This is the most honest shop in Arizona. I have been taking my cars there for15 years Keith always has the best price I will call around to other shops and they are always higher in price. You can not find a better shop Dane Case

Simply the best! I ve found my Forever Repair Shop. I m a single women and it always seemed like I was taken advantage of in the past when I brought my vehicle in for service. This ended when I was referred to Interstate Auto. Local Family Owned and Always the best service and work! Such a nice waiting room with snacks and beverages. I have been using ONLY INTERSTATE AUTO for years. I am willing to drive from Florence, AZ to their location because the establishment is (no joke) THE BEST THING EVER! Literally have never seen anything like it... the staff is recognizable by name and each has stayed employed here for years and years. That's saying something about how well-run it is. The staff is honest, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, competent, caring and professional. Everything is handled perfectly... They keep excellent records and recommend your future work with estimates. If your vehicle does not need something, they don't try and up-sell you... Just HONEST, great service without unnecessary charges. They seem to take pride in the amazing service they provide. Today I was in and out within 45 minutes and they started on my car before I could even sit down! One time after service, my car would not start after a Costco run. THEY CAME AND GOT ME GOING which meant the world to me as I had just bought refrigerated and frozen food! Could not more highly recommend a business. The repair I needed was totally unexpected but they were still able resolve my issue in a timely fashion. The personal are always forthcoming with information and updates during the entire repair process. I would not use any other service unless I was out of state. At no time did anyone try to UP sell me . In fact they said I could delay the repair for a later date if I chose! Can t say enough good things!!!!

Looked for a shop to fix my leaky rack and pinion on the '96 4runner. Got a brand new one when originally quoted a rebuilt, but they did a great job. Friendly and kept me informed on the progress. Would use them again.....Second visit, went to another repair shop with my Honda, they wanted $450 to replace the sparkplug and another 1000 foe the struts, that turn out, not to be bad at all....thank you interstate for a fair deal and honest work..

A friend told us about Interstate Auto five years ago. We have found them to be honest and are doing repair work 10 to 20 percent less than the dealerships we were taking our three cars to previously. I just had my brakes done for $200 less than the Honda dealer charged me in the past.

Everyone at interstate auto is incredibly helpful. Each time I ve had to bring in a vehicle for repair they are honest on what needs to be taken care of and what can be held off for a future service. Highly recommend interstate to others seeking an honest, affordable service place.

I ve been going Interstate Auto for 7 years. These guys are just the best and probably the reason why I own/maintain more vehicles than I even need. They re honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and ALWAYS go above and beyond. They have STANDARDS. They re not about getting your vehicle in/out as quickly as possible like some sort of assembly line. They WANT to keep your vehicle alive and running for as long as possible. They CARE about keeping vehicles alive in general. You will not be upsold. It s either good, broken, or needs to be repaired/replaced in the far/near future (granted it s a vehicle so anything can break for any number of reasons). Keith and his team KNOW vehicles inside and out. There are times where I feel I have given them unintelligible nonsense to diagnose and they given me gold. .it s insane.

This family-owned longtime business has provided exceptionally great service on our vehicles for many years, whether they were almost brand new or 17 years old, like our 2006 Tahoe. They have more than earned our trust. Thank you Raney and gang!! We trust them implicitly and they always follow through on the time frames they commit to. Very friendly, polite, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. They can provide a variety of services. A organization of this magnitude is very hard to find!!!! Interstate Auto is hands down the best mechanic shop. Our recent experience having our Rav4 repaired was nothing short of amazing. We were told by another shop that it could not be repaired and to sell it to a junk yard. Keith and his team treated our car like their own. He took his time, did a bunch of research, even gave us a discount on his time while finding and implementing a solution. In the end he was able to fix our car!! This is the second car we have taken to him that he fixed after another shop gave up and said we should just sell it to a junk yard for $400. I would (and do) recommend Interstate to anyone and would be more than happy to speak to anyone personally as to the quality of service. They are amazing. Take your car there. I can not speak more highly of them. They are the best!

I have used Interstate Auto for repairs for all of my cars, both older and newer, several years now. I trust them wholeheartedly and appreciate their honesty and integrity. Most recently, we were recommended to check with the dealer because it was something that should ve been covered under warranty vs just doing the work themselves. There is never an upsell and recommendations made for future repairs are give a timeframe they should be considered. Our family WILL NOT take our cars anywhere else. I ve always had a great experience with Interstate Auto Repair. Very friendly, reasonable pricing and most importantly, honest! Several years ago my truck was running rough and the engine light was on. The dealer said it needed $700 to $900 of work before it could even pass emissions. My boss suggested Interstate. I was recommended to go to this place by my sister.Last time I went to a mechanic because my catalytic converter was stolen they ended up cutting my power steering. So needless to say I never went back.Every time that I have been to Interstate, everyone who works there is so nice. And I love great customer service, especially when it comes to car repairs. Interstate Auto did a complete check found the issue and called with an estimate and walked me through the options. My car was ready to be picked up later that day. In and out, easy and fully understandable. Thank you to Rainy and Keith.

This place is the best. It is hard to find trustworthy people in the auto world but look no further. Always honest, always professional, always reasonably priced.
