My experience with PCC Collision was truly exceptional, and I highly recommend! They not only repaired my car flawlessly, but the attention to detail was impeccable as well (you wouldn't even know there was any damage that occurred). Paul, the owner, was incredibly respectful, friendly, and ensured that every question/concern I had was addressed with care. I found PCC Collision online via their reviews and they lived up to that expectation. I was moving in 10 days when I dropped my car off and the owner Paul made it happen!! I am so thankful for PCC, they are very communicative and easy going. I felt that all the staff cared about the job they were doing. Bonus, they have shop dogs!!Thank You Guys!!

I found PCC Collision online while I was trying to find a body shop with good reviews and I am so glad I found them. Paul and Nira are absolutely the best and I would highly recommend them for any auto body repairs. They treat clients as family. They go above and beyond to do the job right. PCC collisions is amazing to work with my kid (collage student at ASU) got into an accident, he got rear ended and then rear ended some body else as a result. Paul fixed my son's car and did amazing work. The color match on the bumpers was better than factory and the blend was seamless, we dropped the car off in bad shape and got it back looking better then when it pulled off the lot! they even washed it for us ! Amazing people to work with, super patient and kept us informed. Highly recommend PCC

Hands down best experience I've ever had when it comes to anything automotive. Was involved in a hit and run and the other driver wasn't identified, so it was all on me and my insurance. I had anticipated a huge hassle with paperwork and phone calls trying to coordinate between the insurance and body shop, but nope! After filing the claim, Paul and his team took care of everything from there! I got regular updates throughout the process and everything was explained to me clearly and professionally. I had never gone through the collision/insurance process and was ready to feel confused throughout it but felt totally at ease with how Paul handled everything and appreciated being talked to like a person and not just a customer/client. I will never consider another body shop, and while I hope to not need to see these guys very often, they will always get my business. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, when I was cleaning my 2020 Shelby GT500, I put a pretty significant scratch just over the driver side fender. I called Paul and wound up bringing it to him. He assured that my car was in good hands. He is a man of his word, and he definitely treated my vehicle like it was his very own. He not only fixed the big scratch, but administered a flawless paint job on the fender of my car. The bodywork was flawless, as well as the paint matching. Paul is a wizard. When I picked my car up they even washed and detailed it for me, and in all honesty, it was probably the cleanest a car has ever been! Lol I highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone in need of collision repair, body damage, or paint repair.

I have referred a multitude of friends and family to Paul and his team for collision repair and auto modifications. I am all about quality and communication. That is what you get when you go to PCC. I will admit when trying to get my rims powder coated the way i wanted on my truck. It took 3 attempts and Paul would not let me settle if i wasn't happy. That is real customer service and someone who takes pride in his work. Couldn't be happier with my continued experience with PCC.

This is the best car repair center that I've been to thus far in Arizona. The center is very honest with the estimates it provides unlike most places that try to overcharge. The company was so transparent with their price breakdown (and how they even offered to help call other places for a cheaper replacement) and this really made me comfortable as a customer.Paul, the owner is very friendly and I was very fortunate to meet him. In spite of his extensive auto knowledge, he is very laid back and easy to talk to. Much more thanks to him and is expert team, my car's rear dent was fixed in under an hour and now my car's bumper looks brand new.From start to finish, I am very pleased with everything at PCC. And, I also loved Paul's two cute dogs as well.I will definitely be coming back for any future tune ups or repairs that I need.

This is the 3rd car I have had Paul repaired for me and him and his team are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with repairs. Every time I have contacted Paul he has been very honest and will not repair anything that isn't necessary. He had my car fully ready for the appraiser to look at and even pointed out items the appraiser didn't see. I feel confident bringing my car to him and know that I will not be jacked around. He will always be my car repair man! Thank you!!!!

What a breath of fresh air! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by nowadays. As a business owner myself I can really appreciate the efforts that Paul and his team put forth. They helped ensure the claim went smoothly. Most important to me is communication. I was kept updated throughout the process which was completed a lot sooner than expected. My truck was returned clean and I am very happy with the work. Would highly recommend this shop to all my family and friends!

PCC is the perfect example of an auto body shop that's both friendly to their customers and very professional in their work ethic. Paul is a great guy who delivers on his promise, be it a discount on your deductible or an early delivery date. I got a raw deal from my insurance company and had to pay a huge deductible. Paul helped ease that with a generous discount. When I got the car back, there was no sign of the extensive damage it had taken.If you're a dog lover, Paul's two Labradors would keep you happily occupied in the office. 100% would recommend!

I went here after I bought my car recently, but was having trouble with the side panel. Paul was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He is a really stand up and honest guy who will not cheat you and offers good services. I will definitely be coming back here when I have other car needs and would highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

Paul and the whole crew at PCC Collision are amazing! I've dealt with many mechanics and none were as thorough in their work and kind as the people at this shop. As a female, I've dealt with a lot of shops trying to rip me off, but Paul made sure that I even saved money. They got me in right away and kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time. He even checked the next day to make sure I was happy with the work after I left. My Jeep looks good as new! The paint matches perfectly and you can tell it's really quality work. I will definitely be coming back here for any auto body or mechanical work I need in the future. Recommend!

After being rear-ended and had my rear-bumper destroyed, I took my car to Paul's shop (PCC Collision). I normally would have took my car to Infinity to make sure that my car was repaired up to industry standards with high quality parts. But a friend recommended that I take it to Paul because not only does he leave the car in better than new condition but the customer service and turn around time is amazing.The day I brought it in to the shop he immediately started to work on it. He got me into an upgraded rental car at no additional cost (insurance covered it), and he literally kept me updated on my car every step of the way. I got my car back in less than 2 weeks, even though this happened during the holiday's and some parts were delayed because of holiday shipping restrictions. The end result was amazing, my car looks better than it did before!I was so pleased with his work that I brought my car back to him and had him change my oil, put brand new drilled rotors and ceramic brakes (no more squeaking)! I had mentioned to him that I "eventually" wanted to get some new wheels on my car, and not even a week later he calls me to tell me he found some really cool wheels at a price I could not pass up on! He went out of his was to do this for me, and that was most impressive.It does not end there, not only did I get the new wheels, but he custom powder coated them for me a color I've never seen before. My car is no longer standard or average, after Paul and his teams work, my car is turning heads. :)I will recommend PCC Collision to anyone! I am so impressed with his work that I've already scheduled in another upgrade to my car with them!

Paul the owner is awesome. I've done 2 insurance repairs through him and also routine maintenance on my vehicles. Always fast and timely. He even got me a sweet deal on a rental car through enterprise. I recommend all my friends and family to him now.

Paul is a true professional! He and his staff will not send anything out of the shop unless it's the way they would do it ON THEIR OWN VEHICLES! As soon as my insurance company looked at my vehicle at the shop, it was less than 2 days until I was back on the road again. In a matter that is never fun, Paul made it so. My car looks amazing! What can I say PCC collision is one of the best, if not the best body shop in Arizona. Paul took care of me quoted me the best price I could find around for a respray on my bumper. the quality of the paint work was amazing looked like glass, and it only took a two day turn around. I would highly reccomend you stop by for any body work needs !

I was recommended to PCC collision by a friend. I have a Nissan GT-R and I was very hesitant to just take my car anywhere as I have over 90,000 invested and I wanted to take it somewhere I could trust. I took my car to a few other shops prior to my friends recommendation and received multiple quotes. The car needed numerous repairs and PCC was able to beat the other quotes and the quality of the work was top notch. The custom paint work that I had him do in engine bay and on the intercooler also turned out amazing. I highly recommend this shop for any bodywork, paint, or any other general automotive repair.

I drive 07 328i BMW and if you're not taking your car to the dealership and getting robbed with their prices it's hard to find someone that actually knows how to work on foriegn cars in Arizona. I took my car to PCC and it had 101 problems. They did a full inspection and fixed everything. I trust the expertise, and the price of PCC my car is running like a dream they saved my car at a great price for all of the work! They were timely friendly and very very helpful! I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.
