Roy and his team at Fix Auto Tempe did an amazing job on my Tesla! Had some back bumper damage that needed fixing. They had my car in and out in record time, dropped off at 9AM Monday morning and my car was ready by 2PM Wednesday afternoon. The bumper looks brand new. They are a Tesla certified shop. Highly recommend this shop for Tesla owners. Hope to not need them again but if I do, will definitely be coming back!

Can t say I had the same 5star experience with Fix Auto Tempe. Jennifer was more interested in whether I was filing insurance claim, and after the other insurance company wanted more detail they completely disappeared from any and all replies to me and insurance company. The estimate was over $8000 which seemed high and I ended up getting it done at another Tesla authorized body shop for $2300.Hate posting bad reviews, but I would never take my Tesla back to fix auto . Find another spot especially if you are paying out of pocket or going through you OWN insurance. I have a feeling these inflated prices are why they were no longer referred to me, The next time I looked in the Tesla app

The entire staff was super helpful With the process of getting my Tesla model 3 insurance claim processed, paid, helping with my rental car pick up and drop off and doing an excellent job on the repair of my driver side door. They were faster than I had expected. The other Tesla Approved body shots that I had contacted were not nearly as helpful nor I believe would have been as timely. Jennifer excellent answering my question and my concerns. Great job, recommend them highly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The repair service was very good and amazing. Jennifer was very proactive and informative of the updates of the repair and has exceeded my expectations as far as the target completion date. Christy at the front desk was equally accommodating and assisted me with being connected to the car rental at a very family manner. Overall, excellent service.

This review is for Abel, Jennifer, Christy and the entire Fixed Auto Tempe Team. I recently got a Tesla and was rear ended a couple months after - I was devastated and stressed. The insurance process with Fixed Auto was so smooth and the service from start to finish was more than exceptional. They helped me navigate the insurance process, constantly gave me updates and made sure I was educated every step of the way. They knew I needed my car to commute as soon as possible and worked hard to complete the repairs under the estimated timeframe! They even went out of their way to replace my pink decal on the back since they had to replace my whole trunk and they cleaned the car prior to pickup. Masterful Body and Paint! Unsurpassed Client Service. When you demand perfection for your prized car or truck, this is where you go!Jenn is the consummate body/paint pro and accommodated and exceeded my every need.The entire staff were friendly and courteous and the progress updates were frequent and informative.I had them repaint my 4Runner hood and feather the fenders to blend the color. They also installed a new dash panel to replace the old one that was cracking.They removed old PPF from my headlights and side mirrors too.My 4Runner looks better than the day it rolled of the showroom floor.Top Level Craftsmanship!Thanks a million, Jenn!

From beginning to end, customer service was apparent They kept me up to date every step of the way . I never once had to call and check on status of repairs. My car looks PERFECT!! Like i never was in an accident ($5k damage) I pray i never need to use a body shop, but if i do

Very knowledgeable on Teslas and great service! Also very pleased with the repair and detailed cleaning of my vehicle post service. Most shops just give your car a quick rinse, interior looks brand new and tells you a lot of how much pride they take in their work through and through! Also they do a post walk through inspection with you before you leave with vehicle to ensure your satisfaction vs other shops that just flip you your keys so they can move on to the next customer. My 20 year old Lexus LS 400 was rear ended and declared a total loss by insurance. Knowing the longevity of these cars I hated to send it off to the junk yard with plenty of life left in it. I spoke to Jason who helped me come up with a plan to source a hood and rear bumper from a junk yard that could be painted to get my car back on the road. Knowing these cars have a complicated pearl white paint and clearcoat I was worried about how it would match to the existing factory paint. The car came out great and I couldn't be more pleased.

Bought a 2016 C7 Corvette Z06 that needed a repaint/refinish on the front bumper from a bunch of rock/bug chips in the paint courtesy of the prior owner. At the same time, I had several aftermarket carbon fiber aero parts I wanted installed on the vehicle. Travis and New Image Paint and Body came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. From my first call and request for a quote through to pick up of my vehicle the service was top notch and second to none.Quick play-by-play summary.Initial call I explained what I was looking to have done. Travis asked me to send him a few pics of the front bumper and a list of the parts I wanted installed and had an initial estimate out to me within a couple of hours. A quick call to Travis and my vehicle was on their schedule.Drop off of the vehicle was on a Thursday morning and was quick and seamless. Paperwork was prepared and ready for me when I walked in the door and Travis helped unload the boxed parts from my second vehicle.This is where, in my opinion, Travis and the New Image team went above and beyond. Original estimate for completion of all of the work was by the following Tuesday. However, as soon as Travis and the team had the car up on the lift and opened up the boxes they discovered that the aftermarket front splitter had been cracked during shipping. Travis immediately called me to let me know. It took several calls before I was able to find a supplier with a replacement stage-2 CF splitter in stock and capable of shipping via 2-day freight. Travis kept in contact with me throughout the process, accepted delivery of the replacement part at the shop, and despite the delays due to the broken part was able to complete all of the work two days later than originally estimated. So basically the delay was from the time it took to get the replacement part shipped.Bottom line: Travis communicated with me through every step of the process, kept me informed, worked with me when we ran into the situation with the broken part, and on top of all of that did an AMAZING job, both on the paint/finishing of the bumper and on the install of the aftermarket parts!They will be my go-to shop for any and all paint and body work.

These guys are amazing. They did a wonderful job for a very, very extensive repair. The got parts in within a couple weeks for my Tesla, which I believe is a new record for Tesla. Service and communication was excellent. These guys are getting even more busy as Tesla Model 3's have hit the market as they have an excellent reputation. But this still got my baby done over the holidays!

Their attention to detail and quickness and cleanliness of work the second to none. I'm in the automotive industry and get to see alot of shops and there is no doubt this is the cleanest body shop I have ever been inside of. My car was always well cared for and it looks as if the damage never happened. They used OEM parts and even showed me the receipt from when they bought them I would highly recommend them to anybody needing auto body work.

New Image Paint staff has changed, don't expect 5* results!Tl/dr - they damaged my passenger seat on day 1 inspection, damaged my rear fender when pulling my car out to deliver it to me (and painted over it like a 3yr old, see pics) and it took 4 months for them to get the correct windshield.I brought my model S to New Image for small scratches on my hood and bumper due to road debris based on a recommendation from the AZ FB group.Day 1 - they took my car in to take pictures of the damage then asked me to pick it up while we waited for parts, upon pickup I saw they tore my passenger seat from the hooks and had to drive it back for a fixPickup day - I get a call from Jason staying that they damaged my car when taking it out of the bay but it was all fixed, the picture attached is the HORRIBLE job they did fixing the damage they did to my car. This is where I have an issue, people make mistakes, fixing said mistake so horribly and then being willing to present this outcome as a finished product is appalling to me. Especially when it is YOUR damage. Also, my windshield was delayedReturn day - drop off car for 2nd repair of their damage, New image says windshield is wrong, will order another and install mobile.Mobile install day- mobile installer comes to fix windshield, 2nd windshield is wrong. MOBILE INSTALLER POINTS OUT DAMAGE TO PASSENGER TAILIGHT WHICH WASN'T FIXED WHEN NEW IMAGE DAMAGED MY CAR. Also, the windshield guy spoke to me for almost an hour about how new image has a new staff and their old paint staff would have never messed up my car.Final install day - 3rd windshield is finally correct, mobile installer continues to talk about the horrible management at New Image currently.Final call to insurance - I called my adjuster to let him know the work was complete and he advised me that he has personally worked with New Image multiple times in the past and their company has gone through some reorganization which has now caused these issues. That makes 2 outside entities who work with the company that advise against using them in the future until they fix these issuesOutcome: a horrible experience at a shop that is supposed to specialize in high quality repairs only to provide service equivelant to a business run by children.
