk about the service but no response.

Our 2018 Kia Rio started acting up last week and stalled out on us, so we took it in on a Monday afternoon. Even though they were super busy, I was greeted by a young lady (I cannot recall her name), and then shown to Paula s station. She immediately apologized for making us wait (only ten minutes after our appointment time), and we both completely understood. After that, she was quick, and we left our car for an overnight evaluation. The next day, she called back and explained everything to me, then promised the car by Thursday since they were ordering a part. On Wednesday, she called me again to say that the car was actually finished ahead of schedule! And when I came to pick it up, she was prompt and really kind. If anymore issues come up, she s the one we ll be calling.

When it came time to buy a car I spent a lot of time visiting dealerships and listening to sales. I ended up at Tempe Kia and had the pleasure of meeting Ben. He is so personable. He really made me feel like family, didn t push me into something I didn t want. He was patient with me as well. My husband and I went back and bought a vehicle thanks to him. If you are in the market of buying a vehicle ask for Ben! Thank you!

I set an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived I was told it would be an hour and a half before it was done. That s unreal. If it s taking and hour and a half for an oil change you either need to improve your process or stop over-scheduling. After an hour and a half they were still not done. Absolutely ridiculous. Even though I ve already paid for these services ahead of time, I don t think I ll bring my car here in the future.Service: Oil change

Do not purchase from here or get your service from here if possible, they are terrible. They broke off the antenna from my car in their wash and tried to tell me it must have fallen off on the drive home. They tried to charge me $487 for a suspension replacement I had done for $90 elsewhere. They gave my email and phone number out to businesses so now I get calls and emails saying "we see you just got your kia optima serviced, why not add this to your car". It was just a miserable experience all the way around, I will never trust this business again.Edit: I removed the sales review because this is just for their service department, not sales. After a few days of calling their managers I finally got a replacement coming for the antenna. The suspension replacement is still horrible as it took 15 minutes and was faster and less complicated than doing the brakes.

Had 90k mile service performed by service department requested they run it through the complimentary car wash, not only was car not cleaned properly (dirt and grime still on roof and sides) but windshield now has a crack spanning entire length of the windshield, upon showing to service advisors they blamed it on a chip stating it was there prior, however chip was not there upon vehicle drop off and they stated that there was nothing that could be done and were unwilling to be of further assistance, will not return

Tempe Kia maintenance department is always good to me. They honored an expired coupon on my oil change, replaced my dead battery in my key fob for free, and offered me a free lyft ride instead of waiting for my repairs to be completed.

Went in to get my door fixed and left with a really loud noise on my car and them saying it wasn t their fault but when I brought my car in my car was perfectly fine not making any noises. They continue to say it wasn t their fault and did nothing about it.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Never take your car or buy anything here .... once you buy from them they could carless..... I've been stranded from thursday its now tuesday no rental car nothing.... dont waste your money go to a better kia dealer ship
