Tempe Collision went above and beyond! I have brought two cars here and each time they have done exceptional work, more than I asked for. Tyler helped me this last time and walked me through every step; From getting a quote, showing me what I was paying for and why, and keeping me updated while they had my car. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is awesome. Had paint damage to my 2016 Jeep and they went above and beyond my expectations. Dustin is a great guy to work with and he and his team made my Jeep look like new. Definitely will refer everyone to these guys!

I want to give Tyler and Tempe Collision a five-star review for helping me with a free estimate when I got sideswiped on the freeway. Tyler definitely appeared to me as very professional and gave me an amazing, and fast, free estimate. Brought my s2000 here about and Dustin helped me. The service here is amazing 10/10. I brought my car in for some damage that happened when someone backed into me and his insurance tried to deny me coverage for some of it. Dustin fought hard for me and was able to get everything covered without me spending a penny after weeks of them denying some of the damage! Dustin was able to have the whole front end of my s2000 (bumper, lip, fenders, and hood) aligned and painted within 5 days! The panel gaps and respray are better than factory! Crazy fast turn around time. I was also glad to hear that all the technicians were extremely eager to get to work on my car as well. Haven t seen passion like this anywhere else. Wouldn t take my cars anywhere else!

Tyler took great care of me and my Civic hatchback after it was rear ended. It looks brand new again! He kept me in the loop and went above and beyond to get my car inspected by the insurance adjuster ahead of schedule when they were dragging their feet. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again, but hopefully I don't have to any time soon. This shop is also familiar with the process when working with Turo hosts. This is definitely the place to go!(There's a small cap missing in this picture that was popped on after it was taken)

I HAVE TO SAY THIS!!!!I have just had the greatest experience of a lifetime. Tempe Collision has stolen my heart. Tyler Wall is patient, he s kind and he explains everything to the best degree possible. My girl and I brought her AMG in and they pampered this carIt looks amazing and cars that you see while are amazingly beautiful. Their work is phenomenal. Thank you Tyler and crew. You Rock!!!

Had my car fixed here on an insurance claim and Tyler and the team were amazing to work with. Handled everything in a timely manner and kept me updated the whole way. Will be taking our cars here in the future for bodywork and/or modifications. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a shop.

When searching for someone to help me with my car Dustin was the only one who reached out and was able to help me right away. He was incredibly kind, helpful and transparent with everything my car needed and what they were working on. From the pictures I had thought they only worked on performance cars but they took In my little Nissan Versa Note and got it looking beautiful again. He was able to provide options that will fit my budget and is really looking out to help the customer when it comes to bringing my car back together. My experience here was welcoming and all I could ever ask for. Dustin is phenomenal.

Just picked up my 2009 Benz e350 AMG from the folks at Tempe Collision. They are miracle workers! I had rear bumper and quarter panel damage that I thought was hideous and would be much more costly to repair. I was surprised at the end result and even more pleased with the cost. Tracy ordered the parts the day I walked in for an estimate and we scheduled the vehicle after the parts had come in and were painted. The repair turnaround was fast. Tracy and his team are true professionals and folks you can trust with your high end vehicle repairs. My car looks as new as the day it came from the dealer new.

After an accident with an unisured driver. I took my 21 truck here. Tracey was always available and kept me updated throughout the whole process. All the sensors work, and body work was done impeccably. I was treated like a human being and a friend. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Very happy that I decided to have my repairs done by Tempe Collision Center. I knew from the very first day I came in that you all knew what you were doing. Everyone was very nice and helpful to me. It was the first time I was in a car accident so I wasn t really sure what I had to do but Tyler made it easy and made me feel at ease. Tyler and Kallie did a great job on my car and was super nice and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I will definitely come back in the future when I need something done. Thank you guys for being patient with me since Progressive kind of drag the process along.

I recently had some work done on my custom 2016 Cadillac CTSV. Let me start by stating, I will not just let anyone touch this car or do work to it. I do a lot a research and talk to people who've actually used specific locations and look at the work that's been done on their's. My car is murdered with that brings paint chips in grille, splitter, and bottom under headlights. I wanted to have all those fixed. I had also decided I wanted to change my emblems from how I had them to more of a flat black, and had a few other areas needing touch up. I had also scrubbed a curb and needed my wheel fixed and made to look exact as others as these were custom and custom coated to match my car. This piece is no easy task and not just anyone can do my wheels correctly and to the exact as I had made with the right coating. (I moved from CA and why it's not easy here just to go back to them btw)Deciding on Tempe Auto Collision was a slam dunk from the first phone call and how well I was handled with questions asked. Ariea was who took my call and she was very professional, and knowledgeable and delivered as promised my quote same day. I had even called back and made a change, I decided I wanted my splitter to wrap to be carbon wrapped. My splitter is also a custom piece and difficult to remove and replace back. Not many shops if ever, rarely made like this unless they are in the racing world. She handled the change with ease, and when my quote arrived she actually gave me my original requested option plus the option with having them wrap the splitter.From the first call with Ariea, scheduling, communications through the job, handling my wheel being done to specifics, doing visual checks during the process, and delivery she was a star and takes more pride in customer satisfaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chen the owner who is an absolutely solid dude and extremely caring when it came to his customers and ensuring satisfaction. One thing was very clear customers come first and are more important to him than anything. He has my trust and definitely will refer his business to many. As for the team that worked on my car. Cali you ROCK, you are definitely top tier at what you do. You did a great job wrapping my splitter and I know it was a PITA. I'm very proud to be able to say a female did that work! You are simply amazing. Jordan, your skills are perfection you, and Cali made a great team working on my vehicle and I'm forever thankful.Great shop! Wonderful team!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing service, and the cheapest by several thousand dollars. They were able to move my repair up so I could grab my car before going out of town. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and my car looks great. 100% recommended

Friendly reception. I showed staff some damage my daughter acquired in a parking garage and got a fair price for a like new repair. We discussed a few DYI options if goal is to prevent rust and before leaving they took in no charge to buff affected area.

Tyler took care of me for the entire process. I was doing color buffing for my car and the result was amazing! The paint looks like glass. He had my car s inspection done professionally paid attention to every close details. I will def come back!

I was in a car accident where I was sideswiped by a semi truck. My first instinct was to take my car to the service dealer that I always used and the experience was so horrible I will no longer do business with van collision. Instead I will take my cars to Tempe Collision because not only is their service and their repairs are of superior quality, They go out of their way to treat you as a human with respect courtesy and dignity and honesty. Tracy was the person in charge of my car Not only did he take the time to find New Parts for what my insurance company was telling him to pay for the Used Parts. He also seen a few paint scratches here and there while we were doing the walk around on the car, grabbed the correct paint and touched it up right in front of me!!! He made sure my Nissan Altima looked like it was factory new. I work for IBM as an SSR we do a lot of driving and have recommended my team take there cars here for any repairs. In my experience, Tempe Collision had the most exceptional customer service compared to any other collision center in the valley. This is due to the effective communication I had with Tyler. He provided me with thorough information about everything that would occur before and after the service on my vehicle. The price was reasonable, and the overall service was impeccable. I was highly satisfied with their work, and in fact, I recommended my husband to take his Tesla to them, even though there was a Tesla shop located nearby.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve been to Tempe Collision several times and have ALWAYS been happy with the work they ve done. They are friendly and helpful. They explain the process of the work that needs to be done. They are reasonably priced. They do some pretty high end custom work but I just need some repair work or window tints and they treat me like I m their most valuable customer. Ask for Tyler. Got my bumper and tail light changed here with a brilliant experience. Chen is nice and easy to work with, what's more, very experienced in car condition estimation and provided me valued and efficient fixing plans. The price transparency here is perfect, they searched every part I need to change in the order system in front of me, which erased my doubt of getting over-charged and decided to work with them without a second thought.
