Thank Scottsdale Collision Center for repairing my carbon fiber top to my C7 z06 corvette. When I arrived with my top ,I received a quote and a timeline for it to be done. Not only was the quote reasonable but the time they turned around my top was quicker than expected. My top came out perfect and you can't even tell it was damaged. Highly recommend. Just received my car back from a bumper repair. I did wait a bit to get my car back, but the customer support was excellent and kept in touch all along the way. Melissa specifically went out of her way to make sure I was informed and taken care of properly. They kept the car in the shop a few extra days to clean it as well as possible, and they did leave it to me in great shape. When I got there, I had noticed a minor problem that I didn't remember leaving on my car. A newer employee named Ron assisted me, and I was once again impressed with his empathy and quality of work. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a quality car repair service!

I love my Nissan Rouge 2019! I hit a deer while on a road trip. When I picked up my car today I couldn't believe it! I swear my Rouge looks and runs better than when I purchased it. Iris is on it! She even had to absorb cost for parts because I didn't get my car in until almost a year after the accident. Luis is so easy to work with. For one, I know nothing about cars. But I trusted him to his word and he went above and beyond! If I could I would give Scottsdale Collision and Repair a million stars!! Thank you so much for your beautiful work, dedication and integrity! My before and after pics don't do the repairs justice. Besides, Luis said it was going to rain a little later so the repairs on the Rouge were taken in the garage!!!

Scottsdale collision center exceeded my high expectations. I m very pleased with Luis and his team. Communication was great, the work was great. The paint match was spot on. Very happy customer and will be retuning with other projects in the future.

I'll start off by saying the quality of the repair and the prices that are charged are very good. Their painting matches 100% and is blended super well, overall in terms of quality I'd rate it 5 stars.However, I've given them 2 stars because their communication is downright abhorrent. There were many many many times when I found myself having to call 3-6 times per week to try to get any sort of an update from them, but was always met with "so and so will give you a call back" Which seldom if ever happened. I wouldn't use them again personally for any large jobs, but if just painting some panels or the like, I'd be likely to use their services for that.Overall I think they do good work, but their communication is just not up to the same quality.

Manny and the crew over at Scottsdale Collision Center were amazing with handling our totaled out vehicle. 10/10 recommend especially if in a pinch. Their customer service was truly top class and they went above and beyond to work with us.

Great company to work with as they are extremely diligent and responsive to all questions and requests. As your vehicle advances through each stage of the repair process they will inform you of the status and estimated pick up date, if available. Spoke and/or met with Andre, Luis, Manny, and Artemis and each time they were helpful, professional, and always responsive even after normal business hours. If you are unfamiliar with how the insurance and/or repair process works, they will take the time to discuss each phase with you and will explain your options to you in detail.When I picked my vehicle up, Manny was waiting for me again after normal business hours due to my schedule and was professional and accommodating. My car looks brand new and they even detailed the inside.If you need your vehicle repaired and are looking for a collision shop, look no further.

I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY at what Oscar, Jake, Iris, Luis and the entire team over at Scottsdale Collision Center (SCC) accomplished. Look for yourself at the photos . there are the before and the afters. I unfortunately hit a deer In January and was completely devastated by the outcome. Look at that damage. I've spent so much money and so much of my personal time piecing this car together over the years. To hit that deer and think, "whelp, this is it. Subaru is totalled". Even though i was fine that's a hard loss to take.Before the day was even over I was in touch with SCC to see if they could be the miracle workers i needed them to be. Lucky for me they absolutely 100% were! Its important for people to know with any accident it takes time to accurately diagnose and look everything over before determining what can be done. This process was not a short process. It took just under 6 months to complete. But, then again, there were a lot of back and forths with insurance and determining what exactly needed to be replaced and if it could be.I finally have the car back and...... I'm just absolutely blown away. BLOWN AWAY!! The amazing work that has been done. The car drives and feels exactly like it did before the accident! I'm a car guy in where I will still pour countless nights into making it more my own. I am SOOOOOOO THANKFUL for EVERYONE over at Scottsdale Collision Center to be allowed to have my car back. I have a very deep emotional connection to this vehicle and being able to still see it just as nice in my garage is wonderful. I could ramble on all day about how the team is super communicative, helpful and just available throughout the process. I honestly hope to never need their services again for something this big. But, in the future when I have a project that needs some special attention. Incredibly satisfied with the outstanding work Oscar and his guys did on my vehicle. Shayna the office manager made everything so easy. Even assisted in getting me a rental car. The communication was fantastic! My 2019 Toyota Rav4 looks great and drives better than it did when I bought it. I highly recommend Scottsdale Collision Center!

The accident.. devastating! New car didn t even have plates yet Luis & Shayna are absolutely amazing! Kind, detail oriented & aim to please!! They said a month . My baby was back in 2 weeks better than ever!! You guys are the best!!! God Bless you!

The team at SCC exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions. They display very high quality standards, and their customer service is fantastic. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know or care about. While there were some minor set backs, they handled them all with genuine care and attention.In terms of the setback, USAA proved to me that their word means nothing. As the parts took longer than anticipated (normal occurance now a days), and my rental coverage timeframe diminished, they refused to extend my rental by a week, leaving me completely standed. There's a lot more to that one, but I digress. You can check out the review I left for them if you'd like. As a result, SCC bumped my vehicle up to be complete sooner than expected. While they did not HAVE to do this... they chose to, and it's a huge reason I'm here taking the time to write this review for them. Good job, guys & girls... seriously!!Second, the team at SCC kept me informed about my vehicle's progress on a weekly to bi-weekly basis throughout the entire process. They also took over a lot of the communication with the insurance company, which again, went a long way.Lastly, the afternoon I picked up the vehicle, it was detailed inside and out. That night, after leaving, I noticed one of my LED fog lights was burnt out. I took my truck back a couple of days later, and let them know what was going on. Without hesitation, the shop manager took my keys, replaced the fog bulb, and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes.While my vehicle's parts did take longer than anticipated, and the insurance company literally left me stranded, the team at SCC proved that good customer service still exists. The fact that their work is spot on is a massive added bonus!

It was a pleasure doing business here. All of the staff were professional. Voice messages always returned promptly. I was given updates every few days. And while the insurance company wanted them to look for used parts, they insisted on actual Toyota replacement parts. My repaired car looks great. And the car was cleaned inside and out.Thanks to Kara, Manny, Alex and Arti fir a professional service. Sorry if I missed anyone else. Great teamwork.

Andre Purdue was Amazing! He helped me to get the insurance company to settle after I was waiting 30 days! Ruby was so polite and caring! The gentleman who drove me to Enterprise car rental (So sorry I forgot his name) was Awesome! I will refer everyone I know to use Scottsdale Collision Center! They have Amazing customer service!

I am so appreciative for SCC- Andre and Manny and their entire crew. Everyone is so nice. They helped us navigate the process of the accident outcomes to our daughters car. We needed to decide whether to do a claim and what the process to do that was - always keeping in mind how much we loved the car but how safe it was for our kids to drive as the damage to the car got bigger and bigger.It was sad for us to loose a car we really loved but just as sad to not be able to talk to Andre and Manny. They are really really nice and very honest humans! Kinda rare these days. A huge thanks for all the updates and honesty thru our experience. Can t say enough about this place.

Pretty upset you cannot rate this place more than 5 stars, man when I tell you the customer service is BEYOND amazing. Scottsdale Collision Center deserves 10 stars for their customer service and how amazing they are at their job. I got into an accident first week of May, i've never been in an accident before so this was a pretty stressful upsetting situation. Before finding this auto shop, I had contacted many other shops around me and no one would get back to me as quick as they did, or they were booked a month out just to get my car in for an estimate. Soon as I emailed Shayna she responded right away and got my car into the shop same week for an estimate. They even picked it up from my house which isn't close to their shop. From the start Shayna has been such a huge help and took off all the weight off my shoulders. She communicated with my insurance and kept me 100% updated and would email me with any updates she would have regarding my car. Shayna, Oscar and the whole team should be beyond proud of themselves for their quality work and service! If I ever need any work or repairs done to any of my vehicles I will never hesitate to bring it to Scottsdale Collision Center, my car looks brand new I am so happy with how it looks!

I have taken my car to SCC twice now for 2 separate accidents. Both times my car came back amazing. Being in an accident is stressful and Luis made the process easy. Shanya communicated a bunch via text which was awesome to always be in the loop. Scottsdale collision center was very helpful when I was in a car accident. They communicated with me every step of the way. Although my vehicle was declared a total loss SCC was able to guide me through the process. I came to Scottsdale Collision Center after going to many other shops that unfortunately could not complete my hood related issue on my Audi without invasive service that would damage the vehicle.I was referred to Scottsdale Collision Center and was expecting that they would also need to damage the car to fix the issue.TO my surprise, they WERE able to fix the hood easily without causing any damage to the car whatsoever. Because of this they were able to save me thousands compared to other places and still get the job completed.I am very appreciative of Oscar and his team who completed the car quickly, professionally, and went out of their way to make sure that I had transportation back after dropping the car off.I highly recommend Scottsdale Collision Center to anyone reading this. We took our van to Scottsdale Collision after my wife introduced it to a garbage can. Oscar and his team were super efficient and did an outstanding job fixing our bumper. Finding an honest auto body repair shop isn't easy, but I know I can trust Oscar and his team to get the job done right. Highly recommend!
