Bella is great. He's serviced my family for over a decade now. My wife and I have a Turo business and several cars that he takes care of. He's the honest mechanic you've been looking for... He tells you the truth and no BS about fluffing up your cars problems. This is why we trusted him and have been happy with Dynamic Imports all these years. Auto body specialist for 34 years here. Work for Tesla certified shop, we don't do Acura maintenance.Contacted Bella to service transmission, flush and fill. Needed same day emergency repair. Vehicle hard shift into 2nd gear, automatic trans 2017 Acura RDX 80k miles. Done faster and less than quoted. Super impressive, if you don't work on vehicles for a living you don't know what stress is meeting customer expectations and time. Before I left requested rotors and pads ordered to do next service along with P/S fluid, flush/fill radiator, bleed brakes and whatever else I can think of. I have options and people I can have these repairs done by as side jobs, at cost plus at cost materials. That's how good prices are for reference, but with warranty for a very small margin. Worth every penny. See you next week guys. Thank you for exceptional service, much appreciated.

Great car care. Excellent, reliable service and fair prices. I drive from Sedona for car service here because I know I can trust Bela and his crew. He has been my sister s mechanic for years and it takes so much of the stress of car repair away.

Absolutely the best, most attentive and high quality mechanic you can find in the state of Arizona. I have been taking my 1998 Toyota 4Runner for the last 4 years and they have done outstanding work every single time. Family owned and run with great pricing and OEM parts. 10/10 will always recommend!

They helped me out with an AC recharge and it was super fast. Got my car back in a few hours. The pricing is very honest and the owner is super chill- he liked my board and we talked about skating for a bit!They're also very communicative, easy to reach, and told me exactly what was up and what I'd need to fix in the future. Gave me DIY tips too which I appreciate. And reset my maintenance light cause I hadn't done it when I changed my oil.I will be going back (hopefully not soon) and it's nice to have someone in the area I trust now.

Bela is amazing! A mutual friend connected me, Qays, and I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. He is super knowledgeable, very patient, and was there for me multiple times on emergency. Only place I ll be going to from now on!

I've used this company ever since I purchased a European luxury SUV in 2018 (used). Bela is always friendly and helpful. He has squeezed me in for quick emergency jobs, and the shop's work is top notch. His time and money estimates are always accurate. I've recommended him to a few people, with no hesitation. He also gave me a great recommendation for a body shop, which I appreciate. Bela, Tracy, and the staff at Dynamic Imports are the quintessential example of how a successful, long-term business partnership between a service provider and client is supposed to work.I've been taking my business to his shop since my first Lexus SC400 in 2009, and between then and today, I've probably brought two dozen vehicles there, from various vehicles I've owned, to pre-purchase inspection vehicles, as well as my (now) wife's and my families autos; I've even recommended friends to go there, whether they did on their own is another thing.The reason for my repeat business and loyalty is long but simple. Dynamic Imports is a shop that I trust, they provide competent work, their communication is spot-on, and Bela and the staff treat people well.In fact, the only reason I'm googling this shop is because I need their office number. Over the years, Bela has contacted me on his cell phone(s), and over time I've saved those numbers into my phone, and when I call "Dynamic Imports" saved in my phone contact, he answers or calls me back, evening, weekend, etc.I was not-so-surprised to see all of the positive reviews, and it seems like all customers have the same or similar experience working with this company.It is true that their labor rate is right-in line with all mechanics, so I don't patronize this shop because they are the "low-cost leaders", nor would I want them to be. What I DO receive instead is upfront, transparent information that I have high confidence, based on experience, is accurate. What I have received in the way of savings is if there is "another way" to solve a problem, the team is the first to point that out and to be very clear about my alternatives.For example, Bela may tell me that my vehicle has issue A, B, and C that need to be replaced. He may report that issue A is unavoidable, issue B does not have to be done today and can wait 3 more months / a couple thousand miles, and issue C can either be replaced, or they can attempt a repair for a % of the cost, but that temporary fix might last for 2 months or it might last 2 years. No matter which option I went with, the result has been exactly what was communicated, which is in of itself pretty exceptional since the best of us make mistakes.The other positive reviews confirm what I knew, they are accurate and I can attest to that. It's nice to see local, small businesses like this anymore, even if it's a little bit of a hit to the ego that my experience is not based off of what an awesome guy I am! J/k.You should be happy as well if you're a new customer, go here because they provide great work at the right value.P.S. - Sorry Bela for calling your cell while you're with family or coaching, but now I have your shop # again saved in phone!

Bella is about a honest as they come in the automotive repair industry. He's always got a fair price, doesn't recommend unnecessary repairs and even went so far as to send a repair to another shop when his price was going to be higher - and he's the one who found the other shop and sent my car there. Took care of everything himself and saved me $700. Never experienced anything like that. No need to go anywhere else. Always coming back to Dynamic Imports. Thanks Bella!

Bella, the owner, is the best. He treats you like family. Been taking my vehicles to him for over 10 years now. His prices are normal for most auto shops, wouldn't say cheap but these days I don't think any auto shop is cheap and I trust Bella to not tell me to do stuff I don't need. My wife took her VW Jetta to the dealer and they recommended she do over $1500 worth of repairs on the vehicle and then I said that sounds crazy so we took it to Bella and he told me that half the problems the dealer said the vehicle needed repaired didn't even exist. Typically Bella will give you an appointment and the vehicles are repaired in a timely manner. Never had to wait for days for the car to get repaired. Highly recommend if your looking for a friendly neighborhood trustworthy auto shop.

I have been taking my vehicles to Bela and team over at Dynamic Imports for years now. They have done work on many different vehicles I have owned, and I have trusted them to do my pre-purchase inspections. They are an honest shop that does quality work. The shop is always clean, and everyone there is extremely friendly and willing to take the extra time to answer questions and explain the work being done. Highly recommend Dynamic Imports!

Noah was the one who assisted me and he was a true professional, I usually dread going to the mechanic but they made me feel very welcome and the process was incredibly smooth. Was recommended by my coworker, I usually take my 2006 Lexus IS250 to the dealership. I took it to Bella and his crew and they saved me about $550! Dynamic Imports diagnosed the issue and completed the work in a timely manner. They explained and communicated clearly with no uncertainties. I highly recommend them! Very personable and great customer service! My Lexus runs like a champ! Thanks again Dynamic Imports!

I found a place to service my Mercedes when I ultimately get one. Bela and his team did a PPI on my new car, did a thorough job inspecting it, and running through the few things that needed improvement. Bela took the time to go over everything with me, showed me so I understood, and even changed a few burnt out bulbs for free. Awesome guy. Knows his stuff. Great with his customers. Bela has been nothing but phenomenal to work with. This is our second time using Dynamic Imports. Once for a Mercedes and another for a BMW. We highly recommend Bela & Tracy at Dynamic Imports. We have been taking our import vehicles there for years and tell all our friends about them as well. They are fair and honest. They are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They serviced our 2000 BMW X5 after the manufacters warranty ran out, kept it running for 10 yrs until it was no longer feasible to keep it. They recommended a comparable vehicle to purchase, when I found my 2010 Lexus RX450H and had questions about the mileage. Bela reassured us that the vehicle would fit our needs and it more than does!!

Love your car and want it maintained / repaired by knowledgeable, skillful, honest and caring folks? I recommend Dynamic Imports.Bela and his staff of mechanics are top notch, and I've owned and had vehicles serviced for 50 years.My vehicle was faithfully maintained as far as routine maintenance, but after 130,000 miles it needed some special attention.I explained to Dynamic Imports the work I wanted performed and described a couple of issues I was having. They listened, suggested a work plan, wrote it up and estimated the work order. During the service, they called to discuss some findings (worn out shocks in my case), and we agreed to the path forward before any additional work was undertaken. I feel the cost of service was fair and very reasonable..This experience was pleasantly unique. I'm very satisfied with all aspects of service performed and customer treatment. I don't generally post comments, but feel in this case it is truly warranted.

This place is the best. If you have a import or domestic they do a great job. I have loved all the work they have done on my diesel VWs. I have been going here for years. The best place to take your car. I took my Acura in for a new alternator and they had it fixed the same day it was received. They are very reliable, honest, and Bella runs a great business. Highly recommend to anyone in Tempe, especially if you have a luxury vehicle (Acura, Lexus, BMW, etc.).

Bela and his crew of QUALITY mechanics are the only people I let work on my car. The difference from all the other shops out there is like getting your haircut at a quality Barborshop or Salon vs a Cost Cutters or Supercuts.... they have an extreme attention to detail and take their time on your car as if it were one of their own, which is what I really appreciate about their service.-customer for life

If you are reading this review you already know that it is extremely difficult to find a reputable shop. I can tell you right now Bella and his team are absolutely first class. What are some ways they are first class? Competitive pricing, kind and professional, thorough, and most importantly honest. I have been to BMW of North Scottsdale, Chapman BMW, AZ Bimmer Motor Works, and Tuning Gruppe. For obvious reasons, BMW stealerships are way too expensive. AZ Bimmer Motor Works is ok but are still expensive too. Tuning Gruppe has an issue with punctuality/scheduling since they didn't even show up to my scheduled appointment. I have taken 3 of my modified BMW's (2009 335, 2011 X3, and 2016 340) to Bella and I will not take them anywhere else. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed.

I saw that a few people who left a review were previous customers of Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks who also do a good job and offer fair prices as well. Recently when I called Bimmer Motor Werks, they often seem too busy for my call and really rush me off the phone for trying to have a conversation about my car.I like a mechanic shop that adds a personal touch. Takes you into the garage and lifts the car up and shows you exactly where the issue is, how bad it is, and where/why it needs to be fixed. That's where Bela and his team enter the scene. That's exactly what they did. They took me in, got to know me and my situation, and offered a solution while providing the customer service that helps ease the pain your pocket may feel for the required repairs. Cool thing about this place is that they offer 3rd party financing as well, which I've been looking for. I didn't use it this time, but thought it was nice to have if needed. I would recommend any and all import drivers to this place. Thank you for the excellent work and rapport building guys! It really makes a difference.

This one goes out to Bella and Marcos at Dynamic. My car was due for emissions and I had a check engine light, so I decided to pay them a visit for the second time (first time was a balancing/tire rotation) to asses what the issue was and get it repaired. Turns out it was a bad thermostat. The cost of the repair was fair. From my previous experiences at other auto shops, they normally do the job and send you packing. Well, after the repair, Bella went ahead and checked my car for emissions readiness and it wasn't. At this point the customer service level went above and beyond anything I could've expected - Bella offered me to come back every day before work so he can check the codes and find out if it was ready... In which case, one week later, my car STILL wasn't clearing the last code needed to pass. (I have a 2001 Toyota Camry). Finally, today, my day off, I went back to the shop after a couple days of not going in expecting when I showed up to be good to go. Well, it still hadn't. THEN Bella decided give me his ODB Monitor to take with me to drive aimlessly to see if I could get it to clear.... FINALLY! SUCCESS!! And it was all thanks to him and his staff over at Dynamic Imports for their extreme customer service. I'm posting this waiting in line at emissions so I can finally pass and reregister my car. Elated is an understatement

My three roommates and I have been taking out cars to Bella and Dynamic for three years with nothing but positive and honest experiences. Three vehicles were Dodge truck, VW car, and Lexus car. Finally convinced my girlfriend to take her Mercedes SUV here too instead of overpaying at her dealership.
