I ve been taking my car to Midas for a few years now and let me just say they never disappoint! They always get me in with the soonest appointment and are pretty quick! Everyone is always friendly, lobby is really clean and gives of a relaxing vibe. Kristen is awesome! Shes easy to talk too and always answers any questions I have and is very professional you can tell she really cares about the company and her customers:)

Clayton and his team were top notch. They did a great job with my alignment and oil change, offered a fair price for the services performed and provided a very helpful and detailed report on the vehicle health. The service received made me feel like I have been a longtime customer, even though it was my first time. I certainly plan on returning to this location for future vehicle maintenance and repair.

Quick, efficient, and informative. I came in for an oil change recently, and there were several other services that were recommended by the advisor. I was able to get everything completely in a matter of a couple hours. Very clear communication with Midas. I will be back.

This experience was lacking good communication and poor execution. Appt was made, came in early. I was told that it would be started now. 2 hrs plus later with wheels off and filters out. Employee and I communicated an oil change. Employee mentioned inspection. I was clear just oil change. When I came back and discovered all the extra unnecessary and didn't want, he continued to do his agenda despite my objection. Since when does the employee do extra, even when the customer advised they don't want the extra service. I guess my time doesn't matter to Midas.

Midas took care of my car needs after experiencing poor service from another auto body shop. The photos from the inspection and detailed summary of what was needed allowed me to be a better informed customer. Clayton was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Came in to Midas freaking out because our vehicle wasn't running properly. The team, instead of trying to look for something to burn my wallet, found the issue and fixed what was needed and I was out the door at $20. Never have I seen that level of honesty, and I was rolling out that same day. Definitely recommend this shop.

My car had some issues recently and I brought it to several different stores. None of them were able to figure out what was wrong until I brought it here! Service was spectacular and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone!

I ve recently started coming to this location and so far I have no issues. Everyone is very helpful and they actually care about their customers. I am currently driving a 2001 Buick regal Ls and although it s an older car, i trust this company with any maintenance that needs to be done.

This is my go to place for oil changes. Usually you can find a great deal on their website. They are quick in getting the oil change done while doing it correct and efficiently. Was awesome to see them go above and beyond in checking other things while under the car. Kinda feel bad though because I have a regular mechanic that I go to so unfortunately they dont get that side of my business but if I didnt have a regular mechanic this would be my go to. Have never had a bad transaction with this place and would definitely recommend.

Nick, Kristin, and Clayton have always treated me so great almost as if I were family they go out of there way to take care of me and my vehicles with exceptional service and they don't just stop there that are always helping members of the community in any way they can if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Coming from out of town and needed work done to continue on my trip. Another local Midas told me they couldn't fix my car same day but guaranteed Clayton could get it done. When I came to this shop Clayton told me there was a 90% chance he could get it done today. I jokingly told him the other shop guaranteed he would be able to finish it. The job was more difficult than anticipated and his crew ended up staying hours past closing to finish the job. I thanked him and all he said was, "I'm a man of my word." I'd trust him with any car problems I have.

Do not take your vehicle here for tires or anything else! I had 4 new tires put on and within a month had to take them back because the tire pressure was low. Within a couple months the same thing happened again, all tires were low. Took the car back and was told they would take out all the air and put it back in. When I asked if my air should be good after they finished, the guy said it's filled with Nitrogen not air. I asked why was I not told this. When I spoke to Clayton the manager he stated he told me when I bought the tires and I told him he did not because I would have asked more questions regarding pros and cons of this etc. He says that he explained this and the added costs????? I know I would have declined. Either way it can't be too beneficial because the tires have lost pressure twice within a few months!!!! The first time they said it was because the weather changed and got cooler. I have lived in Atlanta and put several new tires on and this NEVER happened. He is a liar and tries to act nice until you call him out with his lies, then says you are arguing. Not arguing, just telling you how you add charges to bills without explaining and that your services are bad. Find a reputable shop with a person that likes what they do instead of dealing with Clayton who seems miserable, stressed, and hates his 20 year job!!!

Midas (Elliot and the 10) was a great experience! From the time I walked into the lobby, even the customers waiting here were all chatting and laughing with each other. That tells you a lot about the ENERGY a place has.Nick was personable and very informative on aligning my Jeep on 35s that I just had lifted and installed. The service tech took that Jeep out twice to make sure the alignment was perfect, and he got it right! I've been riding on the alignment for a week now and it feels smooth on this 3" lift!Several shops wouldn't do the alignment, but Midas was like "bring it on down!" I even tipped the service tech because of his extra care into make sure the Jeep rode smoothly.Midas all day!! The energy. The experience. The professionalism. The personality of the place. Even the clients there felt good about being there.Worth the money spent!

Clayton, the manager, as well as the owner, are phenomenal people with your best interests in mind. This is the ONLY shop I take my Audis to. They are always fair, helpful, and have great prices.Thank you guys for always being the best shop around!!

I was given a quote to have the rear and front struts/shocks replaced on a 4 Runner at the dealer for an amount that I wasn t sure was valid for the work. I shopped around and received an estimate for the same work at Midas. Midas was slightly less $ but their work also included the entire shock and strut package, not just the part. Plus, they are guaranteed for life!! In addition, Midas customer service was excellent. The people that answer the phones are knowledgeable and very nice to work with. I will returning to the Ahwatukee Midas for future car repairs. I highly recommend them.

There was a mistake made on the repair of my truck but Nick and his guys stepped up and made up for the mistake and took action to correct the problem. Nick went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was completely satisfied with the cost of the work being done on my truck.

This midas location is very nice from the inside the waiting area has popcorn and drinks. Also a very nice restroom. The service had decent timing, do I wish it was faster yes but its good timing.

I was having a terrible grinding noise when driving and had breaks inspected. I was told the master brake cylinder and brake booster needed replaced. 3 days and $800 later it s worse grinding and now my abs break light and rear brake lights stay on! They blamed it on a previously installed caliper and brushed it off. I replaced caliper and found the wheel hub assembly was the issue all this time. This should have been caught on the first inspection! I am so frustrated and disappointed in this place upselling me work I didn t need, being condescending about previous work, and never fixing the actual problem! What a scam, avoid at all costs!

I really only go for O�l Change for my pickup but everything runs smoothly , Clayton is very helpful and friendly which is always a plus , there vehicle check helped me prevent an accident and I was able to see what my truck needed and parts thanks to that inspection more then grateful for everything and there service
