Will was super helpful! He told me the price of the replacement. JT is the one who came out and worked on my windshield it took about 35 minutes with no hassle!! They make the whole process easy! It came out really nice!!

Will and he s team are impressive. Their attention to detail and commitment to service are unlike anything I ve encountered before. They will come and fill chips and let you know when it s time to replace a windshield (I has a crack below the wiper blade and Will suggested I wait so I didn t have unnecessary hit to my windshield protection). Ironically 4 weeks later I got a rock chip that spread immediately and then we scheduled a replacement with Audi auto glass.I love they came while I was in yoga and took care of calibration in the field too. I d recommend them to family and friends all day long. Call them if you need auto glass

Would absolutely recommend, they were even a preferred team via my insurance, thankfully, because I've had poor experiences with other companies in the past.George is a phenomenal tech, very informative and helpful, he clearly explained any and all questions I had (and there were many!), professionally communicated when the dealership issued the incorrect windshield (which sensors i needed versus the windshield issues wasnt compatible with), and calmly assured me throughout the process. He arrived regardless if I was home or at work, he communicated location, time frame, and anything that may cause delay. He even walked me through turning my sensors back on and ensuring they worked before departure (ensuring a thorough installation was completed to 100% accuracy). Will is an excellent owner; he was quick and informative with any further questions, clarifications, and requests I had as well as assisted me through the photo and documentation process for my insurance. I believe Will was also the initial person who I was in contact with and I wanted to tell him thank you as well for being kind as I had a 20 year old car for 7 years previously, this new car was my first smarter car and I had a million questions+anxiety about the recalibration, tinting, and overall care for my vehicle afterward, he was very patient and helpful.I had a great experience overall, even despite receiving the wrong windshield twice due to my car dealership registering the incorrect product code, the Proview team weathered it all phenomenally. Thank you again, I'm bummed my new windshield in my new car cracked, but I'm ecstatic I was able to get it replaced quickly, conveniently, and utilize my insurance benefit. The glass is clear, doesn't seem to transfer too much heat from the outside through to the inside of the car, and so far has survived a pigeon face planting right into it when I was on the way to a gas station Thank you Kay and Brody for the recalibration assistance with the new windshield, I appreciate you both immensely as well.Thank you again everyone, you were wonderful! I only have a photo of the new windshield, I'll get photos of the old one from the report I submitted and try to remember to update! But overall, I had three minor chips (size of a mosquito each) across the middle of the windshield, and (the major problem) one chip (2/3 size of a dime) that hit the bottom black section of the windshield, right in the middle, which caused a crack to slice downward further to the hood of the car leaning more toward the passenger side, upward approximately 3-4 inches toward the rearview mirror, and continued approx. 2 dollar bill lengths across toward the driver side. The main issue for me was the glare that would hit the crack and it'd be hard to see around if it continued to fracture (which already continued due to multiple weather changes the past month) toward the other chips in the windshield.

Sadness, from frustration and poor ultra poor care in my families vehicle. I was contacted by this company to replace or repair my cracked windshields so I informed them I have full replacement coverage included in my service. I also informed them that I wanted to help them out and get all three of my vehicles replaced at the same day of service! This would obviously be of a huge benefit to them and me. They do indeed do glass reimbursement so me doing all 3 at once meant a larger check for me but it also means more money for them as well. This typically gets you some of the best service possible since me crew is getting paid for 3 vehicles with zero windshield time(pun intended)! Despite all of this the company didn t clean up after themselves, leaving glass on my driveway, the floor boards of the vehicles and broken pieces of trim. Do I drive lambos no but they are mine and I do my best to take care of them the best I can. And as such I will never give this company another chance. Despite giving them 2 weeks from the date of service to make it right and correct there error they haven t done anything except ghost me. Do I want this review to harm their business no absolutely not. I work hard to provide for my family I just hope this changes the poor care and creates a better working environment for the employees and customers

Will and Lynn did a great job helping me get my glass replacement scheduled quickly and while helping guide me through the process. Once the appointment was set they sent out one of their techs, Mikey, who did a great job replacing the windshield and doing so around my work schedule. Great experience and solid company. Will definitely use them when needed in the future.

Had a rock chip and they were able to send out a guy the next day , very friendly and an efficient Technician ( Brody ) , hardly tell where it was. would highly recommend them for any windshield related jobs.

Will and his team did a superb job of replacing the windshield on my 2021 Honda Pilot. The guys were on time, communicated by text with their ETA and explained the process to me clearly. They recalibrated the safety system perfectly which is the most important part of the work. I highly recommend ProView for any glass work you need. And, they follow up after the work has been completed to make sure that I was satisfied with the job!

George was my technician today. He was very responsive and communicative the entire day until his arrival. He worked quickly and his work was excellent quality. This is my second review for ProView. (see original below)I had such a great first experience replacing my own windshield, that when hubby's vehicle developed a crack (thanks again to another rock from the SanTan 202), I called ProView for a replacement. The owner, Will, helped me submit a claim through my insurance provider online and we scheduled for its replacement a few days later. Quick and easy. Brand new windshield and it's all taken care of. Just. Like. That.A special thanks to Mike C. who did a fantastic job. He was prompt, courteous and nothing less than an absolute professional.Great company to do business with. Another high recommendation from this gal right here.I called ProView after getting quotes and information from at least a dozen other companies looking to replace my cracked windshield. After dealing with several pushy, man-splainin' sales people, it was refreshing to speak with Kay at ProView.As I was going through my insurance company, the cost was inconsequential to me, and not what sold me on ProView. It was Kay's manner of professionalism and the honesty of the information she provided that really clicked for me.And that same professionalism continued throughout my experience. I spoke with Will, the owner, who took the time to make sure my experience went well. From Phil and Nate, who installed the glass, and Brody, who calibrated the windshield to my vehicle's safety system, I can't say that I've ever dealt with a more professional, courteous team of people like that of ProView.Plus, they took care of every-little-thing. Perfectly. Not so much as a smudge on my brand new windshield.HIGHLY recommend.

I've worked with ProView several times over the last few years. Will & his team are knowledgable, honest, friendly & provide the best customer service. Will walked me through the insurance process for our vehicles & even gave me the best out of pocket price when I replaced my dad's windshield (who didn't have insurance coverage). Pro View Auto Glass & Tint is great. I ve had them replace my windshield & do my tint. JT did an excellent job. This last time I used them I had a chip in my windshield & I was about to leave town for a while, they came out on a Saturday. Their techs were clean cut, professional, polite & they did excellent work quickly. Highly recommend.

We had our windshield and rear glass replaced on our 2003 Ford150 this company went above and beyond to help us. Another company refused to fix due rust, I would highly recommend them and it was easy to use our auto glass coverage. Would definitely use them again. These guys are awesome, they previously fixed windshield chips for me such that it was totally unnoticeable and then when I had the car in the shop and the service tech found a new chip ProView fixed them for free so I wouldn't get hit with an increase in my insurance. I am amazed that they cared so much about what my insurance would be that they even did some work for free!!! Amazing!!!!

Proview makes it easy! My experience is, if you want it done right the first time go with the pros. Will and his company will give you personalized service. Small family, professionally run business. The best customized service. Proview makes it easy to do the job no one likes to do. They are mobile and will come to your work or home. They get your insurance company on the line, so all you have to do is verify information to insurance. Proview then schedules your install, usually the next day! If for any reason, you are unhappy with the job that has been done, Will will make it right!If you don t have insurance they will give you a cash quote.I won t use any other company. The installers are great!

The Proview folks are amazing! Will coordinated my glass repair and George did the work on my Audi. I would highly recommend Proview because Will took the time upfront to make sure I got the proper OEM glass and then George was meticulous in his workmanship.

ProView has been my goto "glass guy" since the beginning. From the owner to the secretary, each and everyone of them are professional, courteous, attentive, and beyond kind! All I can say is WOW! ProView Auto Glass was a great experience. I had my driver side window and windshield to be replaced. The company is locally and family owned. They called my insurance and took care of my claim and had a technician out to complete the job. I also had window tinting and the technicians did a great job with matching and restoring me back to my original set up. I highly recommend Will and ProView Auto Glass.

ProView did a great Job replacing the windshield on my Mustang. Other companies would only replace it in their shop as it is a convertible but ProView had no problem coming to us.We will most definitely use them again! Thank You John Bergen

Got a chip in my window over the weekend and needed a quick fix before it spread. ProView was able to get a driver out to my location immediately. Mikey came while I was at work and patched it up within a couple of minutes and it looks brand as NEW.The service is top tier here and I will definitely be letting all my friends and family know where to go when they need a repair!
