I brought my car in for the second maintenance today. The staff at Horne Mazda treated me very well. They had me driven to the Black Bear Diner & picked up & brought back to the dealership. They did an excellent job on my car. They changed my oil, checked the air filters, rotated my tires, sawpped out the transmission fluid, and checked EVERYTHING else on the car. When they were finished, they washed the outside of my car. As one can see in the picture the they broke the driver seat adjustment panel.Their service staff is good but their technicians are useless. If you go there with one tiny problem, you will be back with several more.Even after repeated follow-ups, they do not return calls. Technicians do not finish the job. They leave the vehicle excessively cluttered and filthy on the inside. Also, make sure to keep track of the miles before leaving your car there, as they may drive it for more than 50 miles. It takes those genius technicians at least a week just to figure out what the problem is with the car.If they provide you a courtesy vehicle, make sure it is clean inside. They offered me one with dog hair everywhere, sticky grease on the floor, and a dusty unclean mess inside.Again their service staff is good the main problem is their technicians. Naavah, Troy and Gabriella are knowledgeable and they are very helpful.That one star is for their service front desk team at least they show some courtesy to the customer.I don t see myself returning to this particular service center again.

My service rep, Gabriella, is always outstanding. Very knowledgeable and informative and friendly. The vehicle service crew is really good. I've never had major work done to my 2020 CX-5 (knock on wood) but the work I have had done has been top-notch. I'm a big fan of the video overview they send me during the assessment.

Steve Ross is great. He was transparent with the details of the service quote and gave me good recommendations. He also was not pushy at all which is why I felt like I was in good hands.

Scheduled a routine service, which was handled extremely well, and during the multi-point inspection a couple of issues were uncovered by the technician. A video was sent to me of the inspection and after a discussion with Naavah, our Service Advisor, it was decided to pursue the repairs under our extended warranty. My car is working smoothly but I actually just got words for person who serviced me. I m new to having a Mazda and she went out her to way to make sure things was fixed and she was very informational. Overall she also just have a good vibe too! She was great! I recently had the pleasure of using the Mazda Service center for my vehicle, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. Naavah and Troy are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They keep me informed throughout the process and completed the service in a timely manner. The quality of their work was top-notch, leaving me completely satisfied with the results and I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Horne Mazda. What made it a great experience was the customer service from Gabriella. Her communication was great. She would keep me updated on the status of my car when it was being serviced without me having to call. I have dealt with other dealerships where the only way to get a hold of the person was to show up at the dealership. She was great to work withService: Auto brake repair

Naavah & Gabriela in the Service Department are fabulous! Always friendly and professional. They do an excellent job walking you through any repairs needed and pricing is always fair & honest. Took my CX-5 in for routine maintenance and Steve, my service advisor was excellent. He explained everything in detail and the process was quick and smooth. Though a little pricey, I would recommend coming here especially for the nice and comfortable waiting area and the complimentary car washes!

Steve Ross is a valuable treasure in car maintenance and repair. He is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and an expert in the business. He is customer oriented and gave my car a thorough diagnostic test, troubleshooted all issues as well as explained the details of my needed repairs so I had confidence going forward. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would come back again and again .probably until I run my CX5 to the ground! We want to give a shout out to the Service Dept. manager Ira Wolfson. We had our car in for AC repairs and there were some complications. Ira handled the issue immediately and to our satisfaction. Naavah and Gabriella did an amazing job communicating with me whenever I had questions. The mechanics had their work cut out for them but pulled through and did an amazing job. My car was in really bad shape and now it drives like a dream. It took some time to be repaired, but it should be put into consideration that we are in tax return season and people are opting to repair instead of purchase/exchange for a new car. You're double the price on most services even triple compared to places like Pep Boys and my friend's locally owned chain of shops.You also recommended several services I had done at another service/repair shop within the past few months. This upselling is dishonest. How am I supposed to discern the difference between what is needed or not from the $2000 of service you stated needed "immediate attention"? This sleazy business practice does the customer and our vehicle a disservice. And, why wasn't I informed of these issues on my last visit in January?And, I requested Wiper Blades which were not done. I'm glad though because I replaced them myself at Autozone for a fraction of the cost. Autozone even installed them for free.I can't trust Horne Mazda Tempe. The ONLY positive thing about this place is Gabriella.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The service department is incredible. Great people, tons of communication, no issues. However, do not get involved with the sales team. Unless you want to feel like a piece of raw meat in the middle of a bunch of starving dogs. Just horrible.

I've been going to Horne Mazda for8 years and have always had wonderful service. The video inspection is the best you get to see what is right and what is wrong. My tech Naavah Johnson is top notch she's communicative makes sure everything is done and on time and explains everything so you understand. She makes sure your taken care of. I have to mention the intake guy he's always pleasant and thoughtful and he makes sure your good when u leave. I thank the Service Manager for the great staff. Troy was excellent at making me feel informed and very friendly. Knowing it would be a long wait, I was offered a ride home instead of waiting. Even had my cat power washed! Great service.

Steve Ross did a great job answering questions I had regarding some issues with the car. He explained all the services and sought to help me get the best value for my money. It was awesome, I went for an oil change and they did a thorough inspection on my car, they checked almost everything just to make sure I won't run into problems. They sent me some videos of my car being inspected, they checked under my car and where the engine is. I had a woman by the name of Gabriella assist me with my new Mazda I got and to say the least she way absolutely amazing! Friendliest staff of all the auto dealerships I ve been to for service. Gabriella and Nava in particular were great. It s clear staff enjoy doing the work they do, enjoy one another as colleagues, and enjoy interacting with customers. The staff here makes you feel seen and heard. They are beyond wonderful and were able to solve all of my issues within 48 hours, from start to finish. I could not be more appreciative for the time and care they put towards my car and myself as a customer. Since buying my Mazda CX-5 at Horne Mazda I have been treated professionally and fairly. My last experience was a 20K mileage oil change and safety check. They sent a video of the inspection! They performed the routine maintenance and had my car ready and washed for pickup. Shout out to Steve Ross, service manager, and his staff for treating me with courtesy, promptness and customer oriented attention.The CX-5 is a fantastic automobile too.Service: Auto maintenance
