They get you in and out quickly at this location. The employees directing cars around the car wash are efficient and friendly. I dry my own car and the facilities are clean and in tip top condition, from the vacuums to the towels that they constantly replace.

Drying area was extremely backed up today. The outside drying area manager, Chris, was killing himself getting cars out. I ve noticed my car always looks better on the days Chris works. He always has a big smile on his face and is super friendly. I would keep him happy as every business needs this type of hard-working employee!

Over the past several years, I have visited this location for a car wash. Chris Carter has consistently provided an exceptional customer service experience. Chris is dedicated and his actions represent the values of Cobblestone.Chris is always friendly, efficient, professional, and goes the extra miles to create a positive experience. When he is supervising the drying lane, Chris ensures the drying process is completed thoroughly. Plus, windows, mirrors, trunk and bumpers are clean and free from smudges, fingerprints and bugs.Today was no different. Thank you Chris for all you do.

I've been going to cobblestone for many years. The quality has been slipping for the last year. I usually have to wipe the truck down when I get home. Windows usually suck. I found out today that they don't clean the windows on the inside. It costs $6.00 more. I went there a few weeks ago and when I left, water ran down the back window of the truck. They didn't wipe the top down. I think I'm done. I always tip well, but I just can't do it anymore.

I honestly love this place due to the excellent customer service I receive. I've taken my vehicles for about 3 years now. Chris does an amazing job with my car. I'm a very picky person when it comes to how I want my car clean. I highly recommend making sure that Chris is working that day to insure that your vehicle gets the proper cleaning.

Took my car to get detailed. Took them all day because they said they had three cars in front of me.. overly priced couldn't even clean the lights .. And they charged me 330 and plus 114 for oil change Honestly i'm never coming back..

receive excellent service and always from Chris Carter and I drive past 4 other Cobblestone washes to get to the one on Elliot. They do a wonderful job and the same level every time I go there. I really enjoy having chris as a finish line. I have not been disappointed. Very hard worker, always staying busy , ..appreciate as always:)

Cobblestone on Elliot always great service. They always go above and beyond the basic service. Have been coming here for years with all 3 of my vehicles. Today I came in right before close and the guys stayed after to knock out my truck before a road trip. ASK for Chris. Chris and his team are A+++

I went here for a simple oil change. There was no one in the bay, and yet it took TWO HOURS. The price was close to what it would cost at a dealership. It included a free car wash, which is fine, but I wish I could have declined and not wasted an extra 30 min for them to take it through, line it up behind 10 other cars, and be hand dried. I will not be back for an expensive , timely oil change again.

I work at the dealership down the road and for three years this place has taken great care of me and my families vehicles. Chris the manager is always awesome. Truly helps us with all of our car needs

I brought my vehicle in to get it detailed before I sell it later this week. After an hour of waiting they handed it off to me and I drove around the block to work. Upon arriving, I realized that not only did they not finish the job, but one of the covers for the center console was shattered. I returned to complain about it. In this time, the employee who worked on it mentioned that he broke it and then opened it so I wouldn't see. The managers looked at it and after writing up an incident report informed me that they would be doing nothing about this because he believes it was "dry rotted" because of the discoloration. Of course it wasn't, it's a stain. I requested payment for the damages after conferring with the company I'm selling it to for how much it would cost. This manager, Nick, refused any culpability or responsibility after an employee damaged my car. Included some before and after pics. Never, ever go there. EVER. I've made a formal complaint with the BBB and attorney general.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

HORRIBLE company! Give your money to another Car Wash who cares for and takes care of their people. The management and ops team treats their employees like garbage, expecting them to work crazy schedules for barely minimum wage while promising them the world and never following through with their word.

It's a Saturday, I get that, been here been here 20 minutes 10 of that was waiting to have an attendant acknowledge my presence, and it's not that busy. Car still waiting to get vacuumed, who runs this place? Everyone seems like they pretty much, couldn't care less except the retail staff inside.

I normally refrain from saying something bad about a business since so many employees can't be judged by one experience. I went for my regular oil change for $59.99 and the guy told me they only had the $99.99 oil. That this was a new policy and ALL locations only offer that option, he did not tell me that my CAR)needed it, he told me this was the ONLY oil available. This post is to remind anyone getting service to please ask questions and don't allow people to take advantage of you. Yea is only $60 but they also lost a loyal customer. He thought I was just an idiot woman who he could overprice. I took this picture of the pricing offered at the front desk, the lady told me these were the options.

I wish I could offer before and after pictures of this detail job. I have 2 kids and a St Bernard, our SUV was gross!!I sat at the car wash for 2.5 hours feeling like I had been swindled by the smooth talking Todd S. Yes the customer service is amazing and yes he shared options but I felt as if he up sold me big time. I was planning on nit picking every thing about the car at pickup but there was nothing to complain about. They did a fabulous job!

Got their highest tier wash, then watched as a manager and another employee got into my car and peeled out twice before pulling my car in the tunnel. No apology from either of them they both hid afterwards. If you can t drive stick, find someone that can. After, my car was waiting to be dried it sat so the water could dry leaving spots all over the car. Also asked for no tire shine which they applied heavily just to fling all over my paint. Waste of money.

We locked our keys in the truck and Nick, the general manager, immediately started to help us. He was able to unlock the door for us and plus, he was very friendly and had very good customer service. At the very least he needs to get a big, fat, tasty, Christmas bonus!!

I love the oil change service people. They do an excellent job of taking care of the maintenance of my car. However, the individual washers can be quite careless. As I waiting for my car, I also noticed that the workers were more interested in socializing. When I was called to my car, I was blocked entrance from my car by the washers who were circled up and chatting, and one was even on his cellphone.Also, as I was driving away today I noticed that they had pulled off a part of the plastic on the passenger front seat of my car. No one cared to tell me before I drove off that they had done this. When I came back, the manager was kind enough to offer services in exchange for when I get it replaced, but took no responsibility for having done the damage in the first place and was quite rude about it. When I asked how to make sure I could come back and receive store credit, he rudely claimed "Well, I am not going to pay you for this, ma'am" and when I asked how I could insure that they would follow through, he scoffed,"Oh, we'll remember you." While this discussion occurred, the washers were on their phones and made no attempt to acknowledge that they had caused the problem. Quite disappointed in this service and for the poor care for my car.Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing
