I love getting my car serviced at Mini of Tempe. Service advisors are very professional and transparent on pricing. They do a great job taking care of my car. The only drawback is that labor costs are usually very expensive and they charge for everything including the rags they use.

Brody was attentive and helpful during my service at Mini of Tempe. I came in with a budget, and Brody was able to get everything done plus more and keep it within my budget. I look forward to servicing my Mini Cooper with him in the future.

I was heading to Tempe for a wedding weekend when my car died, about 60 miles from this dealership. I had the car towed there after hours. The next morning I received a phone call asking about the car. After the details got sorted out, I decided to have a diagnosis run. The outcome for my eleven year old mini was not good.The decision was made to sell it, as is. It was Unsafe to drive. So, I made arrangements to get back home -160 miles away- and leave the car behind. The service department went above and beyond in helping me in this situation. They agreed to receive the title and extra key, (which I had fed exed to them), and turn it over to the new owner. In addition, they accepted the payment check and forwarded it to me. Emails were sent keeping me updated as to what was happening and then an email- saying it was a pleasure dealing with me and wishing me well. They advised me that the check, old license plate and some paperwork were being overnighted to me.I am truly, truly impressed with the graciousness that was shown in this situation. Over my eleven years of ownership, I ve dealt with Mini dealerships in many states..,even Alaska! I have ALWAYS received excellent, courteous service. I don t know of any other car brand that compares with the friendliness and quality of service that Mini consistently gives across the country.Thank you Mini of Tempe-for all of your help.

I had a great experience at your dealership. Fixed my car quick and professionally My service adviser Bethany Davis is very good at explaining and doing her job with the customers. Highly recommend bethany and the whole service department crew , as well as all of the mechanics that performed the jobs on my car.

Great service from Cody in the service dept! I had a flat tire traveling back to California for the holiday, and Cody kindly guided me to get my car in for a new tire to the nearest Mini dealership, with constant communication, and worked hard to get my car serviced by the end of day. Thanks Cody!

This was my first time here having my 2013 mini serviced. They installed a new drive belt and reset the computer, my mini is running better than ever. I think by resetting the computer made a difference in the overall proformance. Great experience, affordable pricing and they even have loaner cars. Highly recommend

I always have a good experience when I go to mini of tempe. Everyone is so kind and friendly. The work they do on my car is phenomenal. They keep my car going and going. I would recommend Mini of Tempe to everyone who has a Mini Cooper whether it is old or new. They will keep it runningand if you don't have a Mini Cooper, I suggest you invest in one. You wont want anything else. The most fun and the best car you will ever own. They just keep getting better and better.

Checked brake problems after dealer we bought our mini from stated that they no longer serviced Mimi s. We had been to Mini in Tempe before and liked their attitude and service so we came here. Their service was as we expected and we will be back

Honestly we had almost $7000 worth of repairs done to our 2017 Mini Cooper S. Beyond the price the car was returned unwashed and dirtier than when we dropped it off. I feel the bare minimum was done as far as repairs were considered for the price.

Customer service was professional and attentive. Where my issue is the cost of $200 to do a sime diagnostic of the vehicle. Was a check engine light. Mini in Scottsdale told me the diagnostic and 4 point inspection would have been free.

Very pleased. Went in for a tire rotation and also to diagnose an intermittent squeak. While they unfortunately couldn't reproduce the squeak (it's intermittent, I realize that), they did inspect the suspension and brakes and found no issues of concern. I was texted a link to a video recorded by the technician prior to performing the tire rotation, showing front & rear tread depths and noticeably more wear in front (to be expected on a sporty FWD car with front-biased weight distribution). The service also included a free multi-point inspection and car wash. Lastly, my service advisor was, like the tech in the video, very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and they were respectful of my time - I was in and out of there in just under an hour. Will definitely go back for future service needs.Service: Tires

Bethany is my advisor and she does an excellent job helping keep my car serviced and on the road I am a sales rep and on the road a lot. Recently there was an issue with my car that I overlooked and the team there really went in with 10 star service and not only had me in a loaner car but got my car up and running in no time. truly I can say I love the mini brand and I really like the dealership I continuously take my care to and get service from this is by far some of the better customer care I have received with dealing with a car manufacture..An update to my most recent drop off the car had another foul up however the mini team jumped on it asap it was over the thanksgiving holiday break and they seemed to be working even during that time. I called and they were quick to answer and even faster to get me back on the road with a loaner car. I was in a jam and had many meetings I needed to get to and without question I was able to get back on the road in no time. My car was worked on the price was decent and the team said they would love to see me again even if my car does not need service.The entire staff treats me and my child like I own the place which is a really good feeling to want to return back to.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

The service department went above and beyond to repair my 2017 Mini Cooper S. I had a myriad of electrical issues that their mechanic was able to pinpoint and repair in a timely fashion. Miguel and the lead mechanic (Irvan,) should be commended for outstanding customer service and going above to save me hundreds in additional costs. In the future, I will be using Mini of Tempe for all of my preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs. It was worth the cost to know that my car was repaired according to manufacturer specifications and OEM parts. Mini of Tempe had been and will continue to be my "go to" shop! I would highly recommend Miguel and Irvan to repair your Mini. They will do it right the first time. I have been to MINI of Tempe for my Mini Cooper several times and they have always been so helpful. Everyone is very patient and understanding. I took my car in to see if there was something we could do about my broken AUX input. They checked it over and let me know possible solutions that I could afford. They even looked at the rest of the car and let me know what to look out for and what to replace soon. They also never pressured me to spend more or to do any services I did not want. Highly recommend coming here ESPECIALLY if you have a Mini of your own or are looking for one!!

My battery died and Mini-of-Tempe was able to get my car in the same day, just in time to have an annual service. I ve owned a Mini since 2013 and always have my car serviced there. Excellent service.

Professional service advisor Bethany, great communication throughout start to finish right at the holiday season!! Mini needed a new battery and a valve replacement the inspection found. I had an extended warranty, and Bethany was just wonderful following up. I am also pleased with the loaner car availability while my Mini needed service an added bonus The service manager Stephanie was excellent as well. First time taking my Countryman to Mini of Tempe service department. Made appointment online, they sent confirmation text immediately, called to confirm service needed. Day of they were very easy to work with, explained everything in detail and I was out in a reasonable time.
