This was the best experience I've ever had with a shop, period. Not only were they professional, QUICK, and very easy to work with, Stormy, Josh, and the entire TEAM went above and beyond the call of service to assist me in getting my vehicle repaired and back to me. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean to an extent beyond anything I've experienced before.These folks knew I was without a vehicle or rental and made sure I was taken care of by getting it back to me themselves.I've never sat down to write a review before but I could not recommend this business more and will be a lifelong loyal customer.Do yourself a favor, reach out to the fine folks at Gerber!

I cracked my windshield. I called Gerber Collision & Glass. They got fixed the next day at my home. The glass guy was very professional, knowledgeable, great personality, super friendly. excellent service. Fair price. From the phone call until everything gets done. Got done perfectly.Was excellent experience!!! Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience at Gerber Collision. Josh and Ben did a fantastic job from start to finish - getting me an estimate, dealing with the insurance company, fitting me into their schedule, keeping me updated on the repair status, and executing the repairs. They got me an appointment immediately after my car was hit; the shop manager was super helpful and kind; they did GREAT work that looks brand new; and they finished two weeks ahead of schedule. I ve never been in an accident before, I ve heard horror stories of how I would be treated. Mo was my tech and he was AMAZING!!! They communicated with me every step of the way!! They sent me details of everything that they did and also walked me through everything when I picked it up! Everything they replace/repaired is covered for ever. Ended up with almost $8,000 worth of damage to the front and under the hood!!! This Jeep is my baby and I cried when I saw the damage. Great team and amazing work!!! Thanks again everyone!

After they fixed my fender liner, my tire fell off a week later. Very poor service. If your insurance recommends them... request somewhere else. Now I'm waiting for them to fix my fender since the tire fell off and caused me to crash. And could've ended badly

Car was hit by falling ice on the lower front driver side. Car was repaired (cosmetic) in a day with a lifetime warranty for as long as I own my vehicle. Thanks MO!! Had to bring the car back for a few small issues that were addressed and corrected. #Esurance #GerberCollision&Glass

Friendly staff, clean facilities. I was in a pinch and they were able and willing to assist me with what I needed done. From the moment hey answer the phone to me walking out the door, I felt taken care off. Thanks.

The General Insurance referred me to them since it's on their list but could not even do a reliable estimate. My car was parked and someone rear ended the vehicle. Had issues driving the car after accident and they said issue was my rims where too big. Took my car to a different servicer after their visual estimate

Yeah this place is trash. Don t bring your vehicle here. They did a repair on my Durango with cheap materials and it cracked. Then refused to even talk to me about the repair.

I had an appointment for 10 days to have my vehicle repaired at this Gerber Collision and Glass before they abruptly cancelled my appointment. They cancelled because they don't work with that insurance company but they had that information for 10 days. When I called to set the appointment, I specifically mentioned that the claim was through that insurance because other body shops had turned it down for the same reason (I was filing this claim through another driver's insurance). Extremely frustrating after waiting almost 2 weeks to get my car into the shop.Service: Body & Trim

Both of our vans were damaged in the last bad storm that hit Phoenix in August. Excellent customer service. They communicated everything to us professionally and timely as well as worked closely with our insurance company to where I had no worries or headaches. I recommend Gerber to anyone who has glass and auto body repair needs. My baby looks brand new again!!!! Thank you Gerber.

My Mini Cooper was hit in a parking lot, my insurance company referred me to Gerber on University and I m glad they did. Gerber made everything easy peasy. From handling the insurance, to keeping me posted on how my car was coming along all the way to picking it up. Everyone in the office was extremely nice, professional, and helpful.

Holy Moly these guys are fast. Came in for a estimate Wednesday. Joshua went over everything with me and said they could get it fixed in 1 day. He ordered the parts and I came back Thursday to drop my car off. They ordered my rental for me so I didn't have to find a ride. My car was done early Friday afternoon. Joshua went over all my concerns and showed me my car. I was so impressed with how good it looked. You couldn't even tell it was in an accident and they even scheduled my rental pick up as well. Extremely impressed and happy with the service I received. Thank you

I experienced excellent customer service and collision repair at this location. Josh replaced the front bumper on my older model Venza, and matched the paint color perfectly. Brenda, at the front desk, handled all paperwork and payment seamlessly. The icing on the cake was that my car was ready for pickup an entire day earlier than promised.

Untimely and unprofessional.Gerber called myself and the insurance company indicating the vehicles repairs would be complete that morning. I made arrangements to leave work early and return my rental vehicle. I called Gerber prior to leaving work to confirm the vehicle was ready for pickup, and was assured yes, the vehicle was ready and was out front waiting.After I returned the rental, Gerber called indicating the repairs were in fact not complete and that they needed additional time. Leaving me without a vehicle and with an approximation of "when our guys get back."1-2 weeks after the repairs were completed. I received a voicemail that I must pay Gerber immediately or they would send me to collections at the end of the week.The work was done through the at-fault party's insurance and the insurance carrier was to pay Gerber directly for the repairs. Rather than contacting the insurance company regarding the missing payment. Gerber thought it prudent to immediately leave a voicemail for myself, threatening to send me to collections.If this sounds enjoyable to you. Then you've found the right repair shop!

These people are the best! They really know their craft. So professional and curious. My Buick Enclave never looked so good. They even cleaned up a few scratches and shined up my tires. There is absolutely no sign of any damage. You want your vehicle to look brand new? Than take it to Gerber Collision in Tempe on W University! Thanks so much for getting my Buick back to me so fast! Three days! Amazing!!!!!

I want to give a huge thank you to Moe and the team at Gerber Collision on University. I had never gone through this process before and they took the time to walk me through everything, answer all my questions, and provide support. The communication on the status of my Toyota RAV4 was amazing I received repair status at every step. My car looks better than before and was even finished a day early! Moe and team went out of their way to do a stellar job. Thank you. I would highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about this repair shop. Stellar customer service, way above par! The repair was finished early, I was kept informed the entire time, one of their employees drove me home after I dropped the car off, and they drove it to me when it was finished so I didn't have to go out of my way. AND the whole process, drop off to pick up was 7 days. I can't speak highly enough a out this place, I have already recommended it to many of my friends and family, and will continue to use Gerber for any future collision repair I need in the future.Thanks so much guys, truly a stellar company and group of gentlemen.

This is now the 2nd time that I have used Gerber collision and I cannot say enough about not only the quality of their work but the customer service is well. I worked with Daniel Wheelock and highly recommend them. My car is a 2014 Audi S6 in black pearl. I brought it to then to refinish the bumper and hood due to rock chips. Looks absolutely perfect, the paint match is on point. 5 stars!

First, thanks to such a great team!!! I took my car back to Gerber to have an issue corrected and on the spot they corrected the issue in about 10 minutes. Not only did they correct the issue but they all provided great customer service. To be fair, I am unsure of the quality of service for this location once they work on a vehicle. I was going to submit an insurance claim. My car was a new model. They told me that it would take them a while to give me a quote because the part might not be available yet. There was miscommunication with my insurance agent. I never got a quote. I decided to go to a different body shop. I got a quote the next day.

After living in Flagstaff for a couple of years, the snow did a number on my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Thankfully, the Gerber Collision team came to the rescue and made her look like new. Shout out to Moe for being super helpful. Overall had a great experience.
