Wow; what a great experience!Beginning with scheduling my Audi A4's appointment with super-friendly Journey, I later arrived to the shop with a welcoming from the owner, John. With an obvious expert's voice, John explained how much disassembly was required on my A4 to replace the front windshield. The photo attached proves John's point!After about 90 minutes of careful work, the result was outstanding!Kudos to the entire shop: Journey, John, Pete, and Justin.I should finish this review by saying that this shop, with John and Pete's experience, is prepared to work on just about any car. So, whether it be my Pilot or my Audi, the next time I need a windshield replaced, I'll be heading back to European Auto Glass.Give them a try. Like all their reviewers, I'm convinced you'll be delighted too.

I recently had to replace my GLE Mercedes windshield, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by John and his team. Their customer service is truly outstanding!!Additionally, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone in need of windshield replacement. Their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service deserve a solid 5-star rating!!

This Place has customer service figured out. Just got done with a very seamless process of getting my windshield replaced and recalibrated on my Cadillac CT5. Unfortunately, issues are always going to come up with cracks in the windshield down here in AZ but it s nice to know a few businesses out here still really take the time to go above and beyond for the customer instead of just treating you like another number. The only reason I gave five stars, is because I wasn t allowed to give six. QUICK, easy, and painless process. I would highly recommend These guys to anybody . which is something I don t easily do anymore nowadays. Well done!

I had been waiting for almost 3 months to get my sunroof glass replaced by Land Rover for my 23' Range Rover. The glass was on a national back order with no date in sight. Even escalating the situation (lack of information) to Land Rover America - got me no where. I just wanted a "general time frame." Out of frustration- I started calling around to see if I could get it replaced by someone other than the dealer. Most companies either couldn't work on sunroof or couldn't help. Then I came across these guys and from the 1st phone call - I thought maybe I was onto something. Within 60 minutes of my call, John was able to call me back with ACTUAL info (all I was looking for) as to when this glass would be available. What took him 60 minutes I couldn't get out of the dealer or Land Rover America for 3 months. I was told it wont be available til June.Great - at least I had an answer. Fast fwd about 5 days, I get a call from John saying you're not going to believe this but I located the sunroof for you at a dealer in NJ who just happened to be sitting on one. It was like I won the lottery - I couldn't believe it. He said I'll call you end the week when I get my hands on it and we will get it done. Sure enough - he called and boom - its done. These guys have the most impeccable customer service (which I appreciate being a business owner myself) and their workmanship is fantastic. If you want great service, communication, and quality work - this is your place!

Living in Arizona, you have to replace your windshield A LOT. So of course I had a cracked windshield that was in dire need of being replaced on my Mercedes AMG. I wanted to find a company that specializes in Mercedes or luxury vehicles - so glad I found European Auto Glass! They actually have a shop you can take your car to, which I prefer. They do mobile also. The guy on the phone was friendly and very informative about the whole process with my insurance. They were able to get me in rather quickly and the tech that replaced my windshield was extremely detailed. He even cleaned all my windows! They also recalibrated my camera in the same visit. Will definitely be going back here from now on. Hands down, best auto glass company I ve come across in the valley!

Thank you European Auto Glass for replacing my windshield on my 2023 Kia Sportgage. Even though they specialize in luxury/European vehicles, they also service other car brands! I had my windshield replaced very quickly, literally the next day I called in and I received 5 star service. Then I went down to their facility in Tempe, AZ to get my windshield calibrated and that was it! Overall, my experience has been absolutely great and i highly recommend this company for your windshield repair and replacement needs. Don't let the name fool you. I just had my 1957 Chevy Belaire windshield replaced from European Auto Glass. I can't say enough about this shop. Pete was the know it all guy. With this years and years of experience and the excellent work of Jason the installer they had my baby on the road in no time. The job was done with care and attention to detail. Both Pete and Jason were easy to talk to and answered all my questions as the work progressed. John the owner was great. He made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the job.This shop is the way to go for all your glass work no matter what you are driving.

First time coming to this place after having a chip and a crack on my BMW windshield. I wanted to make sure a europeancar specialist do the job. They replaced the windshield in a timely manner (as promised) and the customer service was amazing, John and all personnel were very kind, I will definitely be back when I need their services again and will refer family and friends to this shop.

The service here is exceptional. I had approval for a new Audi windshield from my insurance, and the same day it was replaced in less than 2 hours. Beyond that John went out of his way to replace a simple windshield cap part that he didn t have available the day that he did the install. He drove out 30 minutes to me to see it through several days later. I recommend this highly for vehicles that are more complicated and require replacement of OEM glass. John is top-notch and much faster than who the Audi dealer referred me to. Make the call!

These guys were great! They replaced my truck's windshield at my workplace without the hassle of having to go somewhere or deal with any of the usual headaches. I highly recommend them to anyone!!! I have a 1988 Mercedes Benz 300E and I have been refused by several well known glass company for my windshield replacement. Since my car is now classified as a vintage , some parts that will be needed to replace my windshield had been discontinued and no longer available in the market. So, I called European Auto Glass and Pete immediately told me that they can replace my windshield and all the parts needed are still available to them. Brought my car in today and Tony who installed the windshield was very detailed and did an execellent job. Management, John and Pete are very friendly and accommodating, they are the best!! I recommend European Auto Glass for your windshield services and I will definitely come back for have my other Mercedes Benz s windshield replacement. Thank You European Auto Glass. I called John for windshield to be replaced on my 2018 Kona. He was extremely helpful and got me an appointment at my home the next day. Excellent customer service. The young man that came to the house was so friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

I requested an online quote late on a Friday evening regarding the transitional glass panel on my car. I expected an email on Monday but no, owner reached out immediately via email from home.We scheduled install soon for today November 21st, 2023. Dropped my car off and owner himself took me to work and picked me up when work was complete just a couple hours later.Great customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend! Thank you EAG.

Pete was extremely helpful when my sunroof imploded while driving down the freeway. He was quick to order and replace my sunroof. I also ended up needing a new front windshield at the same time. They were very good about calibrating the mirror and the cameras with the replacement. 10/10 would recommend them for their efficiency and great customer service!Service: Auto windshield repair

5 star service from the big guys with a small business personality. They sent someone over the next morning since I called late and he even waited half an hour for me as I had a person emergency. He got right to work and was don t in under 20 minutes. Looks impeccable.

Absolutely amazing! Pete helped me from start to finish with completing this order for my BMW 328i. I m so thankful for his expertise. He was able to get me a new windshield and get it replaced so fast! I was so thankful! I had been putting off the task, because I loathe dealing with this. He helped me complete the process seamlessly! His installer Mike came right out to my house & completed the install so efficiently. It was absolutely wonderful. Pete, John, & Jesse provided 1st class service. They replaced the windshield in my 1959 Porsche 356A. That is no small feat because parts are difficult to locate, and installation is "old school". Most shops could not (or would not) accept this challenging job.I've owned this classic Porsche for more than 55 years, and I wouldn't trust just anyone to work on it.
