So grateful for MGA. They were honest about pricing and kept me up to date every step of the way. Their work is guaranteed by a lifetime warranty and I m very impressed with the quality of my vehicle!! They even polished my headlights when I asked about how I could make them less foggy upon pick up! HIGHLY recommend

My experience with MGA was above superb, since the beginning of my interactions with them I dealt with Meghan. She so kindly explained the process and how it would work with my insurance, and she handled every single thing from then on, like she said she would.They promptly responded anytime and any questions, our first communication was through Yelp, then when I went there in person they explained everything again (Jake) and everyone made sure everything was understood and taken care of. Even after the services ended they still help with advice. I recommend this place 100%, you wont be disappointed.

Had the best experience with MGA collision. My car was involved in a debris accident where the driver had a passenger in the back that threw a large sheet of metal onto the road about a month ago and ran away. It was an ugly moment and it was pretty stressful to get decent prices for my car s reparations. I came to MGA collision after completing nearly 80% of the work myself and I only had a little part left which was my hood and a piece of my bumper. MGA offered a better price than most body shops in AZ, provided solid honest advice, very patient and the customer service was exceptional. The car was done in 2 days. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend that you give this place a shot!

Not as capable as they will lead you to believe. I brought my car in here for a few minor repairs, mainly realignment of body panels. I met with Robert prior who looked the car over and told me they could address all my concerns and the repairs were within their scope. After having my car in their shop for a week I finally received feedback that they could not perform 2 of the 3 issues I brought the car in for. One of which was because the body panel was damaged. I found it strange that repairing a body panel was out of the scope of a full service body shop. The final repair that they completed wasn t even done correctly. The body panel clearly still isn t aligned and you can see the clips are not attached properly. I went back and forth with them afterward about why the repair wasn t done properly and it s clear they re not really sure. At first they told me it was a problem with the bumper, then they told me it was a problem with the taillights. Neither seem accurate and it seems more accurate they just didn t really know what they were doing. If you re looking for a capable shop I wouldn t go here. If you re looking for an expensive storage lot for your car, these are definitely your guys.EDIT* - in response to the comments from MGA I think it s important to clarify a few things. No cost was ever discussed or mentioned between dropping the vehicle off and picking it up. I agreed to a price when dropping off the vehicle based on 3 repairs being made and ultimately paid over 70% of that cost for 33% of the repairs being made, and that 1 repair not being made correctly. No cost was ever discussed for replacing the tail lamps or fender and therefore I didn t even have the opportunity to consider those fixes. I was told that the bumper needed to be replaced after I had already picked the car up and contacted them about my dissatisfaction, and then they changed their claim of the bumper s issue to it being the taillights after I questioned them about why they charged me to repair a bumper that actually needed to be replaced. Today is the first I m hearing about the possible fix for the fender as they claimed it couldn t be fixed. I have attached a photo of email correspondence with both of these claims from MGA for reference, since they have now chosen to lie. I dropped the vehicle off at 8AM, the morning of 3/25 and was notified at 4:39PM of Friday 3/29 that the vehicle was done but that I would not be able to pick it up until Monday as the shop was closing for the weekend. I then picked it up on Tuesday when I had availability. I made it very clear from the beginning that I was willing to pay for a quality fix and never mentioned a budget as I did not have one in mind. The claims that their poor quality work had to do with a budget is certainly false, they never quoted anything outside of the original repairs until after I picked the car up and expressed my dissatisfaction with the work. Even then, only a bumper replacement was quoted which I guess is magically not the problem now. It did seem as though Robert specifically was just a salesman who would say anything just to get your car in the shop, get your deposit and find something to bill you for. Again, if you re looking for a quality fix, go to a more reputable, better reviewed shop.

Megan, Melanie & Michelle are the best in the business! Megan was super responsive all the time and helped me through all steps of the process. In an industry where lack of transparency and communication is very common, the game has been changed here at MGA! If you re ever in need of vehicle repairs, I would definitely recommend MGA. Not only is the quality of work amazing, but so is the quality of everyone working there! 10/10 STARS!

I don't know if I have the character space to write how great, professional, accommodating and supportive this shop is- to say I'd highly recommend this shop is a vast understatement. I found this shop on Yelp and the majority of the reviews were 4.5-5 star ones, so I choose them to help repair our son's car when he was involved in an accident.I primarily dealt with the owner's wife, Meghan, and let me say, no question was too dumb for her to answer- and I asked a lot of them! She was very patient, explained the process of going through insurance, and even handled our claim with USAA herself. Every step of the way, the process was thoroughly explained. She availed herself at any given moment to the point where I was feeling intrusive on her time because I texted so much! Gracious beyond words, she is.I also dealt and spoke with Jonathan, and he was so nice and accommodating as well.We just had a vehicle go through a quick inspection to assure us that there was nothing of importance that needed to be addressed before we bought it- the Seller of the car even said he'd come back here, so that's a real testament to the ethical treatment of customers- with no thought of payment, they graciously accommodated us to give us This once-over.If you need any repairs to your vehicle, especially after an accident- do yourself a favor and contact MGA Collision...... you'll be very very pleased with what they offer.

Incredible service. When I totaled my RAV4, I had no idea about how to go about everything but MGA guided me through the whole process and I cannot thank them enough for helping me get an extra $4000 back! Fast forward to today and my F150, needing some help with the bed and they were right there to take care of it all with professionalism, friendliness, and great pricing! We re now getting better gas mileage and looking good!

First off the experience of dealing with MGA is all positive. I was kept in the loop via text message advising of every stage of the repair process. I really appreciate the fact they provided Uber service after dropping off my car and also offered Uber service to go pick up my car. The experience was much better than most shops I ve been to. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to quality work done on their vehicle(s)

Exceptional experience is all I have to say. From the owners, all the way down to the shop employees. Everyone was very friendly, and knowledgeable!! My vehicle received the same exceptional service that I was personally treated with. MGA did an awesome job repairing my Tesla Model S after I rear ended someone They were much more responsive and informative than other shops as to where they were in the repair process. Other shops said it would take 3 months to get in, and another 6 weeks to complete repairs MGA got me in the following day, and repaired the car in a week. They take customer service seriously and handled the insurance claim process for me for a seamless experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.I will definitely use them again in the future, just hope next time it s not because I rear ended someone. This was the best experience of this type we ve had. They were prompt, courteous, competent and, compared to the competition, reasonable. Consider this: Tesla in Tempe couldn t get to it for seven months, a Tesla approved shop in Scottsdale needed four months and their estimate was six times higher. Three other shops either didn t want or didn t know how to do the work. (MGA said the work wasn t much different than that on any other car.) We found these folks because of the online reviews. The reviews were right.

First and foremost, what a great experience I had with the team at MGA! They made me feel like one of their most important customers. I can even say I felt like their most import customer from the start. I found out about MGA through online searching, and initiated contact with Meghan. She was super nice, easy to talk to, answered all my questions (I had a lot), and was very receptive to my texts, or voice calls.I needed some repair done to my Tesla Model Y. I backed into a wall and damaged part of my trunk and spoiler. I really like my car and this was a very sad event for me. I needed to find a place that would do a good job, and was reasonable in cost. I spoke to some dent repair companies that come to your house, but I couldn't see that as a good solution especially if painting was needed, how can they do a good job outside a shop. Then, not all collision centers want to work on Tesla's! I also tried an official Tesla Collision Center, but their pricing is triple of everyone else's. Well I found MGA and Meghan made me feel like this is the place to go.The work was completed in about a 4 days. I spoke to Robert when it came to the repairs. He truly wants to make sure the customer is pleased with the work, and any reservations big or small, he is willing to make sure they are covered. Robert wants to make sure your car is perfect when you get it back! Can't ask for anything more!The repair was excellent. I found no blemish and it looked like I never had the accident! They replaced my Tesla emblem and re-did my spoiler! Not only was the repair perfect, but they did a full detail, exterior and interior! No extra fee! The car was spotless. I hand wash my car so I was hesitant in allowing them to do it, but Meghan assured me of their work. I can't believe they did all my carpets! I have a 7 seater so there's a lot to do. Tires cleaned, they even worked on my glass water spots. The Model Y has a lot of glass so I imagine a lot of elbow grease goes into that. This detail work is easily over $100 and they provide it for free for their customers. And their body work has a lifetime guarantee! Last thing here, I live far from them since not many shops work on Tesla's. They offered free Uber rides. This place is GOLDEN! Nice to have them for future needs.It was a breath of fresh air to work with you guys! Meghan and Robert are superstars!!! In an environment were businesses just care about the dollar, MGA is more concerned about their work and customer satisfaction. No joke, I'm serious. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!!!

Awesome team! Jake and crew were able to take care of me and then some! Paint looks great and they were even able to buff out a scratch for me on a side of the car I didn't get an estimate for.

When I called I was told that I could scrap my car here. Upon arrival I was informed otherwise. Because of this miscommunication, MGA allowed me to store my car there until I was able to sell for scrap. Robert was very kind and informative. The receptionist was very kind and helpful too. Great personalities, if you need collision repair support their business.

I was really stressed about getting bodywork done on my car after my teenager got in a fender bender. Robert at MGA Collision Center was super patient and knowledgeable. It s hard to find both a knowledgeable, fast and efficient body shop PLUS amazing customer service but this place has both! They were able to fix my suv after I accidentally backed into a yellow post fast (and before my husband found out). It s like it never even happened! They kept me updated the whole time and exceeded my expectations. Thank you MGA!
