Called roadside assistance and Travis came out within 15-20ish minutes! The level of professionalism and dedication to his craft was next level! Travis came out to change a flat tire and went above and beyond with filling the air on my flat and then actually repairing the tire! Very personable, kind and efficient! Really appreciated the effective communication and response! Thank you Travis!

The first battery they installed last one year. Warranty replacement. The second battery lasted one year. They only warrant the battery for 2 years from the original battery purchase date. Will never use the company again due to poor quality of batteries they install.

I had my tire changed this morning by Dugger s ERS employee Vincent. He was just amazingly quick and answered questions that I had. I was so impressed that they will be my go to if I have any other issues with my vehicle! Thx again Vincent!

I am extremely happy with the service I received. The gentleman who came to save the day (I believe his name was Joshua) arrived much earlier than the 45-minute estimate I was given and he had my car unlocked by the time I reached the parking lot. I was panicked and nearly in tears from being locked out of my car alone at night with the store closing, but Dugger s Emergency Services and Joshua came to my rescue and made my night. A huge thanks for the exceptional service all around.UPDATEI did it again. I managed to lock my keys in my car, same parking lot, around the same time of night. But this time, I didn't panic because I remembered to call Duggar s. Though they quoted me 45 minutes, Derek showed up within just 20 minutes and saved the day (or should I say night). Derek was courteous, incredibly efficient, and provided exceptional service once again. Duggar s truly stands out as the best roadside assistance company I've ever used. Thank you!

Angelo from Dugger's was sent out by USAA auto insurance to provide battery service for my car. I'm super grateful that Angelo was able to quickly diagnose the problem and also provide and install a new replacement battery on the spot. My husband is pleased with the price! My car is a 2018 Chevy Malibu. Thanks so much!

Just want to share my experience I had with TRAVIS today. He says he has worked for the company 8 yrs and I certainly could tell. He takes pride in his work and I greatly appreciate him for it. He s very informative and fixed a problem I ve been having for the past 2 yrs with the company regarding a battery they sold me, and I left a happy customer. Thank you for your hard work Travis.

Service is great but beware buying an FVP battery from them. They don't give you an invoice, just a pamphlet with some phone number on it. The invoice is REQUIRED for warranty.

I lock my keys in my car often, and Dugger has often been sent to get them and when I ve had to call to see why the driver is delayed they have been nice and polite. But to day April was snarky and rude when I was asking if anything could be done after there was an hour delay, when I had already waited 2 hours.I ve made calls like this before and they called the drive, checked how much longer it might be, see what going on and explained why, and was actually pleasant to speak to instead of having an attitude. This is enough for me to not use Dugger again, I don t need the potential rude call when I m already having trouble.I can understand being annoyed at these calls but not being professional when talking to someone already in a bad situation isn t going to make it better for anyone.

Absolutely stay away from this place at all costs - worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Their dispatcher is incredibly rude, condescending, and was so unprofessional as to call me sug when I requested a manager after having an issue with her and her attitude. She canceled my service request and left me stranded for over four hours in the dark with a ripped apart tire. My insurance luckily was great and reassigned me to a company that was so helpful and got things taken care of - but this company isn t one I would EVER trust in an emergent situation. She claimed her driver was near my location and couldn t find me and tried to call me, and then blamed me for missing the call because I had called into dispatch after waiting 30 minutes with him being right there but couldn t find me . He never called in the first place. When I called to inquire again after waiting even longer without his call she told me that he had moved onto the next job and basically said I should consider myself lucky that s he s even coming at all at this point despite having to wait a third hour and that she could have just canceled the service and left me (which she later did). I m a customer service manager and I could never imagine treating a customer this way.I would like to note that when the driver got there he was very nice & polite although the policy dictated he couldn t help me. He did a safety check and the spare tire was too old and I understand and appreciate that he did it as a safety measure - he was professional and did everything he could but policy is policy and I understand that completely! No issues with him at all!

Tire went flat in my work parking garage and Leo came out under the ETA provided, late in the evening. He confirmed my suspicions that the lug nuts were stripped and rather than packing it up and wishing me luck, walked me through the socket, wrench, and miscellaneous tools and tips I d need to help get them loose. On top of that, his supervisor was extremely kind and would not charge me for the time or gas given the circumstances. After a few trips to the parts store and some elbow grease I was able to get the nuts loose and replace the tire today but it wouldn t have been possible without his guidance and I would absolutely recommend calling these guys if you re in a jam like I was. Extremely professional group and experience.

Dispatch was extremely rude and unprofessional. If they can not service your car they still try to make you pay. The driver is nice but disbatch lied and said that no one was above her. Pretty much saying she was the owner. Not a good look. Very unprofessional and driver appeared to not even know what he was doing.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst customer service experience I ve ever had. My vehicle needs a jump start and I m waiting in 105 degree heat. The dispatch person informs me that the driver will call me when they are on the way. Initial estimate of 45 minutes then turns into 1hr and 45 mins. After waiting an hour the dispatch person calls again saying that they couldn t locate the address I gave them and therefore they were canceling. I call the dispatch back after they hung up on me to have them hang up on me 4 more times. You re the guy who can t give us your address she says, I can t help you, I ve already cancelled and called your insurance company. You re going to have to talk to them .They left me stranded for hours!! Rudest person I ve ever talked to for service-related request! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had a flat tire and the employee who came out was very condescending and disrespectful. Nonetheless, he didn t put my spare on but my insurance later sent out another company and they made accommodations to assist me in getting my vehicle back on track. I wouldn t call this company even if they were the only ones available and i was stuck in the middle of a highway. Too bad reviews don't have options for less than 1 star. Truthfully I would rate them at zero stars.

Customer service 0.[girl needs to learn to talk to customers] Making sure they got $12 for 2 gallons of gas before even dispatching the guy out. Leaving us on the side of the road in 101 DEGREES PRICELESS.Pulling up and seeing us on the side of the road, driving away. Then calling us to ask if we are in a different location. Making us wait longer... then he protended to put the gas in the car, he never did. can't make this stuff up. This company sucks.WHAT IS WITH THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE?I SUGGEST ANY OTHER COMPANY.

Car would not start this morning before work called my roadside service sent out Travis was here within 15minutes tested battery and replaced with a new one and was only 40 minutes late to work.Very friendly and happy with the service.

Today while on my way to work, I noticed my car was veering to the right. I (stupidly) got on the freeway anyway and my right front tire blew out.I had a spare, but none of the tools to actually get the job done (live and learn yes?) I called my insurance, and they sent out a guy from Dugger s Emergency Roadside Service.He came when hey said he d arrive, he set up safety cones to close off the lane next to the pull over lane, made sure I was standing in a safe area, and quickly changed my tire for me.Obviously it was a stressful morning, but the professionalism, and punctualness of the roadside tech was greatly appreciated, I just wish I got his name to include him in this review.

James was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He even took time to add air to my spare because it was very low. The whole process only took about 15-20 minutes to complete . I recommend this company to anyone needing roadside assistance. Thanks again to, James for all your help!

I needed service with a flat tire and as soon as he pulled up he was rude. He started lecturing on how I didn t need to spend my money on custom wheels and how people spend money on unnecessary items. I didn t call for help to be told how to spend my money. He couldn t help and he couldn t have just said unfortunately I m unable to help you instead he said he needed to be hard on me because he had sisters. One I didn t need that lecture not call for help to be told how to spend my money. Very rude and I was already frustrated this only made things worse. He just packed up and left.

Very obvious why this company has thousands of positive reviews. My mom s battery died and David gave EXCEPTIONALLY stellar customer service! He went above and beyond giving my mom the absolute BEST customer service I ve ever seen. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thanks for taking care of my mom, David!!

I need to say something about my technician who helped me out. I called my insurance, and they despatch Dugger's ER to me that day. It was cold that day, and I went to take a covid test cause I was sick. I really needed to go home. I broke down, and my battery went completely dead. Thank God this Technician came out and was able to put in a new battery that he had in stock. He came in a little van, and it had everything to test my battery and / or replace my battery. I didn't have to lift a finger, only to sign papers. The hard part checking my battery or changing it was it was behind my tire. The technician made it easy and did a very great job. He was very quick, courteous, and informative. Great guy he made me feel good and also saved me some money on my battery.
