Thank you Mike for taking such good care of us!I was so freaked out when the dealer claimed a ton of repairs needed to happen that totaled over 7k!Meanwhile... you fixed the car with a fraction of the cost, your team is great and your human kindness is appreciated. Thank you for all you do!

I don't know what happened, but this review was supposed to be posted months ago when my son purchased his car from Mike. During the buying process, Mike was nothing but HONEST, fair and professional, and PROVED to be a man of his word. As anyone will agree, this is a major rarity when it comes to both purchasing a car and and having it repaired! His knowledge and experience are second to none, and he is gracious and patient to share both with his customers! When my son said he wanted to sell his single-previous-owner-1985 Chevy K10 short-bed, and get a 2004 BMW 325i I had serious doubts about buying a foreign car, but knowing we found his car at Mike's makes this momma feel much more at ease. When it comes to having his BMW fixed, my own soon-to- be-mechanic son said he will not go anywhere but Mike!

Mike s Motor Werks is one of those quality BMW shops that is so hard to find. Mike is super knowledgeable and they got my work done in a timely manner. What really impressed me what their focus on diagnostics rather than hard sales.

I was first acquainted with Mike when he worked for a shop I went to for BMW service. He impressed me as very knowledgeable. When he left that shop, I started having a lot more problems with the service there. Later, I was happy to learn that Mike opened his own shop and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. Mike takes the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, which cuts down on repeat visits and saves me money in the long run. If you're looking for a straight shooter that will get the job done right the first time, I highly recommend Mike.

Mike and his team went above and beyond in every aspect of taking care of my car and I. Not only was my problem an emergency, they took care of the problem and also did a thorough job with fixing other small things I had wrong with my car. This is also coming from someone who hates the idea of taking his car anywhere but his own garage. New to the area from Seattle, and I recommend anyone who has a BMW to take their car here. I would leave 10 stars if I could, will definitely be back for more maintenance. -Chris

Mike, at Mikes Motor Werks, is awesome! The work done is first class, the prices are the best around, and what he quotes is the price you pay - NO HIDDEN FEES! He s also honest and believes the customer comes first. I LOVE this place and won t take my car anywhere else!

Received outstanding customer service and honest quote and repairs. Please support the small business. Worked on my 2006 E46 BMW 325CI, as always great work. Extremely happy. He has worked on my 1974 Mercedes Benz 450sl, my 2006 Porsche Cayman S and now my 2006 BMW 325CI. Thank you Mike.

No one in the area knows their stuff more than Mike when it comes to servicing BMW & Mini Coopers! He is honest, does quality work and has a true passion for the craft. You are in good hands with this shop.

I will try and make this short, I am on my 3rd BMW. 328 I. The last few weeks it has been one issue and nobody could figure out why the car was making a noise. I spent a grand in a week but the car still made a noise. I just started a business, spent a lot on that so this was getting frustrating, and my car makes me money.So I have been losing money cause I cant use my car, just about broke by now. Mike got a hold of my car. He went down a list and fixed a few things that needed fixed, the car still made the noise.We finally figured it out, but by now I was ready to blow it up. Mike walked outside with me when I barely made it back to his shop. He told me not to blow it up, I even got snappy with him and he maintained professionalism and told me it would be okay.Mike new that I was stressed (and not made out of money) so he told me he would try and get the car fixed in one day so I could get back out on the road and make money. He also gave me a few extra days to pay for the car, this saved me.He was busy but made time to get my car to me before the weekend if all goes well. Not many people would do this for another person. So in closing, this guy is my only mechanic from now on. He knows what he is doing, has a nice shop and location. He sends you a text updating you on your car and even a thank you text after it is fixed.Sometimes this world will crush you, Mike made sure that I was taken care of. I also have a daughter and needed to pick her up from school, he really took care of me.His prices are fair as well, thanks Mike...... A truly good guy who cares more about people then money. Hard to find these days.

I took my BMW 3 series in for a leak, and was very pleased with the service. Not too far from Scottsdale, Arizona, this BMW shop provides great service for a great price. Thanks Mike!
