Worst experience ever. Had a motor swapped out of my navigator. Not only did they leave the shim plate out but didn't check to see if the other motor was any good. All said and done I was out $4600. With a bad motor. Had to sell it for scrap basically..they slow played me saying they would take the place they got the motor from to court.. stay away from this place

I had a difficult experience initially however, Juan made everything better. This shop did a well job with communication regarding the issues they had discovered and the time delay regarding the work. I would recommend this shop to anyone. As a woman it is often that a shop would try to take advantage of the sale which did not occur here at Mile Auto. I was treated with respect and educated regarding the job that was necessary to be completed on my vehicle. Thank you for completing the work and getting my car back to riding smoothly! I appreciate the service job well done !

Mile auto repair has always been very prompt and professional when working on my vehicles. My kids and family also get their vehicles checked and worked on by them. Affordable pricing. Great customer service. I highly recommend Mile Auto Repair to anyone.

Visiting Tempe for Spring Training and encountered a flat tire, called Mile High to assist and they came to meet us where we were stranded and got us back up and running in quick time.Appreciate you for taking care of us!!! This place is great.Affordable efficient and super quickI dropped my car off for emissions at 9:00 got my car back at 9:45I also saved about $500 on repairs.....So if you're looking for a mechanic in Phoenix 48th Street and Southern is the place to go.

I was having issues with my breaks and prior to bringing it in to Mile Auto Repair I went to another shop that was trying to charge me almost $5k for brakes and engine issues. Mile Auto Repair took a look at my engine twice and found none of the issues quoted from the other shop! The other place was trying to scam me. Miles Auto Shop is honest, they won't over quote you, they aren't shifty, and they will have your car finished so quickly it'll surprise you. I will be taking my car their for any future repairs and have already recommended them to several other people!

i have an 2008 daily driver, getting kids to school and sports practice. Mile makes sure it s safe and dependable. Making major repairs in one day so i have it back quickly! Great service and dependable

I caught a flat tire from that pothole on the 10 late one night. My insurance would give me a tow to the nearest shop so u randomly selected one. It was not this shop. The next day when the shop was supposed to be open, I called many times and couldn't get ahold of anybody. I found this shop that was nearby. Without hesitating they went and made sure my car was where it should be, took possession and brought it to their shop.That day they had my low profile tire ordered.The next morning they had my car ready for me. No extra charges for having to go get the car, no trying to sell me extra things, no trying to overcharge me anywhere.The kicker? The shops tire mounting machine is broken but he had no problem taking the tire and rim to another shop to get it taken care of. Mounted, balanced, everything.I appreciate the hell out of what the guys at this shop did for me, and how fast they did it.Thank you Mile Auto Repair!

Brung my car in last minute for a serpentine belt replacement. Other mechanics quoted me at $300+ just for a belt replacement and i brung it to Juan and he was able to get it replaced for me in under an hour and for less than $200! He was very helpful and answered any questions asked as well as followed up a few days later to ensure everything was still running smoothly. Definitely recommend.Services: Auto battery maintenance, Battery

This place is legit. I stopped in after have no luck any where getting my car to pass admissions. 1 visit 2 hours i passed admissions with no issues. It was the best money spent. Thanks Guys for the help.

Very detailed oriented about the needs of the car we dropped off - 2012 Honda Accord. Gave an up front estimates of the work and the cost. Did an excellent job on the repairs and told us if anything goes wanting the car back and we will take care of it. Budget Friendly amazing work quick and very efficient definitely loved that coming here I did not feel that they were In anyway trying to take advantage of me like most do trying to give higher prices. Took my car in for battery/alternator issue. I asked for a estimate of costs before any work. After they determined it was the alternator and installed a nee one they ran into a few issues with my cars electrical system and the new alternator. They ate of the cost of the electrical work and charged me only what they had quoted me initially.I've been here a few times and have sent my mother here. Never had a complaint and they do quality work.

After literally dealing with three different mechanic/shops I decided to take my girlfriends Tahoe to Mile auto repair and damn I swear every time I dropped the truck off there it was finished almost immediately I was actually in shock on how fast these guys repair vehicles I highly recommend Mile auto repair!

We had overheating problems with our 2010 Cobalt. We made arrangements to leave our car there after hours and they called the next day to verify and explain the diagnostic results. They gave a couple of suggestions and options but he wasn't pushy (much appreciated) and agreed to do a radiator flush. We got the car back the next day.All in all, I'm very happy to have my car on the road again. We've used Mile auto many times in the past, on different vehicles, and they always do a great job for a fair price.Would highly recommend this business!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great! I had my car breakdown on the way to work last week and was towed to Miles and they were so fast and courteous I was so grateful. They showed me what was wrong and also called me after repairs and offered an oil change. The price of repairs and oil change was very good and I highly recommend this shop.
