First I would like to say thank you! An anniversary gift to my wife, she loves the seat covers for her 2007 Ford Edge. The strongest material I have experienced with and easy to clean.I like how the company gives the option to install the covers for you and to show you how to put it on and take it off.The owner is especially knowledgeable and is very nice, she makes you feel good and asures you that you are getting a good reliable seat cover and will fix any thing that has to be done so you could get the perfect product. Will definitely bring my other vehicles here!

I got a front row set of seat covers in the Charcoal Allure fabric in 2019 and I LOVE THEM! Since I live in the Phoenix area Seat D�cor installed the seat covers for me at no charge!The seat covers look fantastic and the fabric is so luxurious! I've had these seat covers for almost 3 years and they still look fantastic!I like my seat covers so much that I got a full set for my wife's car! She had the vinyl seat material which was very hot and sweaty in the Phoenix heat, but now the Seat D�cor Allure seat covers keep her cool and comfortable! I highly recommend Seat D�cor seat covers, and I really love the Allure fabric!

If you go in person, you will meet a delightful little spitfire named Suki. Suki helped me choose the perfect pattern and color for my dream car and I smile every time I look at them! The covers are very well made and fit perfectly. She even installed them for me for free, after having given me a discount. I had forgotten to order the seat belt covers and they made them then and there. There are many, many fabrics to choose from, some of which are not on the website. If you are thinking of getting seat covers, I highly recommend Decor Auto. They have been in the same location very many, many years for a reason. Thank you, Suki!!

I wish I could give zero stars. First of all, I hate giving bad reviews but honestly I have to in this case in the hopes that maybe I save someone else a lot of pain and aggravation. I ordered "custom" car seat covers for $700+ on July 27th. Decor told me they would have them to me by August 11th (the day my new car came in). They went ahead and charged my card before even shipping the product (pretty unprofessional in my opinion). I let it go. However, August 11th cam and went and no product was received. I followed up and was told they needed to do a fitting at the dealership and they would ship later in the week....never happened. The following week - same story. Finally they arrived a month after ordering with two pieces of printed and crumbled instructions......they DID NOT FIT. Yup, loose fitting car seats that are basically universal. See the pics below. The best part - they refused to issue me a refund bc I should have known it was listed in the fine print when ordering. I'm honestly appalled that people do business like this and treat customers this way. I've worked in Ecommerce for over a decade and rarely see things like this but hey, it does happen unfortunately. I'm in the midst of a dispute with my credit card company as well as contacting the BBB. Please, please, please take this into consideration. If you are not happy, they don't care and will not allow returns. Such a horrendous experience.

Decor Auto has THEE best customer service one can ask for. I was looking for some nice high quality seat covers for my 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday to take a look at some material options and as soon as I got there Susan and her mom made me feel so welcomed and were patient with me every step of the way. After telling them about what I wanted the seats to look like they inspected my car then came up with a design custom to what I wanted and what they thought would be best for the car. It's no wonder they've been in business for a couple of decades. They know exactly what a car needs by looking at it for a few seconds.I picked up the covers about a week later and they went over every detail and how to install them (I didn't have them install it as I wanted to install seat heaters before slipping on the covers). The seat covers are high quality, very well made and obviously not your generic seat covers you buy on Amazon. I'm not one to get anything with color but I ended up getting a two toned black and red leatherette.You can tell this family is passionate and dedicated to their business because of the work they put into these seat covers and the amount of time they spend with each customer. Will definitely come back in the future and recommend this place to friends and family!Anyways, I love love love my seat covers and couldn't be happier. Thank you Decor Auto!

you are thinking about custom car seat covers use the services of Decor Auto! They spent a lot of time with me making sure I chose a pattern I loved for my SUV. They have hundreds of fabric choices and the covers for your car will fit perfectly! I'm so happy because the covers stay in place, and fit tight on the seats. I have been wanting to have car seat covers made for a few years. I tried a few other companies and I was not impressed with their ethics. I'm so happy I waited until I found the pros at Decor Auto. I highly recommend the company over other competitors in the LA area!

Susan and Suki are absolutely amazing. I called multiple seat cover places and was not impressed with the quality of customer service I was getting. One company has yet to even call me back and I left a message in November and it's now January. Then I looked up the company and found out they are crooks I'm thankful i didn't go through them. (Do your research before going through King of Seat Covers. They are a fraud)Anyways, I spoke with Suki first and when I came in, I met Susan. Granted, at the time she was going through some personal issues, but she was still as helpful as ever. It honestly felt as though I was feeling with a friend or family member. From beginning to end she helped me and we were able to pick out some cute Hawaiian prints for my Mazda 3. And she allowed me to play with her dogs while I waited for my covers to be installed.From first contact to installation it was under 1 week. The detail and energy I got from everyone at Decor Auto was amazing. I left their office this afternoon and I have already gotten a compliment for my seat covers at the gas station from a complete stranger. I LOVE MY COVERS YOU GUYS!! These are so comfy and cute!LOOK NO FURTHER THAN DECOR AUTO FOR ALL YOUR SEAT COVER NEEDS!!!

Decor Auto is fabulous! Susan and Suki gave us personalized customer service and first rate customized seat covers and installation. Perfect fit at a perfect price. There was a great selection of upholstery fabric and colors. So much more comfortable and sturdy than the store bought covers I used previously. An added plus is that I can remove the covers and machine wash them if needed. Highly recommend!!!!

Just got seat covers for my 2018 Subaru Outback. Love them!! Pet-friendly, surf-friendly, high quality and affordable!!! I had the opportunity to meet one of the owners of Decor Auto, Susan. She is amazing! Very helpful on the phone and since I was in LA, she invited me over to the factory and installed my seat covers for free. THANK YOU Decor Auto!!!! THANK YOU SUSAN!!!!

They did a great job on my seat covers! No pre-made seat covers on my vehicle on the market and as we began our installation (1st time for them on my make and model ). we found problems but they got it. They cut re design, fit te sew. Installation was long but totally understand with so many re design around difficult areas as the photos will show. But at the end I have a one of a kind vehicle and it helps that they have many great fun print designs (their exclusive!) that can personalize one s vehicle.

I found Decor Auto online and saw their extensive selection of Hawaiian Prints. Being originally from Hawaii I was looking for something a little different with flowers to cover my first new car in over 10 years. I was not sure how they would feel about me bringing my dog with me but to my surprise I was greeted with open arms and so was my little girl Molly. I put a deposit down for Floral Black and was excited when Susan urged me to bring my big man, Bailey over for the installation. Her dogs and my dogs had a field day while Susan and her mother installed my amazing seat covers. I highly recommend these two, I even have their business cards on my dash board so when people look in and see my gorgeous seat covers, they know exactly where I got them!

Amazing place all around. Service is super nice, accommodating, and punctual. I had a tight schedule and they were willing to work with it and had my car seat covers done exactly when they said the would. The product itself is amazing and great price for custom fit car seat covers. They have a huge selection of designs and different type of fabric. Great experience all around, if you are looking for seat covers and are local you should definitely come in and check out the store. Could not be happier with this product.

We just purchased front and back covers for our 2015 subaru legacy to protect our light colored seat fabric. While a little better install instructions or install cd would be nice, once installed they do fit great. The fact that the covers fit so well is one reason they require a little effort to stretch into place. Not only is the fabric good quality but the straps, hooks, and other install extras are also nice and sturdy and can stand a good stretch. And it is always refreshing to call for advice and find your talking to the owner. Like all the other reviewers say, buy from Decor and you won't be disappointed.

Went in with my 2006 Toyota Highlander and they did a great job. It looks awesome and one would never know cloth seats are underneath. Color is perfect and material is high quality. Not only were the seats amazing but the customer service was unbelievable, they make you feel #1. If there is anything wrong, they will fix it with no questions asked. Extremely recommend them.

Thank you for all your assistance. The seat covers are wonderful. This powerful duo are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely honest. They treat you like family from the beginning and are not afraid to be honest. Susan pointed out exactly how to look up reviews for companies and even pointed out the couple bad ones that they have and how they resolved the issues.If a company can point out their flaws and what they're working on to resolve it, you know they are actually trying to do whatever they can to make their customers happy.All the good things you've read about Decor Auto are true. Give them a call and see for yourself!

This lady's accommodated our schedule so we could pick up our seat covers on a Sunday. Not only did they open for us, they even installed our seat covers for us. They made it look so easy, my wife is 8 months pregnant with strict restrictions so it would have just been me and I would not have been done it alone. The installation was free and their huge puppy was gentle with my wife's belly and wouldn't leave her side. It took all of our strength not to steal him. Everything about this experience felt like we were family.There are a lot of horrible company's out there but decor auto is NOT one of them.

We have purchased Hawaiian Print Seat Covers for both our KIA Souls. The fit is excellent, and the appearance is outstanding!!!! The folks at Decor Auto are the greatest to work with. Will always be a return customer,and highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered covers for my Toyota Tacoma but they did not fit well. Customer service was prompt to send me replacements, unfortunately they had problems as well. We went through this process 5 times before I said enough was enough and asked for a refund. They did refund me but I had to pay the return shipping. Overall it was a huge waste of my time and money. My original order was in March and the final attempt was in November. I have now ordered covers from one of their competitors and they fit perfectly the first time.Nice people. Unfortunately they just can not seem to get the product right.

Great service!The day before yesterday I ordered my custome seat cover for my car ,Whitin 24 hours I got call from them that your seat cover is ready and bring the car to install for you .I took my 2014 Toyota Camry to them it took only an hour to install it .It looks so good on my car .I highly recommend them to all .

Loved these custom fit seat covers. They fit so much better than my universal covers from Wally World. I'll definitely be back from my back row. I looked for a long time for something that would last as long as my truck. Susan and her mom were very helpful in helping me choose the fabric.

I had been in the market for some top quality seat covers for my prized daily driver. I had been looking online, but I knew that I wouldn't be getting the customer service experience I felt I needed. Namely, the potential issues that may arise with the covers fitting properly. I then, visited a few local retail locations and found once that I was being offered the cheapest (air quotes) covers. Decor Auto was my 4th try and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't 100% on the material, but I did know the colors (that helps). They had the digital pattern for my 1982 in their database, but they took the time to trace the patterns to make sure all was A-OK. Within days they were done and installed. FIRST CLASS SERVICE!

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester before a long cross country trip. I ordered cars seats from Decor Auto. They arrived a day before my journey began.After following the included directions, I and three other savy friends could not figure out how to assemble the seat covers.There was also a cut on one of the front seat covers. On our trip across the country we stopped in LA for help. Decor Auto assembled the car seats for me ( no easy feat) and replaced the damaged cover. After at least an hour of hard work and sweat the car seats were assembled and I was on my way. I'm thankful that they were able to assist me with this process. I'm excited about the covers!

Exceptional customer service! Being an Uber driver I have encountered several inconsiderate riders who had dirtied or wet my cloth seats to the point where I had to stop working to clean the seats. Susan heard my needs and made thoughtful recommendations. The team at Decor Auto produced and installed high quality fitted seat covers with attention to every detail. I have had the seat covers for one month and have suffered no down time due to inconsiderate riders, so they have basically paid for themselves!

Everything is done in house. If you live in the Los Angeles area, I highly recommend stopping by to pick your fabric and colors. They will even help you install it. The family was very nice and the mom has experience in the auto industry. She knows her ins and outs about fabrics, car interiors, and what not. The two front seats also include backseat pockets which makes its useful! I will come back here whenever I purchase a new car again. :)

Service was fast. I ordered incorrectly, error was fixed and new set made and sent same day. Suki was great understanding what i needed and responded quickly. My seat covers are perfect. Will be ordering a rear set soon!

First, Let me just say that I just can NOT speak more highly of Susan and her mother because even before she knew my back story it felt like she was more concerned for my happiness and satisfaction than anything else in the world. The chemistry between her mother and her is undeniable: they are the perfect duo.So let me start off with my back story. Early in 2017 I was in a really bad accident: I got T boned by a drunk driver and my car was totalled, I was in the hospital for over 2 weeks and becaise of that, I was also not able to work. I am a single mother and I have to drive almost every day to make a living.Once I got my new Hyundai Ioniq, I wanted to spice up my car a little bit and protect the seats from my kids. I found Decor Auto online and called. Susan invited me in to show me all the different Hawaiian prints they had. Once we decided on a cute print I made my order. Within 2 weeks my covers were ready and Decor installed them.The covers really lifted my spirits. The Hawaiian prints were fun cute and protected my seats perfectly. I completely forgot to leave a review for these guys but I stopped by to say hi to Susan and her puppy and tell her how much I loved the covers. When I explained to her about my situation she was almost in tears and told me about a car accident she was in a few years back and how she got a puppy to help with her axiety with driving. She also told me that she was never a fan of Hawaiian print seat covers until she heard my story.If you have ever spoken to Susan, you will know what I mean when I say 'great personalized service' and once you get your covers you will understand what I mean when I say 'simply amazing seat covers'. Their Hawaiian print's speak for themselves.You can NOT go wrong with Decor Auto.

I bought my husband a last minute set of seat covers and was afraid I would not get them in time. When I called and spoke to Susan she told me she would rush my order and drop my seat covers off personally.I know, right? Personal delivery? All the way in Moreno Valley? BUT SHE CAME! I CANT BELIEVE THESE GUYS DROVE OVER AN HOUR JUST TO DROP THEM OFF!!Decor Auto is a dying breed. They actually care about their customers and I am in tears. Thank you for this Susan and her mother. Love the car seats! Great quality and reasonable prices. Recommend them over OEM if you want to save money and have same if not better quality. The customer service is responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. They fit my 2006 Toyota Tacoma great! Thank you!

I requested seat covers for my Ford F-150 pickup. I wanted map pockets in the back and under my knees. I misunderstood how to order these items. Decor Auto paid for return postage and installed the map pockets under my knees at no charge.Their customer service and seat cover quality are fantastic!
