10 out of 10 for Scottsdale Premier! You want these guys on your side after an accident. They are professional, knowledgeable, and full of grit, as they should be. They encouraged me to be patient as we fought with insurance on coverage, and it was worth the wait. A special shoutout to Chris for helping me after hours and keeping me up to date, he was a great partner through the whole process. I hope to never be in a situation where I have to work with them again, but should I encounter such a scenario, they'd be my first choice.

The best repair shop in Arizona.Recommended by another business, I was given excellent service by the team!Oscar and Melissa looked after us and we were quoted, repaired and back on the road on the same day (minor issue).You can't go wrong with Scottsdale Collison Center.

My very first accident in 35 years of driving and Scottsdale Premier Collision has given me so much more information than the insurance company . My frustration with the insurance company , I unfortunately took it out on their body shop . They treated me very professionally even though I wasn t acting nicely to say the least . Very nice, very professional and incredible attention to detail. Truely good people doing a great job and maintained their patience while I had an adult tantrum.Thank you Scottsdale premier collision.

2 accidents in 2 years has sent me to Scottsdale Premier Collision twice and if I find myself in need of auto repair work a 3rd time, there'd be no question as to where I'd go.They do top notch work. My Toyota C-HR always comes back looking amazing.But where they stand out is the staff. Everyone there is SO nice, so knowledgable, and work to help you! They communicated with me every step of the way and even went to bat for me when my [horrible] car insurance kept delaying the process.I send all of my friends and family here.Thank you!!!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto body & trim replacement

If you've unfortunately accrued damage to your vehicle, Scottsdale Premier Collision is the place to get it fixed.The staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their shared profession and they get the job done quickly, perfectly and at a lower cost than most of their competitors.Awarding 5 stars to a business is very uncommon. It means that for the duration of time that I was utilizing their services there was not one, single aspect of their business or the manner in which they conducted themselves that was less than stellar. Car repairs can take a long time, depending on the damage (mine was extensive), so for this particular business to achieve such a high rating is truly exceptional.

I brought my 2014 Mazda 6 after getting into an accident. They set the expectation and went above and beyond. I had some front end work done. They have a program to reduce your deductible and we're good on their promise. I highly recommend them. Chris and Jim were excellent. They also detailed my car when I picked it up. It hadn't been that clean since I bought it new. Very impressed!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Battery

I got into an accident and was referred here. One of the best decisions of my life. Chris was wonderful in many ways. He helped me with my insurance who was being difficult and even helped me get a rental until my insurance helped me.The shop did amazing work on my 2020 corolla and it looks like brand new again! But the most amazing part is, i owed nothing. Instead of shelling out an 1,000 deductible, the shop waived it. Excellent work done at this shop. This is the place to take your car if you want your repairs done perfectly. My car had been hit and the estimate given to me by insurance was far below what was needed. Chris and his team took care of dealing with insurance and getting the necessary repairs approved and the work that was done was top notch. On top of that their work was incredible, the paint was blended perfectly and the car looked like new.

I have found my new auto shop! They gave me such great customer service and also saved me a lot of money! They really wanted to make sure we left with the safest and most budget friendly option. Also they helped me better understand the insurances point of view when it came it fixing my car. Ask for Chris if you d like to receive really great customer service.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I brought my car in to have some damage to the front repaired. Chris and Jim went above and beyond to make my car better than new. They fought back and forth with my insurance company to get new parts and to repair it the right way rather than the cheap & easy way. I m extremely grateful that I didn t have to deal with the insurance company myself. When my car was done they waived most of my deductible exactly as they advertised and, bonus, my car was amazingly clean! It s as if I just drove it off the car dealer lot. If you need work done on your car do yourself a favor and bring it to these guys!

My experience with Scottsdale Premier Collision was a very positive one overall. Chris was so helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster and ensuring I would be provided a rental car for the entirety of the repair. He also made sure only factory-authorized parts were used and that all repairs were done exceptionally well. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and appreciate Chris helping me through the process. He was very detail oriented and seems to genuinely care about providing the highest quality parts and service to his customers. I would definitely recommend Scottsdale Premier Collision!

Scottsdale Premier is more than an auto body shop, it is a family. The team works together to find the best parts for your vehicle, handle the details with your insurance company, and truly get you the very best results for your vehicle. Their staff is on salary, so they aren't in it for the "quick fix." They have been in the Valley for years and are the only shop I will have repairs done.Of course, no one wants to have an accident or damage happen to your car. It sucks, it can be frustrating and time consuming. But if you use Scottsdale Premier, they have relationships with every insurance company, can guide you through the process and pretty much handle everything. You hop in a rental and they will have your car back to BETTER than new in no time. They do it all, have their own paint booth and can fix any issue onsite.This is the second time I've had repairs done there, and after the first time the owner checked in weeks after the repair to see if I was satisfied with everything.I would recommend Scottsdale Premier time and time again, the most professional, diligent, thoughtful, experienced team out there.

Chris and his crew did an awesome job on my car. They all made sure I was taken care of from start to finish always having great customer service. Kept me updated and worry-free. Seth and Jim (and the rest of the crew) made sure my car was returned to me looking amazing, and it sure did. I will always recommend this collision shop to anyone who is in need of a fantastic repair.

Scottsdale Premier Collision, Chris and his staff have done an unbelievable job fixing my trucks. Unfortunately I have taken him 4 trucks to have fixed and every time they have been perfect. The paint is unbelievable, he has a great rapport with insurance companies which is a big help. The service is impeccable, the trucks are clean when you get them back and it is very very refreshing to do business with a company that keeps their word and does their job correctly thank you too Chris and all your staff at Scottsdale Premier Collision for making this a stress-free repair. Great car repair experience! Being female, taking you car to the shop is usually intimidating. Not here! Was very clean and comfortable. They Didnt try to tell me I needed a million other things i didn't need either.Very honest. Professional, detailed. You can definitely see the owners passion for cars and it shows in his work. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and I am extremely happy with the work that Scottsdale Premier Collision did on my vehicle. Chris made sure that all the parts were factory...even though my insurance company wanted to put after market parts.....he went round and round with them to make sure my vehicle was safe for me and my family. My 500.00 deductible was waived, my car was cleaned inside and out and looks better than when it went in!!

Manager Chris Kmett is the best! He really cares about his customers. He will go to bat for you when the insurance companies try to cheapen out on the repairs. He fixed my 2014 Honda with all original parts and it looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. The quality of the work at this shop is amazing. Chris goes the extra mile to make sure you're completely satisfied. When the work took longer than expected, Chris covered the extra rental car costs. He also re-detailed my vehicle a week after I got it back for free to make up for the delay. Chris is a man of his word, very rare in this day and age. If I ever have a another accident Scottsdale premier will be my first call.Jason

I took my son's 2001 Silverado in for an insurance repair. My insurance company did not handle the claim the way I felt they should have. They were disputing some of the repairs that were necessary. Jim and Chris really went to bat for us with the insurance company to get the truck repaired correctly. They are true professionals and do NOT cut corners with the work they do. What started out as a stressful and frustrating situation turned into an awesome experience due to Chris and Jim really going above and beyond to turn things around. They really care about their customers and doing what's right. The truck has a lot of sentimental value and now it looks better than ever! If you are considering Scottsdale Premier for your repairs, go for it... you will NOT be disappointed!

I brought my car here for repair after an accident involving wildlife that did extensive cosmetic and mechanical damage. They were swift with their assessment of the damage, quoting and dealing with the insurance company and completing all necessary repairs related to my accident. During the process, they worked so effectively with the insurance company, my deductible was dropped. I had a great experience using this shop. I have used others before in the Tucson area and based on quotes from local shops, I was able to save money even with the drive to and from Phoenix.

A huge thank you to Chris and his crew at Scottsdale premier collision! They went above and beyond to get my repairs taken care of. They fought for me against my insurance company when they were refusing to pay for claims related to the accident. I couldn't be more happier with the outcome. They Even fixed the side door moldings for me. I would definitely recommend Scottsdale Premier Collision to anyone. Oh and they WAIVED my deductible just like the commercials say!

I took my 2008 BMW there to have some work done, they did a phenomenal job!! Very friendly, easy going, got the work done in a timely fashion! They said two days and sure enough I came to get my car the second day and everything was perfect! I couldn't be any happier with the work done and how easy going the process was! Spectacular customer service and they didn't crush me on the price! Thanks guys!

This shop is the BEST I have ever dealt with. I have a 2014 Kia Soul that had rear end damage from 2 claims that happened on the same day. My insurance company caused huge delays in the repair process with crazy demands of using after market parts for the repairs. Problem with that is that they did not fit the car. Order after order was placed, then refused because the parts could not be used. He demanded perfection and my car looks AMAZING. He even fixed a scratch in the paint on the drivers side front fender that happened the week I bought the car just because he knew it bothered me. I am very pleased to say that I would recommend this shop to anyone. Chris's workmanship, integrity, and overall customer service are of a level that is hard to find these days. I would say that if you need a body shop, use this one...You will not be disappointed.

Took my BMW in to Scottsdale Premier Collision who was recommended by a friend and am greatly satisfied I went there. My car looks brand new. They took care of me and let me know what was going on and fielded any calls or questions I had. Glad I chose to take my car in. Any hassles with the insurance company was taken care of by Scottsdale Premier. Thanks again for everything! Highly Recommend to anyone needing their car repaired!

A guy at my work scratched my Mercedes c250 and I was looking for a body shop to take my car to get fixed. A friend of mine took her Mercedes there and recommend I take it. I called they got me in right away and had my car ready within a week. I couldn't be happier it looks better than it did when I got it. You can't even tell it had a huge scratch on the drivers door. Thank you to Chris and his team for the great customer service and making my car look amazing

This is a small,somewhat hidden shop in Scottsdale, don't let that concern you..After demolishing the front bumper, & suspension on my Infiniti G37x I had them come pick it up to do the repairs. Chris and the staff are all extremely professional, they are all about providing the best service possible. There were no issues with anything. The only time I had to speak to my insurance company was to file the claim. Unlike other shops that try to tack on BS charges & piss off the insurance companies. I couldn't be more pleased with their craftsmanship. In fact it is better condition than before I wrecked it.If you need body work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go!

Awesome work every time! They just did someWork on my 4Runner and I was reminded how great Chris and his team are. I trust Chris to do what is best for me and my car in every situation. I have used him for years for small dents to almost totaling my car. I refer everyone to him, in fact my mom just took her car to him a few months ago. I can say this is a business where I know I'm getting honest answers and quality work, it's refreshing!

I was fortunate enough to find Chris @ Scottsdale Premier Collision to do the work on my 2014 Lexus CT200h. I went to 6 different body shops to find this one, but it was worth the wait. Of course, I had issues at first dealing with the insurance company, which is a headache in itself. It was stressful, and I let Chris know what was going on with it. He assured me he would handle it. That same day, I got a voicemail from the insurance company letting me know everything was fine and the body shop would begin work. I cannot tell you how thankful I was to have Chris not only handle the insurance company but he kept me updated on everything along the way. He picked up my car from me and dropped it back off when it was finished. The shop is a good 45 minutes from me, so it showed me how far Chris was willing to go to provide great customer service and make the whole process easy for me. My insurance would only cover a certain amount of days on the rental car, so Chris assured me that he would cover the cost so I did not have to pay out of pocket when the car was done. That is not something you hear everyday! It was not just a tactic to get me in there, it was a promise. The car was dropped off, and he paid the full balance. Chris, I'm so thankful for you and the guys at the shop. I can't even imagine how this would have went had I gone somewhere else. Not to mention, I feel like I have a brand new car. I'm in love!! AND it was fully detailed inside and out! The glass was even replaced, and new windshield wipers... The rims were even touched up. I will never go anywhere else AGAIN! I wish I could give 10 stars... because I truly had an A+ experience. It's hard to find honest body shops nowadays, and I've unfortunately been victim to that in the past , more than once. Blessed to have found Scottsdale Premier Collision, and Chris. (who has more knowledge with insurance and how they work than anywhere else).
