I paid for the full service wash, the most expensive option and the photo shows the back seat of my car after they finished. Super underwhelming if you ask me. All my cubbies were still full of dirt. My car was dirty but I really thought they would vacuum the dog hair and wipe my seats. I asked one the guys about it and he said he didn t speak English. I rarely take my car to get washed and this proves why. WASTE OF MONEY!

Omg!!! I ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and the reasons why I alway come back is because they treat me like VIP . EVERY TIME IM HERE!!!! I get my car washed, gas, and oil changes here because they have hands down the best customer service. And today they surprised me with a more detailed car wash just because I told them about a certain personal situation. The act of kindness was truly above and beyond. The entire staff is always friendly and the acts of kindhearted service hits my heart strings I m a loyal customer for life I love this place by the way, they are the best Car Detailers in town, ask for manager Sergio or Chuy.. Tell them I sent you Services: Full body wash, Air & cabin filter replacement

I just moved to the area, and after traveling 1,500 miles I realized our vehicles could use a good cleaning. After stopping by Jackson s yesterday (11/19/22) with a pretty dirty work vehicle-I was more than excited to take our truck there to have them clean it out.The employees working the front line with payments are so kind and understanding. This was significantly different than any experience I have had with car washes. Their patience goes unnoticed and their kindness is beyond appreciated!The employees working the wash helping you line your vehicle up were nothing less than amazing! Lining a truck this size up can be challenging and they were absolutely incredible and kind helping me along the way.The employees who wipe your windows are prompt-and incredibly efficient. It was also appreciated to have them help direct me to my designed spot to have the last stop handled.The employees who jump to get your vehicle wiped out and vacuumed were beyond kind, detailed, and truly exceeded my expectations on what they would accomplish in such a short amount of time. My biggest regret was not having more cash on hand to tip you for your outstanding work!Jackson s-you have my continued business and I look forward to having your team perform a full detail when we return from the holidays!

The $20 basic car wash didn t remove the dirt at all and left water spots on our car. Some vacuum cleaners were not working properly, we had to try different ones.

Best car wash around. I drive about 7 miles to this location because they wipe down your vehicle when you use the express wash. The same guy has been working the exit wiping my van dry for the last year. He does a great job and I tip him every time.

We have a Jackson s pass for over 2 years and despite going 3-4 times a week, our main location never would remember us. Daniel changed that! We started coming here and he immediately recognized our cars and type of membership we have. A seemingly minor thing but wow, what a difference it s made. The rest of the team does a great job here but he truly is worth mentioning. Thank you, Daniel!

I had a lot of trouble with canceling a subscription and got charged for it. I went down to the location and I was frustrated. The employees at the car wash were so nice and were more than happy to help me. I left satisfied and feeling like they actually cared, and that's rare to find these days. So I figured I would write a good review. In my opinion businesses show their true colors in these kinds of situations, and these guys did an exceptional job. Thank you Jacksons! I'll definitely be back next time I need a wash.

I love this place! Your car is always clean you never have to go back through again my car looks beautiful! Thank you for offering me a free car wash my friends want to know if they can get one too but I couldn't get back in to send it

I've used many different car washes claiming they were the best, but many have let me down with details, my truck still had many places on it that they needed to go over again and again. I have never used Jackson's and gave it a shot. I went to the Jacksons on Rio Salado near Tempe Market place. Sam, a manager, greeted me and explained all of my choices, I wanted a hand wash and detail, he helped me right away and got me in very fast. The person who did the work on my truck was Tai, he was amazing, he hand washed my truck multiple times to make sure it was done right. He put it in the shop to do the detail, I was so amazed, by his work ethic, he put so much effort in making sure my truck got detailed the right way. My truck hasn't looked that good since I bought it. I was so impressed by the customer service, I walked over to Sam to shake his hand and thank him for his help and then I shook Tai's hand and thanked him so much for doing such a great job. They have a customer for life. If you see a beautifully detailed Lifted blue Ram, it was Jackson's who transformed it. I can't say enough about this place, try them out, they are the best.

Had such a great experience on half off Wednesday! Chuy the new supervisor took such amazing care of my car and the attention to detail was evident. I definitely will be back for a full service wash.

It had been since last summer that I had a car wash, and I decided to go with the $80 detailing, thinking that my car would be pristine inside and out. The inside was done well, but the outside left a lot to be desired. I'm unhappy with the amount of debris (leaves in some of the window/back windshield crevices that I was easily able to pick out after the fact, bird droppings that came off with a few extra pushes of elbow grease), water marks, and dirt left on my car after the men cleaned and wiped off the outside. My car did not get an $80 service overall. I will not be back, since I can get a less expensive car wash and have a much better job done on the outside. The girl who did the inside of my car was very kind and did a good job. I cannot remember her name but she had short, dark hair.

I dropped my truck off to be washed while I went to a work meeting. Wash was $100.00. Upon returning I found my half washed, grime still on my wheels. Along with what looks brush scratches from the front nose to the rear quarter panel. I brought the damage to a supervisor attention. Zero overship. He then to get the general manager who express it was impossible thier machines could have created the damage...... again zero overship.I give this careash a -10 rating.Thank you kindly for taking time to read my review.

I work in the area and was looking for a full service car wash. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. As soon as I pulled my car up to the wash line I was greeted by Mikkos who scrubbed the windows and wheels BEFORE going through the wash. I was very pleased by this considering I drive a Jeep with lots of bug splatter on the windshield.As soon as I pulled out of the wash I was greeted by Francisco and Brandon who dried the windows and areas where streaks are common. I was directed to Lane 4 where Jesus, Richie, and Luis vaccumed and cleaned the inside really well.What I liked most about this place is the TIPS Case. The tips are clearly visible and the signage says the tips will be divided equally amoung all employees, which I think is great.The overall work was about 4 Stars but because of the customer service I give it 5 Stars. Even the woman inside the convenient store was so pleasant. I will be a returning customer.

My first & last at this establishment! I wasn't instructed where to go once I drove through the wash that I paid $17 dollars for. I ended up vacuuming out the inside of my car , didn't receive the air freshener and the free soda was so bad I threw it out right when I arrived home. The cashier was eating some kind of trail mix & when she spoke all I could smell was corn nuts.Not the kind of experience Not the kind of experience I was hoping for.

This is an honest review. I ve been a customer at this Jackson s for the last 5 years, I always did the $3 car wash and it s honestly the best bang for your buck! I love it! However this last Thursday I came in to have a fancy wash and got the $20-something dollar wash thinking the car would sparkle. It absolutely did not. They don t actually CLEAN your car, just put dressing on it to give the illusion of being clean. I even paid EXTRA to have the rims and tires cleaned. I kid you not, some kid that clearly does not care about his job came over and slapped the rim with a rag a few times and that s it. It was pathetic. I was shocked, they didn t clean anything, the rim was 5% less dirty than when I came in, I was heavily disappointed in the service. Now I m not a difficult customer and my rims were DIRTY. They did absolutely nothing and we re very rude when I mentioned something. I will be sticking with the $3 wash because those machines do a much more complete job then the employees who don t want to be there.

Because of my job, I wash several cars a week. Marcel greets me as I exit the wash to dry the vehicle. No matter the time, weather, day, or how busy it is; he is ALWAYS consistent. Attention to detail, helpful, and he always excels at execution. So much so that I am compelled to write this review specifically because of him.Next time you get your car washed here, take a moment to roll your window down and say hi to Marcel. I guarantee he'll be friendly and will ALWAYS remind you to roll your window back up so he can dry it properly.

I paid 320 dollars for a wash and a detail. My car was still dirty and things were stolen. I asked the attendant not to move my seat because it won't go forward. They moved my seat all the way back. I'm 4'11 and cant safely drive my car. Now Ford wants to charge me 1700.00 to fix it. They don't listen, and did a horrible job. I even emailed the company an no one has reached out to me. Go anywhere else!!

Paid $40 for the Ultimate wash.. I was told it was like getting a mini-detail. I was too hasty (or maybe too trusting??) and just jumped in my vehicle when it was done (after tipping an additional $10). Got home and found that nothing was vacuumed, only the dashboard was wiped down and the exterior was still dirty in places. If I can easily wipe something off with my thumb, you didn't do a good job. Terrible experience. Will NOT be back.

Terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! 150 dlls for what I thought was going to be a great job done. Sales manager literally circled all but one of the services they offer for car wash and detailing and literally received my car and looked like I could have done a btter job at home. The sales manager assured me they would be able to take the embedded dirty and stains off and clearly that didn't happen. Apparently they don't even use steam to get stains out. I would never go back there and you shouldn't even think about going there. I don't want to go back for them to "fix" it, I want my money back!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Rico was very nice and and the rest of the team was very intelligent and made sure I understood 100% before letting me go, and was very cheap and I got a tune up (changed 4 spark plugs) and the labor was cheap as well. all that was totaled $258.90! He also threw in a free car wash!

I always come here for my wash, wax, and polish. Rico does an excellent job, I had terrible water spots on my hood and on my doors, which he was able to get out. As always, thanks for the friendly and fast service.

Literally refusing to cancel my carwash plan. If you do come here don't buy a plan, they won't let you leave it. Go elsewhere. Service and Quality is also way down. They don't even pull your car through anymore. It's just a quick wash.

New car wash staff is no good . Took car for wash. Got full service. Car was not cleaned well and staff was rude and there are slow and take way to long for such a poor job.Go elsewhere for your wash.

I took my car here for a complete detail. They had my car from 8am-530pm and despite Danny saying he was the best, I wasn't happy. I went to my regular Jackson's at Tierra Bueno in Scottsdale 8106 to do the job right. I'll let the pictures speak for the quality of work Jackson's at Tempe marketplace. Air vents and speedometer weren't even wiped. Save yourself from being dissatisfied and having to redo work and make drive up Scottsdale road to best Jackson's 8106

Great car wash, it goes nice and slow so your car gets nice and clean and completely dry because they also hand dry it afterward and do all the vacuuming and everything! Chuy was very friendly and did a great job :))Services: Full body wash, Oil changeServices: Full body wash, Oil change

I'm a loyal Jackson's customer, I have a TCC membership with them. Today I went in for my routine oil change and free wash. The last time I came in I was due for a a/c filter change however they didn't have it in stock so I thought they would this time. They still didn't have it in stock, and when I asked why the gentleman told me "it's popular, we get a lot of Kia's". He also mentioned they'd be getting another shipment in by Tuesday and to check back then. I don't really want to keep coming back to check and see if you have something in stock or not. You guys really should order more to have on hand since it is popular... Also they vacuumed out my car but did not do that thorough of a job. I wish they would of spent a little more time on my back seat to get the dog hair out.Services: Vacuuming, Oil change
