Mini of Tempe is the BEST dealership to purchase your Mini or any vehicle they have on their lot. They are FAIR - HONEST and TRUTHFUL - everything you would want and expect in a dealership. Their pricing is more than competitive and they really care about their customers. This is my fourth purchase from them - there are dealerships closer to my home - but I keep coming back to Mini of Tempe. The sales process from start to finish is a pleasure as is the visit to the finance department. Please consider the dealership - you won t be disappointed.

I had an awesome time at Mini of Tempe. I had visited other dealerships and got the runaround. When I contacted Mini all of the staff was unbelievably helpful and courteous. From the salesman to the General Manager everyone was really attentive. They worked my deal treated me fairly and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Who does that anymore. Answer, just Mini of Tempe.

Came in for an engine check, got everything fixed, then on the way to pick it up I was informed that another part of the engine broke when they were parking for pickup. Having to pay for the part of the engine that broke under their watch I thought I was done with this dealership, next day I go to fill my tank and it won't take any gas. Call the dealership to see how and when they'd fix it and I was informed the only fix was to replace the entire tank. At this point I was done, brought it to a local well reviewed auto shop, turns out it was a kink in the gas line cause by the mini dealership and they fixed it for free. I am not coming back to this dealership.

I highly recommend purchasing a Mini from Mini of Tempe. I special ordered a Mini. Luiz Knabben handled all aspects of the order & delivery with professionalism. I couldn t be more pleased with the service provided by Luiz and Mini of Tempe. The car arrived within 90 days and was equipped just as I had ordered.

I absolutely love my new Mini! It would have been a special order, but as it turned out, my "build" was coming in their next shipment, so the vehicle became my Mini two weeks before arriving. Work with sales rep, Zack. He will take good care of you. Actually, everyone was friendly and professional and made sure my Mini was exactly what I wanted. A Mini is the MOST FUN car I have ever driven. You gotta test drive!

I purchased a pre-owned car from MiniTempe. I did most of the paperwork online which was really easy. The GM contacted me that night to let me know I was approved for a loan and the car was available. I told her that I was purchasing the car for my son. The next day we arrived at the dealership to finish up the paperwork. When we arrived and walked into the showroom, the first thing we saw was the car with a big red bow and a sign that said congratulations. It was a great experience! Everyone was professional salesman and finance was a breeze.I highly recommend this dealership!

My last 2 cars have been MINIs purchased at this location. This last time I was there, to pick up my build, they treated us to the Italian Job, lunch, and snacks. It was very enjoyable! It did not feel like the historic car-buying experiences of years past, thank God!

I ve purchased two MINI s from this dealership and they ve been wonderful to work with. The only thing that I find wrong is that they greatly undervalue your trade in. You re better off to sell privately.

Thank Heavens for Mini Cooper of Tempe . I made a appointment online was on time for my service appointment..was serviced and back on the rode. Drove my Mini Cross-Country from Washington D.C. last year May 2020 during a pandemic and she has been riding every since. I the MINI dealer because they are always honest..professional and knowledgeable..Mini Cooper of Tempe didn't disappoint 5 Stars

Stephanie, Luis, John, Tara and Jason were all wonderful!As the Out the Door was MSRP (regardless of the current market situation, as when you order the car from the factory -- this is my 3rd), however, they were open to negotiating the dealer add-ons and they were reasonable about the menu of other products and services. They also did all the negotiations with me via email and the buying process was fast and painless (except for the writing the check part -- not so painless). Delivery was clean and flawless. Great team at MINI TEMPE for buying a car -- even in this market.Thank you for a very smooth and wonderful experience. Everything was great! Shout out to Luis and Tara!!! Had a great experience here when I needed a new battery in my car. It ended up being cheaper than independent shops! They were great at updating me and giving a full rundown of what condition my car is in, as well as writing up well priced quotes for other work I ll need done to it in the future.

When something came up in the middle of my purchase that was out of their control they took every possible step to make it right, including arranging a no-cost delivery of my new car to me in another state. In purchasing 7 cars in my lifetime, MINI of Tempe was the easiest dealer to work with and to complete a deal. While having to work the deal from Tucson, everyone involved was easy to reach and were responsive to all my questions. When they said the car would be ready for delivery, it was actually ready for delivery. Ultimately, no one made a promise they couldn't deliver on.

Everyone here is very pleasant, professional, and helpful. We ve dealt a lot with the maintenance department (on a used 2009 Cooper S) and most recently with the sales team buying my son s 2023 Cooper S. Our sales experience was similar to BMW; low pressure and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I'm really not quite certain as to where to even start. This acquisition was one that was absolutely seamless from start to finish and required patience and understanding from the Dealership, which I received in spades! Both Reggie and John were truly amazing to work with and made this an unbelievably amazing experience. I cannot thank them enough. If you reside in Arizona or even out of State, THIS be the only MINI store you need or should go to for a First Class Experience.Update... MINI of Tempe continues in exceeding ALL expectations! My first interaction with the Service Dept. was truly outstanding and continued in the amazing feeling of welcome, already set by John & Reggie in the Sales Dept. Victor (my Service Writer) was both thoroughly accommodating in getting me in on very short notice but also showed a genuine interest and enthusiasm for what he does and for the brand he represents. If this not be enough, I even received a video from the Technician whom worked on my car after my visit, introducing himself and giving me his insight on my car!In summary, you cannot and will not find a better Team than the one here in Tempe. These guys have raised the bar to a level that be without compare! If a MINI is remotely in the running for you, this is your place to be amazed.

I live in Las Vegas and was in the market for a used car for my daughter. I found a car at Mini of Tempe and contacted the sales department to ask questions. I spoke with Luis and Nate who were both professional and extremely helpful. We worked out a deal over the phone and email.I bought a plane ticket and flew out to Tempe to complete the deal and drive the car back to Las Vegas. Luis met me at the dealership on his day off to finalize the deal. I couldn't've been any happier.Thank you for the great experience Luis and Nate!

Great experience! 1st of all met with my motoring advisor, Aaron Pedroza, who new exactly what I was looking for in a Mini Cooper when I told him what I desired and what was in my price range. He was very professional and didn't treat me like a number. The financial devision worked within my financial profile and before I knew I was in a Mini Cooper of my dreams. I visited MINI Tempe to inquire about a Mercedes they had for sale while shopping for a new vehicle. Michael greeted me warmly and patiently answered my questions. If he didn't have the information, he took the extra step to research and provide me with the answers later. Due to time constraints, I had to leave briefly and returned after work to test drive the car. I was impressed and even secured finance options through my bank. As I couldn't be present, I asked my boyfriend to visit the next day to get a second opinion and inquire about the sales price and warranty. In a text message, John, the sales manager, mentioned that the Finance department would discuss warranties and their cost. However, my boyfriend discovered from John that no warranty was included, and we would need to pay an additional $6,000 for it.My boyfriend expressed concerns about the lack of warranty on the vehicle. I decided to return to MINI Tempe after work to speak with John, the sales manager, in person since our communication had been limited to text messages. Despite my genuine interest in the car, John, the sales manager, made condescending remarks during our conversation, referencing our previous text exchanges and his conversation with my boyfriend. I asked if it was possible to have a professional of my choosing inspect the car at my expense, but John responded dismissively, assuming I didn't want the car. However, I had invested personal time and effort because I genuinely wanted to make the purchase. Unfortunately, John's attitude was arrogant, hostile, and cold. He treated my commitment to a significant purchase as if I were a child buying a bike. Although I really liked the car, I cannot support a business that displays such character. Buying a car should be a memorable experience, and the manager's behavior left a negative impression. It's essential for people in this industry to be kind, patient, and mindful of the entire customer experience. After all, they are not just selling a "car."

This past Wednesday, I had the pleasure with meeting with Luiz to test drive a used 2013 Toyota Corolla that MINI of Tempe had for sale. I've been searching for a used vehicle for the past month and have found the car searching and buying process to be quite frustrating -- lots of hidden fees, unanswered questions, overpriced vehicles, frustrating negotiations, etc. Not to mention that as a young woman many salespeople did not take me seriously and talked down to me. However, my experience with Luiz at MINI of Tempe was completely different. The test drive went extremely smoothly, there were no hidden fees, and all my questions were answered. I felt very respected throughout the entire process. I ended up getting a great price on a great vehicle, and excellent customer service and care to boot. Of all the experiences I had, this was by far the most pleasant and ultimately led to me finally finding the right car for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle, and I want to especially thank Luiz for the incredible professionalism and customer service.

Had a wonderful experience with a very helpful group! I had bought a brand new Mini Cooper last October, and was in an accident that totaled my car. When I called them to inquire about a car I found online Michael went above and beyond to help me and went as far as to set my car up in a separate room with a cover and bow for me to unwrap! An overall 5 star experience. Thank you all!

I bought a 2015 Jetta TDI from this place and right at the end of the deal when I was signing the paperwork the salesman told me there was an extra $1,000 charge for ALL cars sold in Phoenix. This charge was to cover the cars paint from the sun. I naively signed THEN day 1 of owning the car, it overheated. Because the dealership forgot to add coolant or top off any other fluids when preparing the vehicle for sale.Go elsewhere.

I have been to this dealer since I bought my mini, recently brought in for a reg oil change and I like how they inspect the car, they found a bubble in my tire good thing it was under warranty with the tire place and my CV Joint was leaking quoted $1700 said would have to replace the whole thing. I'm glad I got a second opinion from a mini mechanic at a different shop he was able to fix it for $250 so I'm a bit put off now what else have I been overcharged for. I called last week to speak to the Service manager of course no return call You just lost my business !
