Tim and his team are really good people. They do amazing work - not for the insurance company - but for YOU! When you are in an accident and you need an auto body shop to repair your car, Precision Auto Body has your best interests in mind. They are not beholden to the insurance companies and are only interested in making sure your car looks and operates the way it did before your fender bender. These guys have integrity and I highly recommend them.

I ve had my vehicle serviced at this location twice now for cosmetic work. Zach and the team have done a phenomenal job each time. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for prompt and efficient work on their vehicle. I commend the body shop on their full transparency regarding their pricing as they walk me through the process and options available to me.Zach and the team provided a same day temporary fix on my 2022 Lexus until I m able to bring in for a full repair.Thanks again Precision Auto Body!

This is a late review as I picked up my car in October but wanted to say they did an awesome job fixing the front end of my red Miata. Staff was professional and helpful, they worked with my insurance company on all details, and the car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Very happy. Thank you!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are scammers and a rip off. Took my car for what they claim is "FREE ESTIMATE" and when I decided not to go with them they charged me almost $600 for admin fees and one day of storage! IT is false advertisement to put that they have free estimates and charge all misc. fees. I took the car in on a Tuesday and tried to pick it up on Wednesday.

It took very long to get my car but he did give me information about how to get my rental paid for so I gave him a four. Nice guy great work on my car

Initially I felt a little uneasy, being that the Toyota dealership had taken my 2021 Camry XSE to a shop of their own choosing. I felt I probably would have been better off having had some input on where it was going...but it was too late. The car was already dropped at Precision. (Not that I know the first thing about auto repair.) I had recently had the worst experience possible @ Camelback Toyota, my expectations had diminished to practically nonexistant for dealerships. I switched dealerships, taking my vehicle to Berge Toyota this time around. Much better experience and I could not have been more wrong about thier preferred auto body shop! Zach is AMAZING. His overall competence and professionalism is beyond compare. Rarely do you find this level of willingness to assist, taking time to explain the details and share his knowledge. After two Toyota dealership service centers could not determine exactly what the heck was going on with my car, Zach saved the day in only a matter of a few hours. My car only has 11k miles on it, so I was beyond frustrated. After speaking with Zach, i was confident that the issue could now be resolved @ Toyota. I cant express my gratitude enough for the time you took out of your busy Friday to not only diagnose the issue but also sitting down with tbe Toyota Rep to clarify what exactly needed to be done. I will refer anyone in the Valley needing a body shop to Precision from here on out!

Lexus Earnhardt referred me to Precision. Not very satisfied with the communication from these ppl I constantly had to chase someone to get get info on eta. Spoke to Zach on numerous occasions. Yet no follow up after several messages left. Was promised to get an adjustment for the additional 2 weeks paid by me from Precision after my rental car coverage ran out promised by Aubrey. Zach finally informed that my request was denied and Enterprise said that Precision had the capability to authorize that adjustment.

As much as, I wish to give this place for zero star I would do it. The reason, I m here to say something about this place because I feel like people need to know about it. This place was hypocrite and liars. They had my car for 6 months for auto body repairs from a car accident. The guy that took care my car name Zachary and he was not the person who he was. Every time, I called he always come up with an excuse about something wrong and need time and more money to fix and sometime they had me wait for 2 days to respond back to me. If you ever think to do anything to your car with this place please watch out your back.

Zach did an amazing job and made the whole process of having our auto damage repair smooth and stress free. He contacted our insurance company and handled all the necessary formalities in a timely manner... my vehicle looks brand new! Very professional, decently priced and outstanding repair. Hello,I got Carbon Fiber mods done to car and I love their work. The owner took great care of me and really made sure I was taken care of and all my questions answered even if it was after store hours. Overall, the quality of their work was extremely nice and will definitely be taking all my cars here for future mods as well.Best Regards,

Not an ETHICAL SHOP!!They took 7 WEEKS to pull a scam!! The only issue is Zac and KJ, though he seemed uncomfortable lying whole time he did it.I'm a repeat customer and brought my truck back after I was hit in a shopping center and incurred damage to the passenger side of my vehicle by an insured of American Family. Well a day before I was to drop off my truck I ran over something on the I 10 that bent the driver side truck bed box of my pickup and I had them write that up to my insurance company.Here is where the games begin. I drop off the truck and Zac says he will take care of my deductible, a few weeks go by and I anticipate them finishing and I call to see what exactly the numbers will be and he go back on his word about the deductible, this is irritating but not a great issue at this point. I did mention I saw some charges that were duplicate and requested copies of the supplements via email. KJ responded to that email with an answer that wasn't satisfactory at the time and he never got around to sending me the supplements. The same day I requested supplements from both insurance adjusters whom at this point don't know that there are two claims being handled by them at the same time. At some point the truck had the bedliner stripped and they upped the charge from 400 to 850, then they said the sides needed to be stripped and then repainted and then have the bedliner reapplied and the billed 20hrs of addition labor and 850 to redo the bedliner!! I was never told about this change in work needed. I was made aware after repeated calls to see when the truck was going to be done and KJ told me progressive would not pay. I called progressive and they told me that they did the work ahead of approval and they didn't feel the cost or procedure was correct and she called several bedliner companies and none said do it that way. In hindsight Knowing what progressive didn't know at the time I figured they got the okay from AMFAM then sent it to progressive with nothing to lose! Again, at no time did they tell me ahead of doing it that my truck needed a 2800.00 bed repair and neither insurance company was given a 5600 complete tab or told they were each paying half as Zach now claims. I went to pick up my truck 8/24 and called them out on the scam, Zach also took the liberty to charge me 172.00 for nerf bars I didn't like! I find that weird for two reasons, I communicated via email about the bars and told KJ I didn't want the replacements they chose and he agreed to remove them at no charge.. pretty great time to mention a 35% re stocking fee and I have a quote from the dealer that they use saying it's 15% and I'm sure it's waived for them. No trust and I removed my truck from their custody without additional payment as they were overpaid! I now have to get the key they have programmed out and have my BSM fixed on the passenger side.Fortunately I can't say they do horrible work but they are unethical and looking at the communication provided to me by the claims adjusters, they knew all along and steered this out 7 weeks so they could hit a home run on me and both insurers!See Yelp for more infoService: Body & Trim

Precision auto body is very professional and their service is the best. My car was completely a new car after it was repaired. I am very satisfied with their service attitude and maintenance ability. Thank them, especially kJ Bearden. It rained the day my car was damaged. After the car was towed to the auto body, he drove me home. During the maintenance, he kept contacting my insurance company and informed me of the maintenance in time. Finally, he drove the repaired car home for me. Through my personal experience, I think auto body is the best in the field of automobile maintenance! Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Precision Auto Body was a referral from Berge Toyota. Very likeable staff and they have a very local feel.Workmanship seems parr with other shops I have used in the past. The 5 stars are becuase i am a customer service nightmare. I expect (my expectations are not allays centered in reality)my account manager to be on top of my work and communicate in a timely manner. Matthew did his best to navigating my expectations. The only issue I had was a couple of missed opportunities to speed up the process.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Body & Trim

Had to get my car repaired and these guys (Tony/Zach) had my back and fought with the insurance to make sure I got the best parts to make my car look as good as new. They called me every step of the way and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Anytime I called they would respond in a timely manner and if I ever had a question they would already know or get right back to me. Would definitely recommend this shop and would return if I ever needed body work.

I worked with Zac Holm and he was hands down AMAZING! He went back and forth with my insurance company on my behalf to ensure my vehicle had brand new original parts. Although my repair took a lot longer than expected, it was because Zac would not settle when my insurance was trying to make him put used parts in my car. I love my Infiniti and when I got it back, I couldn t even tell anything happened to it. She looked like she did when I got her off the lot! I m beyond pleased and I cant say thank you enough!

The people at Precision auto body are very honest. Had a front bumper repair a few years when I had my other infiniti. The did a fantastic job. When the work was done the bumper looked like it was brand new and the paint job match the car and the car I had was black. Would highly recommend Precision and Zach is an awesome person. Very honesty and keeps his word.

Precision Auto Body is my first experience with having body work done to a vehicle. I am glad that I chose Precision Auto Body to do the work! The work done on the car was great and I couldn't be more happy. I also encountered issues with the insurance company who was responsible for the repair bill. KJ was professional and did a great job in keeping me in the loop while dealing with the insurance company. My husband and I had some repairs done on our Infinite and Zack helped us with our claim and provided wonderful service. When we got an 18 inch scratch on it again we immediately called Zack. He took care of us on the same day and best of all he didn't charge us. I would definitely recommend having your car fix by these wonderful folks.

That guy Zac was a liar I picked up my vehicle and it was leaking fluids. I had to pay someone else to fix it. He told me too bad I didn't notice before I drove off. Also there were items missing out of the vehicle.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

It's sad to need to bring the same car back in for repairs. Having received excellent treatment and quality work previously, I demanded that my insurer allow me to take my vehicle there again. Since we were rear-ended by an uninsured motorist my insurance company was going to pay for my repairs and had strongly suggested I use one of their shops. The second time around the repair again was perfect showing no visible evidence of damage. The manager, Zac keeping you always in the loop. That is how a business should be run.

When I picked up my truck after it was finished I walked around to see the work. I was hit on the driver side from the rear bumper to the front bumper, all damage was strictly body side. Be for the accident. I had a new front bumper and both head lights that were all most a year old, and flawless. At the time I'm standing at this shop, looking at the front of my truck I saw scratches all over my head lights, many small scuffs in the front bumper and one deep scratch. I addressed it and was told that this was previous damage. I stood the office guy no, paint and lens where flawless. He did take the truck back and had the scratches buffed but the head light he told me was my problem. The shop was suppose to clean and buff the scratch out of my rims, they got paid for it but my rims were just as dirty as the day I dropped the truck off. I have paid out of pocket 45 dollars for all the fasteners that where not replace from there work, and I'm still finishing body panels with the wrong bolts in them as of today. The alignment was played by the insurance, and I was told it was done by a specialist, when I received my truck to tow was out and seams to be a waste of my policy money. Took my truck to fire stone and was told it was the tow, the tech started it was way far out. The office people are willing to do the work but cut every corner, then denies fault of quality and makes a lies and will not take accountability without a huge argument. Hince why I had gotten a alignment check by fire stone, and have been replacing the panel fittings out of my pocket. Think twice, and refuse what the dealership and insurance say about the quality of this shop. Zac was the office person I dealt with.

These guys were great. Even though they didn't do any work for us. We had our daughters 2007 Ford Taurus towed there for repairs after being hit by a tree during the Monsoon. They took the time to work up a quote even though she didn't insurance to cover it. It was going to come out of her pocket. They were straight up honest with us that it wouldn't be worth putting the money into the car. And on top of that they were extremely patient keeping the car there until I could make arrangements to get it towed off there lot.Honesty goes a long way with me and for this I give them 5 stars and my future business.

Precision has repaired my vehicles after no fewer than six accidents. Every time I have had nothing but excellent service and a flawless repair. I have recommended this shop to all my coworkers and my own family. Couldn't be happier with their work and their professionalism.

I rear ended someone and completely destroyed the front end of my brand new SUV. It was pretty upsetting at the time but precision auto body was so easy to work with!! Nice, caring office staff and AMAZING body work!! I couldn't believe how flawless my SUV was after they worked on it!! The office manager even stayed over an hour late for me to come and pick up my vehicle!! Highly recommended this place!!Delete review

Nothing was as stated. Car didn't get finished on time due to lack of parts even though I was repeatedly assured they had the parts. Was told I would get a discount because of the mistake but that didn't happen either. The price was also over $600 than the price I was told. Even if they kept their word about the discount it still would have been more than expected. I went there due to a Honda dealership recommending them. Their previous reviews were high so I don't know if I was just an exception to their norm but I would not recommend this place.

I just finished with an experience at Precision auto body. A couple of weeks ago I had some front end damage and they repaired my car, they knocked it out of the park actually. Well, a couple of weeks passed by and out of the blue my air conditioning stopped working. I contacted them and they told me to bring it in as soon as possible. I brought the car in and in an hour I was on the road with a cold air conditioned car again. These guys are the real deal, I wouldn t even consider taking my car anywhere else, and as evidenced above, they don t hesitate a second to back up their quality work if something should arise. Can t recommend them enough!
