What a great experience!!! I saw a sign at a traffic stop offering money back for windshield replacement. I called the number, we had a quick conference call with my insurance company, and my service was booked the very next day! The technician showed up right on time, quickly replaced my windshield, checked over his work with me before leaving, and even cleaned my dashboard! And the money back was sent to me the same day. I will DEFINITELY use Freeway Auto Glass again. Great job!

Gotta say that this was the best service I've gotten. It was quick and easy, absolutely no hassle! The tech was great he came right to my house! Said it'd take 45 min but it only took 30. Got everything calibrated too! Thank you freeway auto glass. And thank you Brandon for everything!

Employee, Brandon, was very quick and responsive to earn my business. Once they needed to fix their mistake after they had been paid, communication was awful. I had them replace glass on two vehicles. After rescheduling multiple times, they finally came out. One vehicle done was my RV. A few days later after glass install, when washing it, water started coming through the top of the windshield. I tried to get ahold of Brandon and he was evasive. I had to call on another phone number to get him to answer. After waiting multiple days to get someone to come out, they were going to fix the seal but by then the glass had already broken due to poor work. They scheduled a day to finally come out to replace the windshield. The tech was supposed to call me when he was on his way. Didn't get anything. The next day reception called to see how the replacement went. I responded with, "What replacement?" She scheduled someone to come out that very day to ensure it gets fixed. End of the day at 4:30 pm I get a call that the techs van is having issues so they will have to cancel. Will updated once completed. Avoid at all costs.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Me and my family friend both used freeway auto glass. It was stress free next day service and what they advertise is true. We both got original windows for my ram truck and his Nissan rogue. The window installer was also quick and professional, he even cleaned my side mirrors and interior mirror. The claim was also very easy and FWA-Glass helped over the phone in processing the claim aswell. I am a cautious skeptic person but this is a business I would highly recommended to anyone. Be aware! This people make me waiting for them couple of hours they never show up. Then I have to call and just come with a lot of excuses and rudeness. Horrible customer service. Very bad experience and really good lesson next time better perform a better research!
