I went in to have street tires put on my quad.i asked if they knew how they said yes.lie detector determined that was a lie. Because I ended up with a torn tire nobody can install so i had to toss out a pair of lightly used trail tires and buy a new set hours before my ride.i had all new oem stem caps but now my bike has all different ones.had air leaking out of 2 tires because they wasn't seated correctly one went flat over night.not only did I have to pay over 200 dollars for new tires but I also could of seriously hurt myself or someone else with the lack of care or attention at this place

We actually had a great experience here. No pressure from the salesperson. We got a good deal on a set of tires and they were able to help us the same day. I would highly recommend this place.

Jake was very helpful with getting my vehicle back in order. Wasn t able to get me serviced at his location but helped me get situated closer to my home. Was very patient and understanding. Would recommend this location to anyone.

This was my first time at this location; great experience. These men are impressive, they re so courteous to customers and to each other. You can tell they work well together, it comes through in the impeccable service they provide.

THIS COMPANY DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THEIR EMPLOYERS AND APPLICANTS. DO NOT WORK HERE, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I was denied employment simply due my appearance. I keep myself well groomed and presentable everyday and have worked in customer service for almost 10 years. Never have I be denied employment for such arbitrary, shallow reasonings. I am more than qualified for the position I applied for, but was not allowed by past the phone interview once described my physical appearance to the employer. This is all wildly inappropriate and borderline illegal.

I woke up Saturday morning with a flat tire. I called Discount and was told to come on in. Collin helped me when I was there. He figured out what I needed and the best way to accomplish that. My tire was done and ready to go before noon! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Collin!

I have been sitting in line for almost an hour waiting to have my tires aired up. I would leave if it weren t an emergency. The first guy checking the tires was consistently talking with construction workers and taking his time.No concern is given for customer service.Most of the vehicles in line have given up and driven away. Again I would leave if I could. Various workers keep coming out and talking to him but no one is helping him. Finally a guy name Robin came to replace him. He was friendly and faster.Literally the worst service I have ever had at a discount tire in my 30 years in the valley.The manager should have shut this area down for the day and let the construction finish.I am uncomfortable with how close construction was going on with the cars getting their air pressure checked

I never write reviews but wanted to give these guys a shoutout. These guys are wildly friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I don t feel like I am being taken advantage of & they seem honest & generally want their customers to be ok.Conor, Jonny & James. Very friendly dudes, inquisitive & friendly.Keep these guys on staff & give them raises. You are a multi-billion dollar company. It s guys like these who will make me a lifer.

Conor is fabulous I highly recommend purchasing your tires through him. I brought my 2013 Tacoma in for two new Michelin tires, dropped it off at 4:00 told them they could keep it overnight if needed and it was completed at 5:30 the same day. That is excellent customer service. Conor is friendly, helpful, and patient!

Always come here for work on my tires. Staff have always been friendly, understanding, and especially quick. I often get my vehicle back before the quoted time which is amazing.

I thought the air check was just for people getting their air checked!I spent like 30 min waiting because this guy was changing this car wheel guards! Then he told the driver to park the car on one of the parking spaces and he followed him and started putting the guards over there! Not saying a word to us!

Came here yesterday to get air in my tires. Came back today with my mothers car that had a nail in the tire. GREAT customer service both times!! I highly recommend Discount Tire. Thank you for excellent customer service!

I got totally walked all over by a competitor because I was a woman brought my car in today and instead of spending more than my quote I spent less . The manager didn t try to upsale or have me purchase unnecessary stuff not only that they had me in and out in less than an hour!!As a single mom working 2 jobs and in school I have multiple commutes so having peace of mind while I drive is HUGE TO ME!

The guys are always so helpful and not pushy! Made an appointment online and was in and out fairly quickly. It's so much easier doing it that way. Had a tire rotation done

I had my front tires replaced. It was crowded inside but they moved quickly. Customer Service is great!I'm going back for my back tires but the price is different. I don't understand that

Great experience with these guys.Nick at the front desk was very helpful and easy to work with.As a bonus, there is a great beer and wine spot(bottleshop 48) next door where you can enjoy a beverage while waiting for your vehicle!Update: Had another experience here and service was top notch yet again. Connor at the desk was wonderful.

I have been a Discount Tirer customer since 1998 and I have always received the service that every person wants to receive. I would not change another store to buy my tires. I really recommend this place as number 1 to buy your tires because they serve you with courtesy and respect thanks to all their staff for this service

Great customer service inside the office and everything was completed quickly and on time. The problem I did have with the service was when I was given the keys and walked out to my car. It was unlocked and running even though I did not wait at the location for the car and was not back to the Their location when I got the notification that it was complete my car sat running in a busy parking lot where other stores are located with my valuables sitting inside. more precautions should ve been taken such as shutting the vehicle off and locking it because this definitely could ve been a different outcome.

Thank you for repairing my drivers side front and rear tires that had a nail in each. They fix flats for free! Plus I believe they will price match for me tires. They also sell wheels. Great service and did it in a timely manner for a walk in. The store is on the southwest section of McClintock and Southern but is ticked away in the back SW corner of the plaza.

What can you say, they give free flat repairs. The good thing is it this one is right off of Southern in the cut. What I mean by that is that is not that busy because it's tucked away off of the main road. Super friendly staff, clean bathroom and good magazines if you want a break from your phone.

We were in Phoenix , stopped at Discount Tire and asked them to check our tire (s). They said they would, and they found a nail. Very professional and courteous.

Needed locking Lugnuts removed from my son s car. Enrique came out into the parking lot, assess the situation and took care of the job himself. He was super fast and told us everything he was doing. I would absolutely go back here again!
