Had a 5 pack of oil changes put on my account sometime last year by a manager because of a bad first paid experience that I called and advised them about.I considered buying another 5 pack when I went in for my last service but alas, my experience wasn t great, AGAIN. I left the property to walk around while they were servicing my car, when I came back an hour later the lady at the desk told me they didn t have my correct phone number to update me on the what they were recommending to fix on my vehicle or tell me it was finished.I have had nothing but issues with them getting my personal and vehicle information in their computer correct and I think it s ridiculous. You would think after going to a place repeatedly for over a year for oil changes and servicing, they would have it correct and if she was unsure, why was that not confirmed before I left the property then!?Also, when I picked up my vehicle I declined all other recommended services and just wanted the oil change but was told that I would receive a text with all the pricing for the recommended services so I could book at a later date because she was backed up right now . I never got that text or was given a print out before leaving of the services or prices. I also asked her how many oil changes I had left on my account & if that was my last one. Instead of looking right away she told me at the end she would inform of all of that - never did.I was never given a quote for another 5 pack,So I ll take my business elsewhere.Just very disappointing overall because the staff is typically friendly, the wait is always long but I never minded for what seemed like a job well done. Time to find a new shop I guess.Update: after posting my review, I got a call from the GM, Tim and he was very interested in what took place at my appointment and how to rectify the situation.I appreciated the call very much & will likely be returning to give them another shot.

Elite Auto Repair did a great job on fixing my van! Trish provided the most exceptional customer service I've ever received from any business. She kept me updated every step of the way, extremely professional and even took me out for breakfast while I waited. If I had an extra set of hands, I would give Elite Auto Repair and Trish 4 thumbs up!

Elite has great customer service. Every tech is welcoming, friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, when it comes to vehicle repairs they are careless and negligent.I came to Elite for replacement of the following:Rack and pinionPower steering pumpPower steering hoseAnd power steering flushMy steering wheel felt heavy after repairs, but the Elite tech told me that was normal. As a non-mechanic I believed the expert why wouldn t I? Well, since the steering wheel continued to feel heavy on my Honda CRV- I took it to Honda for a diagnostic.Honda found the fluid inside the reservoir to be contaminated and found metal flakes inside. They found the pump to be leaking on the bottom, the power steering rack to be leaking from one of the hard lines that are NOT supposed to be touched, found the return hose to be leaking etc. etc. etc.I took the vehicle back to Elite and they did replace the power steering, the rack and pinion, and the fluid, BUT 3 months after the original ordeal the rack and pinion was LEAKING again.Elite did a shoddy replacement job. If you see other reviews you ll notice how careless and negligent they are: Tech left hood ajar passenger door ajar and screw missing from air cleaner They broke my key by twisting it too hard Staff is friendly but that's about it Save yourself the trouble. Getting my money back will be a lengthy ordeal. Luckily, I have the findings from the other two mechanics in writing.

I went here for an oil change because they were having a special and I was looking for a new mechanic after a bad experience elsewhere. They got my oil changed relatively quickly, let me know what maintenance my car needed next (including a price quote), and communicated to me in a very friendly, efficient manner. They also have a nicer waiting area than most mechanics I've been to. 10/10 will definitely be taking my car here again for service in the future!

Went into Elite for any oil change with a $12 discount coupon. The oil change was went ok. I realize auto repair shops are in business to sell, how else are they going to make extra profits. They wrote up estimates for coolant flush, break line flush and rear brake repair.Brakes are an easy repair, I checked them after returning home. The rear pads were perhaps 50%, which on the rear could be 20,000 miles or more. Bottom line here......not sure I trust them now. How many people out there would have said "yeah, if they need to be repaired, then do it", with no idea what is going on.

Office was very helpful in procuring my new catalytic converter for November 29 installation. Also they will try real hard to get a new-used brake light socket from their contacts. That's what I call "Real Service" with a smile.

They would get two stars but their rating is too high right now. Do not go here!! They lie right to your face.They told me I needed specific motor mount nuts from Lexus, but Brake Masters fixed the problem without using the Lexus nuts (which didn t fit) and didn t even charge me. This wasn t so bad compared to the lie.They broke my key by twisting it too hard, it was clearly cracked that way. I asked what I had to do to fix my key and they said they couldn t open it because the screw was stripped. Funny enough, the screw came out on the ver my first try. They never even tried. I d rather they told me they made a mistake and don t have the outer shell. They are better than Midas auto repair though.

It's generally a good shop. I took my vehicle there a couple of times and the services provided were good. There is one little thing though.Took it for alignment check the other day and they came back to me claiming my front shock absorbers are leaking. Very interesting. Those shock absorbers are new and have about 10,000 miles on it (installed in August or September of last year). Those are KYB and they're a reputable brand. Hmmm... I took some time and went under the vehicle to find out both front shock absorbers to be completely and totally dry. Dirty, but dry. They are dry absolutely everywhere. See photos. Well, maybe those are some magic shocks which tend to leak at the shop just at the time of inspection? I don't know - I'm not a shock absorber expert.Update on shock absorbers: did a couple of lengthy road trips. Took it in for inspection at another shop. All front shock absobers are good.I get that you have the passion for replacing stuff here and there, but I really value professionalism and honesty, and am willing to pay the top dollar for it. Please don't make up things.Other than that, the shop is clean and easy to access from Priest Dr.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Everybody was very nice and understanding of me having my kids with me. Shout out to the lady at the front desk for helping me with calming my kids down when I couldn t. The service was very fast. Overall I give it five stars!

Freddy was our service writer and he took very good care of us. Our Toyota corollas engine was shaking when we put it into revers. Took it in to get looked at. Very professional and informative from start to finish. Did not try to over sell us on repairs and made sure we knew that the repairs we needed in addition to what was getting done could wait until next time. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Even through in a coupon from online to save us some money. Very glad we went to Elite Auto repair.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Jaeden and the other wonderful service manager (I didn t get her name), helped me out a bind. My battery died later in the day, so I got it replaced at Autozone. The rep at Autozone noticed that the cable was coming loose and recommended I get in a shop. Jaeden took a look at it and made sure it got fixed so I could get home. The team is super attentive and caring! Highly recommend!! Thank you for helping me get home safely

Super grateful for Elite Auto Repair. I called at 11:30A and spoke with Freddy. He was able to help me out and get my car in for a repair on the same day. Very pleased with the outcome and will continue to have my car serviced there.

Seat belts in rear were replaced. Much cheaper than the dealer, communication was outstanding (texting with quick replies, no bots). My service advisor attempted to locate used parts at my request. He waited (a day) for me to get home to look for a bolt I had taken out during a DIY attempt. This place just seems trustworthy and reliable.

Tech left hood ajar passenger door ajar and screw missing from air cleaner. Found screw luckily. Put it back in place. But my oil filter leak is stopped now so that's a big plus. Overall I give him a 9 out of 10.

Don t recommend this place They kept my car for three days to test it but didn t have the tool to do so, yet never told me until I asked for my car back. Not only that, someone robbed them the first night I dropped my car off and my belongings were stolen because they left my car unlocked OVERNIGHT. Was never told about them getting robbed until I came back after noticing my things were gone Also was told I d get paid back what my items were worth yet the manager NEVER figured it out and it s been 7 MONTHS!! Why promise something you won t do??? For sure 0 stars

I will never bring my cars here ever again. Dropped my van off on Thursday morning. Didn t get it back till the following Wednesday. During those 6 days, I didn t receive ONE phone call or update. I always had to call. And ask what the next step was. When I arrived to pick up my van, it was dirty with fingerprints all over it. Door panel not put back on AND the original problem was not fixed. Totally unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Drive right by this place and don t bring your vehicles here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

They were fast and courteous. My feedback would be to make sure to reset tbe oil change notifications in vehicles and it would be nice to have a sticker letting me know when my next oil change should be.

Needed some tune ups to my 1990 4runner to pass emissions, and Elite took great care of the ol bird. They got her running great again, and took care of the emissions test and she passed with flying colors on the first try.Reasonable pricing, pretty quick turnaround, and super knowledgable crew. Jaedon explained everything in depth through every step of the process. I'll be back!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto emissions testing

I went to Elite Auto Repair when my car battery got dead. Freddy is the one who took care of repairing. Unlike typical Auto shops, he provides pocket friendly Service. He is very knowledgeble and has loads of patience in explaining details of the issue and would be completely transparent of what needs immediate attention Vs what can wait. Nowadays when everyone is trying to expand their business Freddy is no different but does it all in right ways with genunity, prompt service, professionalism to expand his client base.I am really satisfied with his service.

First time here. I read many reviews for various places and decided to try Elite. Employees were professional and efficient. I was there less than a half hour and my car was serviced. Clean quiet sitting area for customers. Overall I agree with other reviews I read. I would definitely return for more services and continue to try them out.
