"I must say that this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! Wesley and Chris were both very attentive and treated me like family. They patiently answered all my questions and never once pressured me in any direction. I really felt like a VIP. Their passion for what they do is evident in the quality of the vehicles they sell. Their facility is beautiful and immaculately maintained. I can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was. I'm looking forward to buying another vehicle from them when the time comes. If you're interested in a vehicle they have, go see them now, You won't be disappointed."

The best experience I ve had buying a car. Chris and Wesley were extremely welcoming and professional. They are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about customer. The car is also amazing, excellent condition, exactly as described. Will definitely be buying my wife s future car here and taking all my vehicles here for service moving forward.

I want to thank Wesley & Christopher for an amazing and easy car buying experience. I highly recommend iAutoHaus. If you are looking for a luxury car buying experience, this is the place.Wesley was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and shared so much insight. We learned a lot. He is kind, patient and very personable. We never felt rushed during the process and were able to make a sound decision. The showroom is beautiful with an array of well kept luxury vehicles.The finance manager, Christopher was also very helpful and kind. This was by far the best car buying experience we've had. Wesley and Christopher were exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. Their show room was immaculate, and the service area was spotless. Their attention to detail was very impressive. If you are looking for a great value and an amazing luxury car, this is definitely the place to visit.

IAutohaus is hands down the best dealer of high end pre-owned cars and SUVs. Great selection of clean low mile vehicles. The owner Wesley and his son Christopher definitely know cars! They treat you like royalty and the place is spotless.

Best customer service I ever experienced hands down, best shop in town.They took pictures explained everything thoroughly no surprises or extra costs that usually occurs at a shop. Stetson knew his stuff. They had my engine and granny mounts on in a da and half.Paid for my uber. Btw they serviced my 2014 Audi A6..I'll definitely be back ..thanks a bunch and appreciate the hand wash!

I had a pretty big issue with my Mercedes Benz and had the vehicle towed over to the service department at iAUTOHAUS. Stetson was my service advisor and was terrific! He explained in detail what was wrong as well as providing videos and a full writeup of what was needed to resolve the issues. He was wonderful. The service department took care of everything in a transparent communication process.I am happy to have them service my cars any time that i need any help going forward. Thank you to the iAUTOHAUS team!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online and out of state. iAutohaus walked me through every step of the way. I love the fact that it was family owned, so I got to work with Chris and his mother Joann, who were professional and had plenty of experience transporting and funny to talk to. Great personalities. I have restored cars and motorcycles for the last 30. Recently picked up an older Mercedes that had been serviced for at least 10 years by iAUTOHAUS.Well, going over the paperwork, looking at the work done, and how the repairs have help up over time, I must say this is some of the best work I have ever seen. Bar none.I will be taking my car their for any service I cannot perform. I have even recommended my daughter take her car there.

I purchased a beautiful BMW 54i from iAutohaus. I was treated with at most professionalism level a customer could have. The level of expertise and experience Wesley and Christopher have made my purchase process like an open book, no gray areas, all clear with honesty that is hard to find these days. I consider myself fortunate that I found this dealership that I would take my vehicle for service and for sure will buy from again. This review is for the car detailing department. Just had my 1972 350SL Mercedes fully detailed and it looks fabulous. Tam and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is the second time they ve detailed the Mercedes and both times it looked marvelous afterwards.

I'm not one to leave reviews, negative or positive. Only when I'm blown away will I take the time. I've been in the market for a Jaguar f type for about 7 months. After nothing in Vegas I expanded my search. I've attempted to buy 3 jaguars from big dealerships in Arizona and California and received TERRIBLE customer service. I found my new f type on Autotrader and sent a message to iAUTOHAUS. Christopher called me 20 mins later and I had pictures texted to me of the car before we even got off the phone! Let's just say I was buying the car two hours later. Christopher had a few offers to pick from, was beyond helpful and informative. I mean I've had more trouble running the self checkout at the grocery store then it was to buy a car from iAUTOHAUS. Joann has been amazing, even after they sold me the car. She's literally been in contact everyday while waiting on transport. Buying a car off pictures is a risk and you put a lot of trust in a dealership doing so. The car just got here and I'm SOOOOOO glad I went with iAUTOHAUS. Stick with the small businesses. Literally the best experience and not one complaint. Don't hesitate to go with iAUTOHAUS you won't regret it. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience purchasing my Tesla Model S from iAutoHaus. Wesley and Chris were very professional and courteous. I was able to take all the time I needed to inspect the vehicle before I purchased it. From start to finish the process took an hour and a half. My Model S was in great condition and was very clean inside out. I would highly recommend iAutoHaus for anyone looking to buy a used Tesla.

I am a car lover, I buy and trade cars all the time and i must say this was by far the best experiences I have had.If you are looking to buy a car, you are going to love this place.I have visited Iautohaus multiple times of the years and EVERY time nothing but Royal treatment. Wesley (the owner) goes out his way to make sure you are taken care of. They where able to get me approved with Chase Bank within a reasonable amount of time on a Saturday for my New Mercedes with factory warranty still in-tack.I not big on writing reviews but as a Realtor here in the valley I know the value of a good Review and Iautohaus gets 2 thumbs up from me and I will be back when it s time to trade or purchase my next ride when I get that itch.

Reviews gotta be bots cause this place is your typical dealer that will screw you with your service. Tell you a bunch of things are wrong with your car and need replaced when it doesnt, they will find every little thing they can to scare you if you dont know whats going on with your vehicle. I only came here for one thing to try it out and that was a mistake, now i gotta let everyone i know aware of this dump.

Just bought my car from iAutohaus today, it was a great experience. When I first came in a couple days earlier to check out the car, Wesley helped me out. Instead of trying hard to sell me the car, like most other dealerships, he focused giving me tips on how to care for and drive the car, which made me feel comfortable with the car that I was about to buy. His son, Christopher, exchanged messages with me on text and was very communicative, he took me out for the test drive and showed me the incredible things the car was capable of. The paperwork was simple and the cars in the showroom are beautiful.

Excellent service with clear communication regarding the issues in my car. The iAUTOHAUS team took the time to diagnose my Mercedes Benz e350 to do it right and effectively. My car is driving like new again after several attempts to fix it by other mechanic shops.Highly recommended shop, very professional!

The BEST auto buying experience EVER!!! Thank you so much to Christopher and Joann!!! I was worried about purchasing a Porsche 911 from a distance. Christopher was great in answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable that the car was in great condition. Christopher was very organized with all the paperwork and what I needed to do to purchase from a distance. Joann was excellent in coordinating the shipping of the vehicle to northern California. Joann's communication with updates during the shipping was amazing. Shipping is not easy these days and Joann made it feel easy. Joann was great with all the DMV paperwork and made that easy for me with the third party DMV company. THANK YOU again to Christopher and Joann!! I would buy another vehicle from IAUTOHAUS and would recommend it to everyone.

Car#3. Porsche. I am no longer a customer at iAutohaus. I have been upgraded to family. Truly, every experience has been positive. They have sold me three remarkable automobiles. I used them to consign my personal vehicle, a Ford Raptor (which they sold for more than the purchase price). They detailed my Cadillac XT5 back to perfection. Thank you so much! And when I needed to ship a car back to Michigan. Yep! they offered to help with the process! Again thanks.You may ask, what made the experience positive? Number 1, customer service. The minute you enter the business, you are acknowledged and offered assistance. If you wish to browse, its ok, roam about the showroom. Number 2, when it is time to purchase, you will receive a honest and fair price. Number 3, their cars are clean, inside and out, they start up and work. I looked at a Porsche, at a competitive dealer. The car was inside a building and it was dirty, didn't start and I had to wait 30 minutes for a sales representative. Not good, when you are spending over $100,000.Please take my advice. Stop in and see my new family.James C. Sipple

I discovered iAUTOHAUS due to my previous repair shop's inability to do the repair. Not only did Trent and team successfully repair my vehicle, but they found a much less expensive way than originally thought to get the same result. My car is back to her ol' beautiful self (they gave her a bath, too!) iAUTOHAUS now has a new customer!
