I have been going to Express Oil Change for years now but usually I go to the Gilbert location. Today was the first time I went to the Tempe location and this will be the location I will continue to go to from now on! Jona was very helpful & knowledgeable while changing my oil. All of the employees were professional, respectful & friendly! Not to mention I was only there for a short amount of time. If you are looking for a place to get any maintenance done on your car, I recommend going here! Thanks again to the awesome employees at this location.

I was recommended to come here for an oil change by a friend and figured I d try somewhere other than the dealership. We had Colton and he was so kind and helpful. Everyone here is great. They offer water and even came over and gave my 3 year old some toys while we waited. It was a total of 10/15 minutes and was a great experience. We will definitely only be coming here from now on.

I love coming to Express Oil Change for all my basic car needs. I drive across the city to get serviced in Tempe. Colton and Jonah were excellent today, checking everything with excellence. I recommend Express to anyone looking for quick and quality service. No more long car dealership waits for me.

Very convenient usually quite quick as well. You can stay in your car which is great. On Tuesdays they offer a discount for ladies which is much appreciated. They re always nice and don t push you to buy extra stuff. Jona was super informative and he has the prettiest eyes!!!

I always come to this location for Oil Change and Services is great and fast. Had some recommendations by Cole he recommended some maintenance with the filters that were due and I wouldn t know about it if he didn t bring to my attention.

I needed an oil change and I wanted to try something other than the Walmart Auto Center. Cole was very polite, quick and informative about the services they offered and the basic maintenance checks I should keep up on. Awesome place! Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

Hands down the best oil change spot in town. I ve been taking all my cars here for years. The service is EXCEPTIONAL and consistent. They always make suggestions as to what the car may need (as they should), but are honest and not pushy in doing so. Best of all, I don t need to get out of the car for the services. Had Colton helping today, but all the guys here are always great. Keep up the good service, guys!

They have superior customer service. Their oil changes are quick and very convenient. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Both Hollis and Jona were warm, welcoming, and made sure I was taken care of. I will continue to come back and recommend them to friends and family.

Very happy to find this place! They do everything, not only oil changes. They use certified mechanics and they stand behind their work. Excellent customer service too - transparent, educational, kind. A big shout out to Cole, Hollis, Sean, and Jona for putting my mind at ease and making me feel valued.

The oil change service was right away available with reasonable price and quick response time. I also appreciate that unlike some other places, they did not try to be pushy with unnecessary additional items. Customers typically know what they want and have time commitments which they consider.

Always had great service here and everyone I've come across at this location has great customer service! It cannot be overstated how great it is that you can come to a shop like this and not feel like you're being forced to pay high prices or provided bad service. This most recent time, one of the mechanics, Colton really helped me out not just in helping me get my oil change done but also helped me get discounts on other services that I needed. He was also super knowledgeable and had a great attitude, especially when it came to me asking him a lot of questions. At a bare minimum, this is the place to go for a quick and quality oil change with great customer service.

We have been coming here to have our oil changed for over a year now. Every time we show up we are treated like family. Jona is the man and takes care of both of our vehicles. They are very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Tyler was amazing! I came in because I had a free oil change after having an horrible experience previous and he did a magnificent job! He kept me updated the whole time and reassured me that my experience that I had last time will never happen again! Tyler is an amazing worker and I can tell he loves what he does! Definitely coming back!

I wouldn t recommend this shop to anybody. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of urgency is ridiculous. I came to this tire shop for a simple fix of a flat tire, and it s turned into the worst 24 hour nightmare I ve ever encountered. The fact that I had to leave my car overnight because they didn t have the parts to service my vehicle, and then come back the next day to sit here for over 3 hours for the SAME exact issue is baffling. They would come in and tell me just one hour left, then the hour passes, they comeback again oh we re just waiting for parts to get here then you ll be good to go. Another hour and NOTHING. My car is still sitting waiting to be serviced so at this point yes I m LIVID. The crew members have no regard for others time at all. They move slower than snails and then expect you to pay them full pricing for a horrendous job and service. I will NEVER comeback here or refer anyone to come here. If you see this place remember to keep driving.Service: Tires

Tyler welcomed me. Very great customer service from start to finish. Cole was extremely helpful and patient with me. The manager came and gave me coupons :) they cleaned my window! Checked my fluids. I felt spoiled. Thank you guys so much
