Rob,Has been our family mechanic for about 10 years.Our neighbor gave us his number and we have never looked anywhere else. 5 different carsHe is the most honest mechanic that we have ever met. I recommend him to everyone.

Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Rob not only help us get on the road again(VERY QUICKLY), he showed us how to calibrate the carburetor in our Magic Blue Bus. Such a pleasure to know there are fantastic old guard mechanics out there in the world. Thank you Rob @TheLoopholers

Rob was great! I took my van to the Ford dealer for just regular maintenance and had to bring it back twice and the last time I brought it back they said I needed a new air box for over $700. I asked them not to do the work and I took it to Rob and he said they put the air box back together incorrectly and that is why we were having an intermittent idle! Rob put it back together correctly and we've had no problem since! Rob knows his stuff! He is now our mechanic for any of our needs for any of our vehicles

We started with Rob when we lived nearby.Different cars included 2 diff Elements, Mini Cooper S, and Silverado 4wd. All different requirments and repairs.Always great reliable communication and service, with reasonable and understandable cost. Rob has made cost saving suggestions where appropriate. I ve been taking my vehicles to Rob for 30+ years. He s awesome at his trade. Trucks, cars, motorcycles... He s honest, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. A Ford fan, but excellent at all makes and models. I highly recommend him for all your vehicle repairs.

I stared going to Rob when I lived in Tempe on recommendation of a neighbor. I've moved but continue to make the trip to Rob. I trust him to keep our Honda Elements happy. Over the years he also did great with Silverado truck and Mini Cooper S.

Just today, I went over to Rob's shop to give me an estimate to fix my broken window. I was referred to him by another mechanic who said he is good and reputable. The motor went out while my window was rolling down. On top of that, my son broke it even more by trying to fix it and popped out the window off its tracks :( Also, this did not allow me to go any where because I could not lock my vehicle. While assessing the malfunction, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot!! I could not believe it! Not only did I get to have my vehicle in use again, he was so kind about it and wouldn't accept a payment. I could not say enough of his honest reputation that precedes him and of his work. Go there and find out yourself! :) !

Very friendly, great customer service! Quick with repairs and honest! Highly recommend! I needed a job done but wasn t expecting it to happen in 1 day, Rob took care of it right away... no complaints and the truck is in much better shape! Thanks a bunch!

I have dealt with Robert Baker since he was with Fassl Automotive. He is honest, and his prices are fair. He has never failed taking care of my vehicles. I travel from southeast Gilbert to his shop. I highly recommend Robert to all my friends without hesitation.

Rob is honest, straight forward about what repairs need to be done and he's cheaper than what the dealer quoted. We will definitely continue to use him if/when issues arise with our vehicle.
