Excellent team for replacing instrument panel in my 1996 Ford Ranger Splash! At 267k miles on the odometer, lights and instruments were rapidly dying. Relieved everything was replaced in just one day and feel far safer. Price was more than fair and work came with a warranty.

I had problems with my boat tachs in Lake Erie Ohio. The first time I called, the gentleman I spoke with gave me some free advice and troubleshooting tips. Later I decided to go ahead and send them the tachs. They did some quick troubleshooting and cleaning and sent me a video of the working tachs. I called and the gentleman said to not worry about cost; only the shipping. I told him they were very helpful and to please invoice me. Total turn around time from when I shipped and received my tachs was a week. I am more than pleased with their friendly service and having my original branded tachs working. I fully recommend them and have done so in the boating community.

Owner completely ripped me off. Charged me over $600 dollars to repair a common cluster and took over four months to do so. Never once called me to let me know the status. Also extremely rude and unprofessional.

I visited this location to get some service done on my speedometer. I called ahead to make sure they provided the service to my specific vehicle part. I left them my parts there on Monday and was told that they should be ready by Wednesday. I never received a call on any updates at all. I called Thursday to get some updates and they mentioned that they did not fix anything on the part instead they decided to do something that I did not ask them to do. I went to pick up my parts same day Thursday and they handed me a box with my parts all in pieces and messed up. The employees need to communicate better with customers and if they can't fix the part they need to call before trying other random things and handing over a box filled with teared up parts. Incredibly irresponsible and rude. Just simply bad business.Service: Electrical

This has always been a good company to repair my instrument clusters. But not anymore. I don't know whether the owner is suffering from some kind of nervous breakdown, but I have never met a more rude businessman in my life. If you are going to charge a fee for credit cards, tell the customer the out the door price when they pay, not after they get their statement. Cool, I understand the costs of running a business. If you told me it was $25 more I would have gladly paid it. Next when they have an issue with your repair, find out what the problem is and repair it correctly. Sad to see you reduced to a bitter man after all these years.

I haven't even been able to use their services yet being that I'm about 3 hours away but just a simple phone call showed me they truly care about their customers and willing to go out of their way to do so! Outstanding customer service and unbelieve options were given to help assist me, something you don't find anywhere else these days. I will be sending my customers their way when at all possible. Thanks for the help guys!

Schedule an appointment for today, he said it can take a couple hours to fix the instrument cluster. Not only did he fix it, got it done a lot sooner. Great job! Definitely recommend to their service.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

A little disappointed in their hours of operation. My husband had dropped off his cluster to get fixed. He couldn't sit around and wait for it due to his work, so he dropped it off on his way to the jobsite. They asked for his name and number and my husband told them he could be back to pick it up. He was unable to pick it up so I drove down to Tempe, from Florence, to pick it up before they closed at 2pm. I showed up at 1:43 and they were closed!! They aren't open the weekend and won't be open for labor day so now I have to drive back again. I guess its my bad for not calling but if your hours of operation are listed as such then I, as a customer, would expect you to be open. Very poor business sense, in my opinion. If you weren't going to be open today for some unexpected reason, and you have customers you helped, at least call and let them know. But that's just me.

Website said "24 HOUR TURNAROUND ON MOST CAR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE JOBS." "Some in as little as 2 hours!", but after sending tach, and them having it for a full week, not even an estimate was provided. It now is being returned with nothing done. The person answering the phone is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. If he worked for me, he'd be gone! They may do great work (I can't say) but the professionalism and communication was absolutely horrible. They could have at least called to say they have it, and this is the anticipated time to look at it.

First off the owner is very rude when you ask or question as to why certain things were done to your vehicle without your consent, Second the timing for their work is way off as we were quoted 2-3 days which in turn ended up being three weeks. I'm not one to leave bad reviews especially when I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt however this shop wore my patience out and made it clear they are never in the wrong. My advice is save your money and time, do a little research and find a good shop that will have better customer service and stand behind their work, or else you might end up paying double for someone else to fix the original problem or whatever they messed up on top of that. Hope this helps some of you in your decision.

Took my cluster for 2010 to this company. Guy said he would let me know; week later and no call. I called company and guy says I cannot help you as you have to go to dealer; would have appreciated his keeping his word and calling me back very poor customer service will never use this business again.

This place is a joke but I guess when you re one of the only guys offering the service you can be that way. I own a shop and we have wasted so many trips coming here only to find they basically close whenever they want to. The hours on the door mean nothing at all...ridiculous. Not to mention we had a client waiting on her car and had asked that they call when the cluster was fixed. We called the next day and the guy simply yeah, hell that was done yesterday . Joke of a company run by guys who do t care about service

These guys are awesome. They seem reasonable and have common sense and great customer service ethics. In these times it's hard to find mechanics you can trust and they took great care of me.

Over priced, very poor customer service, DO NOT COME HERE!Here is my experienceI needed to rebuild my 05 mustang dashboard clusters as the gauges are not working anymore. First time I dropped to the store I got quoted $225 for the rebuild. This price includes labor to take apart the dashboard, rebuild, and re-install. However, the person working there was nice enough to tell me that I can save $100 if I take the dashboard apart myself and just have them rebuild it landing a price of $125.I came in couple days later after I had taken the dashboard apart myself I went to the store to drop it for a rebuild. This time, however, russ(the owner) was there at the front desk. So I handed the dashboard and basically confirmed that the pricing is $125. He absolutely did not like that, and sarcastically responded that we never do a rebuild for $125 and that there is no such a thing. So I explained him that I came the other day and thats what I have been told and I am sure of it. And he kept coming back with blunt and rude manners and there is no such thing without even trying to get feedback from the worker whom gave me the quotes. He also clarified that actually the pricing is $325 is he d take the dashboard apart himself and $225 if I did it myself.Unfortunately, I was in a rush so I did not argue alot neither looked for another shop. Later on once I picked up the dashboard with an easy quick search and a phone call it turns out there are shops whom would literally take apart the dashboard, rebuild, and re-install for literally $125.Take away:Owner was very blunt in responses and is over priced.Out of giving credits where credits are due the owner dropped $17 sale tax, saying I dont wanna argue that there is sales tax on top of the price also

Excellent service! Based on a mechanic referral, I took my car to Dick's Speed-O . Technician examined my "cluster" and the issue was resolved in less than five minutes. Very helpful. Very kind.

Brought in a Chrysler 300 gauge cluster to fix the check engine light illumination so we could pass emissions. Not only did they do it fast but they are the best bang for you buck. We will take all our clusters to you for now on. Thank You again

Easy to get to this location. I was referred by the dealer. I had to visit several times because it was diagnosed wrong. Then the part I ordered came in but the mileage reading was not correct. It was not a long wait on each visit. The store lacks customer service skills from front office staff. My technician was personable and accommodating.

Unbelievable story!!! I drove up from Tucson yesterday with my broken Cessna tach. They immediately diagnosed the problem. The fixed the tach that day, shipped it back to Tucson, and now I'm holding it in my hand a day later! On top of that, they didn't charge me any expedite fee! Plus on top of THAT, their price for the repair was SUPER reasonable! These guys are too good!!! Thanks!!!

I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I called to see about getting the odometer fixed on my 2004 ram 2500 5.9 Cummins. The guy that answered the phone asked if it's a gas or diesel. When I said it was diesel he immediately quoted me $425. I told him I could buy a new cluster for not much more. He then told me good luck thanks and hung up on me. The next day I had a mobile electronic guy come to my house and fix it for $150.

Only giving this garbage bin one star because I can't give zero. If you're looking for a dumpster fire of a business then you've found the right place. Only thing worse than their excreta craftsmanship, is their atrocious customer service. Now I know its not just a clever name to a business. Its an attitude. Moreover than the coincidence anyone reading this will find Dick's employees are giving this trashcan 5 stars. While real customers are leaving one star reviews. Only wish I had four hands. Just so I could give this place four thumbs down.

Know where to get a new speed cup for a '52 Studebaker? These guys do and can turn it around quick at a reasonable price too. I'm very happy with the repair. Ultimately made out with a new needle (original had chipped paint), speed cup and odometer in a little under 24 hours. I almost wish I needed more gauge work but will be back if I do.
