We had a fabulous experience working with Kyle! I m new to the world of buy backs so I really didn t know about this option. We saved so much money going this route and our car is amazing! We also got the extra warranty to cover us for several more years. Highly recommend Kyle and LeSueur Car Company!

Consistently superb car repair at affordable ( non-dealer ) pricing. I have taken my Mini Cooper(s) here for service multiple times for basic oil changes and also mechanical repairs; and have never felt cheated or disappointed with the service. I highly recommend this shop.

This company is comprised of very nice people, but you should definitely have any car you plan on buying from here checked out by a mechanic thoroughly. After purchasing a car from LeSueur a year and a half ago my car's engine suffered a catastrophic failure due to an internal issue approximately 5 months after I bought it, forcing me to replace the engine to the tune of thousands of dollars. Beware.

I worked with Ryan at LeSueur and he was friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with and talk to! One of his partners helped too and they were both so kind and helpful. I walked out with a car I've been search for for weeks and was so happy with my trade in and purchase. I recommend this family owned company to anyone :)

We've purchased 2 vehicles from LeSueur. Car shopping is one of my least favorite activities. LeSueur has changed my mindset (for their facility). Sales personnel are friendly and they don't 'bother' you. They're available when and how you'd like. The purchasing process from the moment we said 'we'd like to purchase 'x' vehicle until we were in the car driving off the lot was around 30 minutes. The 1st car we purchased had a minor issue with the sun roof & their service department was quick with 0 issues using the warranty we purchased from them. I highly recommend.

They were very efficient in their process. I was able to have everything settled in under three hours with the whole process while still being informed of the detailing. I was glad to hear they could get everything done quickly since I had work later and lived decently far away, so time was rough, but they never rushed any of my decisions.Though their floors were squeaky it was more comical than annoying. Definitely enjoyed their family ambience.

We have bought two cars from them now. Although we have had some vehicle issues with them, they were covered under the factory warranty. They are no pressure car sales. They will let you take all the time you want looking and thinking about the car. I brought back the first car I bought, and switched it for a different car. After 6 days, I did not like the seats in the second car. They worked with us to finally get a car that I'm very happy with now. I would highly recommend them for buying a pre owned vehicle. Lots of low mileage cars at a great price. Thanks to Ryan who was very patient and great.

LeSueur Car Company is simply the best place you can go to buy a used car. I have bought a few Kia brand vehicles here, also more recently a Chrysler Pacifica.The Chrysler they had taken in on trade had some unknown mechanical issues that were nearly impossible to detect on a test drive when I purchased it.2 days after I purchased it, I noticed some temporary (5 seconds) misfiring at cold start. I called Steven LeSueur right away, he assured me they would take care of whatever was going on.To make a really long story short, Steve worked tirelessly with his service department to get the issues fixed. It ended up needing new head gaskets on the 3.6L Pentastar. They also replaced the heads to ensure I would be totally happy with my purchase.Like I said, most dealers would have said, too bad so sad, you own it. Humor aside, they really stand behind their cars.You won t regret buying a car from them.Also, they give you no hassles when you want to test drive something, they simply hand over the key and say, enjoy it. When you get back they will ask so how did you like it? No high pressure sales.Also I love that they have no hidden fees. Just a good honest car deal - price of the car, plus tax title & license, with a super reasonable doc fee. Be sure to check them out when you are in the market for your next vehicle.- James Dragonette

I had a great experience buying from LeSueur! I had been looking around at dealerships but wasn t having any luck and I was so frustrated by the slimy sales tactics of the salesmen at the big dealerships and then I found LeSueur. They were nice, professional, and weren t trying to sell me. I worked with Ryan and once I found the car I wanted we had the documents done in 30 minutes or less, like it should be.Also, it s nice that this place has reduced fees compared to the dealerships. I went to VW Chapman and they were trying to charge me a $500 document fee. At LeSueur, it was $200. Additionally, the taxes were reduced because they are a county island.

The LeSueur LEMON dealership. They will have you sign by the lemon note on the carfax, but they won't explain that a lemon title will be worth half of its value when you go to sell. Of course, if they admitted that, no one would buy from LeSueur. When I bought a car for 50K and was told by 5 other dealerships that it is only worth 25K, I decided to sell it back to LeSueur for a $2500 loss. Yep, LeSueur demanded $2500 from me to take the car back. Other dealerships care about their reputation and will let you return cars but not LeSueur, LeSueur only cares about stealing as much money from you as possible.Their cars are unsafe too. I had an inspection done on my car and was told it needed new tires and the right side tires were low on air. It had no gas either. LeSueur put 5 dollars of gas in the car for the test drive only lol. Then when I bought the car, they refused to gas it up for me. Anywhere they can save 20 bucks, they will. THE LESUEUR LEMON DEALERSHIP! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Buying from Steve at LeSueur Car Company was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I really like their style of upfront pricing and saving on the City Tax was also a bonus. Steve answered all our questions, and gave us great advice to help our buying decision. I like buying local from a family owned business. The LeSueur family have been in the Car business for over 40 years and our great people. As a business owner myself I was impressed with the great reviews they had online. I can highly recommend LeSueur Car Company, and look forward to doing business again.

We came across LeSueur Car Company while searching on TrueCar for a new or used VW Atlas. From the get go, I was very pleased with the service that I received from Kris and the team at LCC. I ended up finding the Atlas we wanted at a great deal, and pulled the trigger within a few days of giving it a test drive! The highly rated reviews really gave me peace of mind when making the final decision to purchase my Atlas here, and I hope someone reads this review and/or all the others to know that they will be in good hands when dealing with LCC.

We worked with Steven Lesueur and he was great. We are from out of state and he made the process really easy. We were looking for a car for my daughter. We found one liked online and Steven got everything arranged. My wife and daughter flew down and picked up. Paperwork was simple and all electronic. We got a fair deal. The car has been great. There was a minor issue with the breaks and we took it into VW and it was covered under warranty. LeSueur was ready to pay for it if it was not covered. Will definatley buy from them in the future.

We were in the market for a specific car as a second vehicle and LeSueur had one we really liked from the description and pictures online so that is how we discovered LeSueur.So I placed a call to LeSueur and was put through to Kyle who from that call forward did everything he could to make us happy with the vehicle we wanted and everything that goes with the purchase of a vehicle. We traveled about 35 miles to see the car and when we arrived there it was not cooling properly so we could not test drive it the way we would have liked, ( as it was aprox.115 out) we know Kyle must have felt terrible about this but it happens. But still he offered to get the car in for service and have it brought to us so we would not have to make the return drive from the west valley to see it again. I said to him, "but I am still not sure if we want it" and he said no problem after they deliver it tomorrow test drive it if you are not happy then no hard feeling I will simply have the lot attendant bring it back (again 35 miles) if we decide we want to move forward with the purchase they will bring the documents for us to sign along with them. Now I am in my 60's and have been purchasing cars both new and preowned for over 40 years and I have never had any car dealership go to such measures to make a customer happy as they do at LeSueur. When they advertise that you are treated like family, they truly mean it! I can honestly say that if I find myself in the market for a quality preowned vehicle I will look nowhere else other than LeSueur. And yes we purchased the car and we are very pleased and we will recommend anyone and everyone looking for quality cars and quality, honest, morally responsible service like it used to be look no further than LeSueur Car Company.

I m on the hunt for a new vehicle and saw a car online at this dealership that I liked. I went to this establishment to test drive it but unfortunately it wasn t what I was looking for.The employees there were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable and valued.They were able to give suggestions and no time pressured me into getting something other than what I was looking for. The whole atmosphere and the way they do business is what alot of dealerships should mimic and learn from.Great business ethics, friendly and knowledgeable staff AND 100% recommended! Their reviews definitely lives up to the hype.

What a pleasure doing business with this company, and Kris LeSueur. They have great pricing, are willing to work with you on a trade-in, are extremely professional and friendly. Kris spent so much time with us answering questions and it was very much appreciated. I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for an almost new or used car. They have so many makes and models on their lot. I would expect there is something for everyone.

2010 Min Copper JCW(This was a few years ago)I was sure I had this diesel issue when starting my JCW, or a motor mount going or something. Sounded really bad starting, and would get better as the car warmed up. if I let the clutch in at low revs, sounded like something was groaning/waling. Anyway I took it to LeSueur Car sales (great dealer BTW, Tempe,Az) to have them look at it.They worked on it most of the day and was planning to keep it overnight, as they couldn't find anything wrong and had to remove many parts to see the last motor mount. 30 minute later they called and it was fixed. They found a socket from some old oil change or something (Mini dealer I'm sure) that managed to get lodged into the motor mount! LOL!They only charged me $46, which was a great deal considering the work they did!This was my first JCW and I bought it used. I just assumed the engine sounded a little rattly compare with my old Cooper S. Wow what a difference!Anyway. my issue may not be standard, but it really did sound like a diesel. Just goes to show anything can happen.I would have never found the issue and I'm sure if I took it to a real Mini Dealer it would have been $1000 or more and would have probably replaced the wrong thing and noise would still be there.I was really happy LeSueur's mechanics kept at it till they figured it out.I highly recommend them!

Great car buying experience. Steven was very helpful and prompt. Their website has all the upfront pricing without hidden fees. I'm 2,000 miles from Tempe, AZ so this is the first time I've bought a vehicle without seeing it or test driving it. Their website had 60 well composed photos showing everything. There was one minor scuff on the inside driver's door but that was shown in the photos, so no surprises. Steven was very willing to go over the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb over the phone with me. When I took delivery of the vehicle, (it was 2 days early!), it was exactly as Steven had described. No undisclosed dings or scratches. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely call Steven when it's time for our next vehicle.

I can t believe that other car dealers can servive when a dealer like LeSueur exist. We ve purchase 3 cars form them in the past 12 years and every purchase was a great experience especially this last one. They went way beyond my expectation to make sure this 8 year old car was like brand new. We even had a minor mechanical issue a couple weeks after purchase and they volunteered to take care of it without me having to ask. You are wasting your time and money if you buy your next car from someone other than LeSueur.

We researched, and found this great deal here at LeSueur and brought a check and picked up our truck. That easy. Steven was quick to reply and call us and respond to emails. And when it was time to pick up the truck, Steven offered to have someone pick up my wife to get the truck as I was out of state. Shawn, the employee who picked up my wife was professional and respectful and embodied the type of family owned company LeSueur is. Good people. Good service. Highly recommend.

The only place to buy a car! I have purchased 3 cars from Leseuer, and have referred everyone I know. Riley helped me with my newest purchase. He knew every detail about every car, and showed GREAT patience with my inability to decide. The process was painless, and dare I say, fun? Absolutely no pressure and I will continue to sing their praises!!! This place is a hidden gem.
