Best experience. They're honest, quick, and super friendly. My kids love coming with me to get the oil change as they get to play on the two arcade machines and get free snacks. Even my toddler loved the experience. The fresh flowers they hand out after the service is done are the cherry on top!

Great spot to get those fluids changed out that you've been putting off. Owner is extremely friendly and the entire is staff is quick to answer your questions. Stop by if you're in the area or make an appointment! $5 off if you bring your dog in or 50% off if you bring in your own fluids and filters.

I ve been frequenting Stinky s since I was in college. I d say I ve been coming here for about 8 years. I used to love this place. Everyone was kind and professional. Recently, the quality has dipped dramatically. I have been asked the past 8 times I ve been here if I changed my license plate. I m not sure why they have difficulty writing it down and keeping it on record, however, this is a small slight, and I overlooked it. Today I went in and Lorenzo s condescending attitude will mark the last time I come here. He mentioned my transmission at least 5 times despite me reassuring him I get it checked regularly. I don t know what more I could have said to him. He seemed to not take my word for it despite them not being able to check the transmission. I m not sure what knowledge he was going off of. He was extremely condescending and this is the first time, in all the years of getting my oil changed or even having work done on my car that I felt I was being talked down to because I m female. I even brought my dog in with me, and he didn t give me the discount until I asked. He definitely saw my dog as I had been carrying him. I m disappointed that I can t rely on my once-favorite auto shop any longer.The tire pressure is included in the service, and they neglected to check and/or fill them. My tire pressure light stayed on so I took it to my mechanic, and sure enough, the rear tire pressure was 25 and the front tires were 30. It s supposed to be at 33-35 for all tires. Who knows what else I was charged for and did not receive from Stinky s.

Recommended by a number of people locally. Doug was the most cheerful person I've run into at 8:00 a.m. at a fluid change place! Family-owned, you can't go wrong with Stinky's!

I ve been going here for about five years and I have to say the customer service is exceptional is their honest people when it comes down to your car and things that could possibly be wrong with it. If there s anyone I trust to do an oil change here in the state of Arizona. It would be this place.

Repeat customer. Still the fast, friendly and professional service. In and out within 30 minutes for oil change, total coolant replacement, and K&N air cleaner maintenance.Good people.

Did oil/oil filter change and cabin filter change for my 2015 corolla. Very quick service and kind staff. I really like the friendly and honest atmosphere. There are cheaper options in the valley (like DIY), but I'm very glad to pay a little more for the trustworthy and enjoyable service. Also close to campus, will surely be back.

Stopped by for an oil change for my Mini Cooper and Robert was amazing! They got me in quickly, so I was able to head out in time for work. Amelia at the front desk was also super sweet. All my questions were answered, and I love how honest they are about what your car needs. I highly recommend coming here for your car services. Will definitely be back again!

These guys made my boyfriend and I feel like we ve been coming for years when actually this was our first visit. They made us feel comfortable and chatted us up as if we were old friends. I also got the most beautifulest pink carnation. What other place thinks of the customers like that? Wonderful employees and wonderful environment!I definitely look forward to our next oil change stop.The bonus? The lobby is so cool of antique decoration and nascar memorabilia. Love it!

It s rare that I trust a shop. I ve had bad experiences with other places in the area. Stinky s always puts me at ease. They change your oil and check your fluids/filters and that it is.

I love getting my oil changed here! They offer an ASU student discount and a discount if you bring your dog! They also always give me a flower when I come in it s so sweet

10/10, cannot recommend enough! Great staff, great communication, friendly environment. My husband & I got treated really poorly at Jiffylube a few minutes before coming here & it is night & day! We ll be using stinky s for our vehicles maintenance from here on out.

Thoroughly pleased! These people know customer service. Came in for an oil change, showed me my air filter didn t need to be replaced yet and replaced my drain plug, on the house because I brought my dog in. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Couldn t ask for better car care.

I m here because of the overwhelmingly positive google reviews. And, i found it exactly the way it is. The shop is small, simple. The Staff is warm, welcoming, very transparent in detailing the problem and possible options.The waiting room is themed enjoyable, free pop corn and carnation

Got my oil changed a couple weeks ago and asked them specifically to top off all my fluids. The lady helping me rudely let me know that they always do tha and then definitely did not too off myFluids. On the paper work it said they did the coolant and windshield wiper fluid I noticed immediately they did not do the windshield wiper fluid and about two weeks later today, I realized they did not do the coolant either when my car suddenly started over heating. I m now stuck on the side of the road and there is zero coolant in my reservoir. Terrible experience.Service: Oil change

So I went to get my oil changed yesterday. I asked the attendant to give me the same oil I had before (which was a semi-synthetic and ran me a total of about $85 since my truck takes 7.5 quarts). When they were done, the total was $140 dollars. The guy at the counter said, "we decided to put in full synthetic" (which is almost twice the price of the semi-synthetic). They did this without ever asking or informing me prior to the service. SHADY and UNETHICAL!!! You've lost a customer now because you pulled a fast one for the almighty dollar. Shame on you!! Beware and stay away from Stinky's in Tempe!!!!!

I was not sure if my car needs an oil change. So I went to the store and they are super friendly and advised me that oil level is good that I may not need an oil change now. I like their honesty. Keep up the good work.

Seriously the best place to change your oil!! Bring your furbaby!! They are so friendly, so pet-friendly, ultra quick, and the best prices out there!! The competition can't even compete!!
