one of the best oil change experiences i ve had! i was there for less than 20 minutes and the staff was so knowledgeable without at all being pushy, will definitely be our new oil change place. only thing i would say is they need to add a tip option when paying if they are going to offer such excellent service!

Your tech took a ton of change from my center console. They were very nice and respectful, but there is no honest reason to steal from your customers.It was about 5-10 bucks of change, so it's no biggie! if they really needed it they could have asked, there is no reason to violate a person's trust. Unfortunately, it gives me a ton of caution and I will never use this specific location for service. Although I have been a customer for years, I'm unlikely to use any Jiffy Lube in the future as I would prefer to use reputable mechanics who don't go through my car and steal from me. This is just shameful! Jiffy Lube has lost all of my trust, it's a shame and you can do better!

I went to this Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change but unfortunately my vehicle decided it wanted to die today. But thankfully the guys at this shop were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They finished their inspection on the vehicle as well as gave me some codes to help determine some possible issues, nonetheless, great team!

Quick in and out experience. Came for, and received, an oil change service. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Was offered several options for my vehicle and chose the one most suited for my needs which were met gloriously!Super easy. NOT super cheap. Worth it for my time constraints without compromising quality. Highly recommended if you are short on time. Similar experience to going to a dealership service, with the super high price.

Jiffy lube was expensive but worth the money just for an oil change. I'm glad they offered an online coupon. They opened earlier than any other company in my neighborhood, and were fast. I'll be back.

I m not reviewing person, but I was actually was looking to write one. For this company. I m changing oil here already 3rd time and always liked the little extra care that team are performing like bacon car, checking liquids, checking /inflating tires, etc. always friendly, professional and fast!! Besides they have a nice discount. Great job, great team!! ( I m talking about shop from Tempe( Broadway and Rural)

Honest people. Came in for an oil change but they said I m still good for another 15k miles. I got the car from dealership recently. They topped off my fluids, fixed on my new license plate and didn t charge me for anything. I didn t wait long either. I will be back to this location for sure. Don t go to Midas, they will have you waiting for more than 2 hrs just to do a mandatory full check up even if you reject it. Then they will talk your ear off about all the urgent repairs you need to do.

I brought my car to this Jiffy lube for the last oil change and different Jiffy Lubes for the 2 prior. This store and the one on Thomas and another store before that. Today my oil light came on and I went to my mchanic as the car was acting strange. There was NO oil in the car and the filter was dated 2022! This means 3 different stores in a row charged me for an oil change and did not do it. This means that Jiffy Lube very frequently does not change your oil after charging you. I will never go there again. I would have put 0 stars if I could

Went in early this morning for an oil change. Machines were down but they did everything manually. I walked in waited for maybe 30 mins and my oil change was completed. McKenzie is the tech and he was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. He moved very quickly and efficiently. Thanks staff at Jiffy lube.

This was my first time here. I have a breathalyzer in my car so I thought it would be a challenge to get my oil changed. This place is awesome I literally just pulled up into the garage and stated my car while they did my oil change. So it didn't affect my breathalyzer at all. It is kinda pricey but you can find coupons online that can save you anywhere from 15 to $20 which is very convenient and it only took them about 20 minutes so I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back.

The only two competent employees here are Richard and MK. The management staff is a joke. They prefer to have egoic pissing contests with customers over things like coupons. What's worse is the home office doesn't care.

I used to be their long time customer, but today I tried the one on Rural and Broadway rd and they did not have the oil filter and called the one on Miller & McDowell they said there's a 20 mins wait time and I arrived there after 20 mins , they said they had an issue with a car which would take more than 30 mins, then I went to the one on N Scottsdale Rd and they had 2 cars in each lane and said that I would have to wait more than 1 hour, not so fast service. I go to these shops for the convenience and saving time, otherwise I can get good deals from the dealership if I can wait for the scheduled appointments.

The crew at this location are quick and very respectable. They answered any questions and gave me the full run down. I wholly recommend them if you want a quick, easy, and good quality oil change done.

I arrived at this jiffy lube, and right from the beginning, the customer service and greeting was amazing! Adam was so helpful, clear, and easy to work with. I received great customer service, felt like I was welcomed, and the job done was clean, efficient, and quick. I will be taking my car to this location again. Thank you Adam and team!!

It was alright I asked them not to fill my windshield washer fluid container be I want to use different fluid and all but they just filled it up and that's why I'm not giving five stars, customers know what they want the stores need to listen

I use to come here all the time for my oil changes up until recently. Oil change was fine but they tore off my windshield wiper then tried to sell me new ones. Maybe they thought i didn t see but i did and because of that i will find another jiffy lube to call home.

My car was notifying me of maintenance required. I pulled into this location for an oil change. There was no one in line and they got right down to business. I was quickly pulled carside for what I thought was more recommendations. The guy was very nice and told me I didn't need any services at all! So 5 stars for honesty! I can really appreciate that he just saved me 100 dollars. I would've never known if he wasn't honest.Service: Oil change

I have never received service at this establishment, however I will and this why. I was at a local pizzeria ordering a pizza pie and a tech from Jiffy came in to pick up his online order. After I placed my order the tech then spoke to the check out person and shared that there was a possible error since he had to many pizzas. I was taken aback buy his honesty! While waiting for my order I took a walk with my pet. I passed the Jiffy Lube and there was a tech who saw me walking with my pet and asked if he can pet my dog. The name of the tech was named Adam and he was so kind with my pet. I decided to share with him what happened at the pizzeria and I told the next time I needed an oil change I will get it there because I witnessed integrity and friendliness!

I drove my car there for oil change on 08/07/2021. They asked me to shut off the engine and I did that. I am not sure what they did to my car but after they changed the oil they told me to start it and my car wouldn t start. They jump start it then it s been doing on me since. I came back today and told them they denied it was there fault they told me they can t do anything about it. I never had any issues with my battery before this.Service: Oil change

I am impressed! They were honest, let me know the wait time, what I did and didn't need so I wouldn't have to spend any money on anything unnecessary, offered a cool place to sit during the hot July summer heat, definitely a change from a few years ago, Adnan assisted me today and because of him and his honesty and kindness, I will definitely be making this my go to shop...even though I live in Scottsdale, that's how good they are!Service: Oil change

A few months back I got a simple oil change. I appreciated that they had value coupons and were open when other places nearby were not but that s as far as the good service goes. After the oil change I had leaking due to what I found out later was my oil cap not being replaced. It never dawned on me that it would be due to my oil change until another mechanic confirmed that was the reason not only the oil leaked but then my engine froze to the point of needing to be REPLACED COMPLETELY.When I tried to contact the corporate office it took days and multiple attempts to get a response. And then over another week to hear that there was nothing they could do because I should have brought it back. I have never had an issue with an oil change before so this was extremely disappointing to have such flippant attitude from a corporate office. It was equally disappointing that they took absolutely no responsibility for not replacing the oil cap in the first place.I would not recommend Jiffy Lube for the simple fact that even though mistakes can happen they will not be of assistance or take responsibility at any level if you need assistance. Don t count on trying to escalate to the corporate office. I ve seen multiple reviews besides my own that have complaints about them too.Better off going to Walmart if you don t have a trusted mechanic and need a deal!Service: Oil change

The worse service ever! My husband called to check final drop off time, we arrive in the time frame and this absolute jerk of an employee cuts my husband off mid sentence to refuse service. Never in my life have I felt like I m an annoyance when trying to give business to an establishment. Really strange, caveman employees. We took our business to Stinky s Express Lube not 5 minutes later & had a great experience!
