Mark and Joe help get my Toyota Tacoma running strong. Did a amazing job! Had every fluid replaced in my truck back in March including rear brakes! Recently had a coolant leak, took it back to the shop and they found a faulty cap! Replaced and fixed! Thanks again LEKSFIXIT!

I have been a Prius owner for many years, and recently sold my Red 2007 Prius (pictured below). The team at Leksfixit cared for this vehicle (and my previous Green 2007 Prius!) with excellent care and the upmost integrity when it came to recommended repairs and the costs. Leksfixit came recommended to me by another Prius-owning friend, and I was forever thankful. Now that I am driving another vehicle, I wanted to recommend Leksfixit to those driving any Toyota or Lexus vehicle, and especially those driving a Prius around the Phoenix area -- Leksfixit are the Prius Pros!!

I spent hours researching different shops in the valley and online to see where I should replace my Toyota Prius battery. I ultimately decided to go w/ LEKSFIXIT. They were recommended by Steve at Phoenix Hybrid - another great shop that offers hybrid battery replacement but was currently out of stock. I was drawn by their fair prices, 3 year warranty, incredible Google reviews, and the fact that the batteries supplied are true, original Toyota products.Anyhow, I don t normally write reviews, but I have been so impressed with their service. As a young woman, going into car shops can be rather intimidating. However, the moment I walked into LEKSFIXIT, I felt an unusual sense of peace and confidence. It s clean and orderly and despite how busy it is, the manager Joe took his time to understand my situation, answer my questions, and explain the process. He was friendly, respectful, transparent, and supportive. Even though the waiting room is a good little distance from the main section of the shop, Joe took the time to walk over and talk with me rather than just texting or calling when he updates on the car. Throughout the entire process, I knew my car was in good hands. I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received and can not recommend LEKSFIXIT highly enough.Service: Battery

I called with problems from my sons car and Joe was upfront and honest. Said he had multiple ls400 with deep problems and he wouldn t be able to get to ours for a few weeks. He did Help diagnose the car over phone and gave suggestions on parts and repairs. Thanks Joe! We will use ya when you get openings!

This place is the absolute best. I have been trusting my hybrid for service here for over a year. Each and every time the closing mechanic is friendly and tells me exactly what they performed with a precise detailed bill. Plus...you can hang out next door in the Classic car showroom and enjoy some Vintage. (premillennial) Real Steel Machines for free while you wait for you car to get done. The auto shop specializes in Hybrids..but they service Lexus too! Give Matt a call and ask what time they can squeeze your car in. Now. Still reading?

The BEST Toyota/Lexus service shop in the Valley!I ve been a customer of LEKSFIXIT for over 4 years now, after a terrible experience with my local Lexus dealership. Joe, who now runs the shop, and the guys are legitimately everything a consumer wants from a mechanic. Honest, reliable, and attentive.I have a 2008 Lexus ISF, which has a known problem for a valley plate leak which causes coolant to leak and can be a very, very problematic issue. Sure enough, my valley plate started to go and Joe alerted me on every oil change of how much worse it was getting. Eventually, it got to the point where I couldn t drive the car without completely losing all coolant, and had to be towed in.I got a quote from my local Lexus dealer for the repair, which was over $4,000. The team at LEKSFIXIT got it done for less than half of that.This shop is everything a consumer wants from a repair shop - honest, timely, and not there to price gauge the everloving heck out of your wallet.I ve said it before and I ll say it again - this is THE ONLY SHOP I will EVER go to as long as I own a Toyota/Lexus vehicle. If you own a Lexus or Toyota hands down this is the fairest most efficient garage in Phoenix! Matt is always helpful, quick to respond and explains things clearly... no grey areas ever! Can't say enough good about Sasha, Matt and the great crew of mechanics.. Don't hesitate to check em out I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Tell em Nan recommended ya!

Matt and Sasha are amazing! They are so honest and professional. We recently had to purchase a new car for my husband. We are so impressed with their service we only looked at Toyota or Lexus vehicles so we would be able to use their shop!

Sasa came highly recommended by a coworker of mine who also has a Lexus. This place is so reasonable and fair. He s done a couple oil changes, preventive maintenance plus a repair. The repair was half what the dealership wanted. Their location is a little out of the way but worth it and I only trust them with my car. I have never fell so at ease with a mechanic in my whole life. Every 5 star review is well deserved.

PHB recommended this place to me after I had the hybrid battery and combo meter replaced on my Prius. They were very helpful and efficient with assessing my 12V battery which kept "dying" (which just needed a screw tightened) and replacing my headlights. It seemed like everyone who came in while I waited was familiar with the team and vis versa. I highly recommend because they could have gotten over on me with the battery issue I was having, but keep it honest and fixed it without a fee. If needed for anything in the future, I'll definitely be back.

Was just there for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection for my GX460. Let me say, if you have a Lexus or Toyota, you should not go anywhere else. Their prices and service are great! Also, they will only recommend a service that needs to be done. Unlike the dealerships.

These guys are fantastic. I won't go into great detail, but Matt and everyone else at LEKSFIXIT is extremely professional and know their way around Lexus', Toyotas, and other Japanese and Asian car brands. Even though I was a first time customer, they took care of me like I had been going there for years. Prices were very reasonable, and the customer service experience was the best I've ever had from any kind of auto shop/mechanic. 110% would reccomend these guys if you have a Japanese or Asian made vehicle! Thank you guys!!

Wow- hands down the best Lexus/Toyota repair shop in the valley. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Matt, helpful and friendly all while running a repair shop that you would usually only find at the dealer. I purchased a used 2002 SC430 and knew it needed some corrective and preventative maintenance performed. LEKSFIXIT gave my vehicle a thorough inspection and performed all necessary maintenance. No more leaks or rattles. The car drives smooth and feels great. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommended.

These guys have been amazing! Very honest people and not trying to milk you like the Stealership. MUST take your Lexus or Toyota here for maintenance. I've been bringing my Lexus and Toyota's here for the past 3 years and have never been disappointed.

After my first interaction with the owner I decided I will never get service on my hybrid anywhere else. My car is over 10 years old and has needed a few other repairs since then and the owner has always been fair and honest. Never have a had a mechanic be so accommodating and helpful, he has literally saved the day for me twice now and earned my loyalty for life!

Sasa and his crew have been taking care of my Lexus since they opened their shop. I would NEVER consider taking it anywhere else. They are honest, fair, reasonable and do excellent work. I have referred them to many of my friends that drive a Lexus, and they have all raved about how great this place is! Sasa, Matt and the gang are FANTASTIC!

Matt and his team at Leksfixit are top rated in my book. I have owned my Lexus for 13 years now and MANY people have worked on it, but not like this team. They diagnosed it right the 1st time, used factory parts and gave my car back to me clean and grease free. I work at a dealership and could have saved money if my guys had the time to work on my car, but it was worth paying the extra money to come here. I love this group of professional and honest people. If you want quality work, accurate diagnosis and efficiency, got to Leksfixit!

Truthfully I found out about this place about 9 months and I must say I'm born and raised in Arizona and it's not easy to find a great mechanic. All I can say is these guys are honest and know their stuff, not to mention rarely I am waiting for more than an hour and everything is done perfect. Matt is the man, definitely the best Toyota prius mechanic I've ever seen and I've known a few. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable honest mechanic. Thx again guys

I ve found my new future service shop for my Prius! I was given a tip to come here and you ll thank me if you give Sasha and his team a try! I was treated respectfully and shown parts that were being used for the repair. The explanation made sense and I was given recommendations but never pushed into accepting any work. They provided options for me. I believe they identified the highest priority repair needed to return my vehicle to safety.

Excellent service and excellent price! My alternator went out on my IS350 and they had it back to me in under 3 hours with an OEM replacement a few hundred dollars cheaper than the dealership offered. Plus Sasha threw in an oil change. Thanks guys! Love the new location.

Just started coming here. Did 1uz timing belt, water pump and radiator. No leaks, temp in perfect spot. They won't make you fix anything you don't need to. Had a pleasant experience in the shop with both Sasha and one of his mechanics. Been a while now and I can honestly say the price, customer care, and the work they did was great! Still need to get back in there and see them. Highly Recommended.

I called today because my Prius wasn t starting all morning and asked if I could come by immediately once it did start. Within an hour I knew the cause and my battery was being replaced.
