This shop is one of integrity and honesty. Family owned, I Will be using them only for work on both my cars moving forward. Great staff and they truly back there work. The best and extremely affordable. They will also accept extended warranties. Joe and his family are great.

I had a great experience! Drove my truck over because it had failed emissions. While we were talking, he looked under the hood and automatically started fixing a bunch of items that he saw. I most definitely left with a positive feeling about the company!

I was in a car accident in November and was promoted by my insurance to use in network shops. They were all booked until the next year. I was referred to Classic Gold Auto through a friend and I was taken care of immediately. Michael was very attentive and gave me reassurance that my car would be taken care of. Nicole was very knowledgeable and helped me with my questions. My car was done before Xmas and I cannot be more thankful!!!! I have nothing bad to say about this business and am incredibly happy with the way my car turned out. The people who work at this shop are professional, quick, welcoming and amazing!

Classic Gold Auto Center recently repaired the front end of our Dodge Durango. The work they did was amazing. I've had similar work done before by other auto repair places and it took weeks before they could start the repair and then 3 more weeks to complete the repairs. Classic Gold gave us an estimate on Thursday, took the vehicle in on Monday and we were able to pick it up 3 days later. The whole process took less than a week!! Michael is very friendly, professional, and again...the repair work was amazing. On top of everything, they cleaned the car inside and out too! I had really high hopes (due to the high rating to reviews ratio) for this place which were quickly diminished. Not only was there a lack of professionalism, but my car came back in worse shape than when I took it in. My car physically shakes and sounds like a go kart anytime it is idling which it did not do this anywhere near as badly as when I originally took it in to this establishment or as often. It used to just be when I was driving my car for too long on road trips, but not at every intersection or while I was parked. I specifically told them there were a few things wrong with my car since it was old and that I didn t want them fixed, yet it was still added to my estimate. I also asked for them to look at my brakes which considering there was no milage change even by a mile on my car it was not looked at. They also drove my car out straight from the bay and didn t test drive it after doing work. (Maybe not necessary but I feel as though that s a precaution that should be taken with any kind of car work) I had an appointment scheduled for Friday morning which I had scheduled at least a week in advance and I dropped my car off before 8am. However, my car wasn t even looked at until 4pm and I was then told my car would be ready by noon on Saturday (It was not). I was then told it would be ready by 4pm on Saturday (it was not) which I was then told it would be 100% ready by 5pm (surprise it yet again was not ready). I wouldn t have minded if they needed more time, but I feel as though my time was disrespected due to the fact that I had an appointment and getting any kind of communication out of them felt like pulling teeth. To top all that off, I always felt as though I was constantly spoken to in a negligent and condescending tone and anytime I would ask for clarification they treated my like I was stupid for not knowing what they were talking about. This is the whole reason I took my car in, if I knew what it was or how to fix myself I would ve done it. Considering they added repairs that I told them weren t necessary when I brought my car in, I wanted to know exactly what they were fixing and where and what it does. Instead, I felt talked down to and judged. My car was also COVERED in black grease which was all over the side of my car door, the door handles (inside and outside because I can literally see it on my paint) and my steering wheel. Along with that was this white plaster substance that is all over my car floors, sides of the doors, on my middle console and my steering wheel. I m honestly really frustrated because this place had great reviews and I had quite high expectations. I m not sure if it was due to the time of the week my car was brought in, but I have to say I am quite disappointed with the work that was done. It s safe to say that I don t want to return for future work on my car due to the previously listed events.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Michael was there to greet me at the door when I dropped my truck off, she was in bad shape. After getting her back, I could not have been more pleased, she looked better then before she was in the accident. I really love the quality of work I get from the folks at Classic gold Auto Centre. I always get a very straight answer to all my questions, and I have solved several problems that Firestone tried to tell me would cost several thousand dollars to fix. Sometimes they can get a little busy and aren't able to answer the phone right away, but usually if I wait a little while and call back later I'll get someone.

So since I moved to Arizona, there has been sun damage on the hood of my car, the roof, and the trunk. I tried to talk to someone there and ask for a quote on paint. I called a few times and they left me a message on my phone. I didn t listen to the message entirely, however, when I called, the person was hard of hearing (understandable) but then when I explained my situation and just asked for a quote he rudely explained to me what kind of paint damage happens on cars and how they are a year out because no one wants to work. I get that, however, the way he said it was inappropriate, even for someone just inquiring. I do not recommend this business to new customers at all.

Worst experience ever! Called three days ahead to schedule a time to bring my vehicle in. I paid for tow service to drop my vehicle off. Upon arrival I was refused service because they didn t want to deal with my warranty with CAR MAX. This place wasted my time and money. Not professional. Definitely not reliable. I would not recommend this place.

Recently I bought a car and needed a high quality alignment since the tires on this car are so expensive. I found a local car enthusiast forum and they highly recommended Joe and Classic Gold Auto Centre. Joe was awesome. He was totally open to me providing what specs I wanted for the alignment. These kinds of specs aren't very useful unless set exactly vs. most cars' specs have a very wide range that's acceptable (machine shows a green light). Settings specs to an exact number is much more difficult and takes patience on the part of the technician. Joe did the work himself and showed me the final specs and they were EXACT. Even more impressive, when he called to say the car was ready I realized I had forgotten to ask him to check my car to see if it had a power steering leak. He said the car was already off the rack and the racks were full but he'd see what he could do. He called later and said he checked it out and there's no leak. He didn't charge me any additional money. I've taken another car back since then and the service was just as amazing. He's friendly yet professional. I have done 99% of my own work on my cars for over 30 years partly because I don't trust many shops ethics nor competence (a shop once put the wrong kind of oil in a transmission they installed for me and it fried in less than two days of driving). But now I have someone I like and trust so when I don't have the time or energy I know where I can take my car now. There isn't a business of any kind that I'd recommend more highly than this one.Thanks guys!2/24/21Ahh, I forgot that I had reviewed these guys already for mechanical work. Well, I was so happy with the alignment, I came back when someone backed into the side of my Corvette that I had just bought. It didn't even have a license plate yet. I knew where to take my car. Joe takes care of mechanical work and his brother Mike takes care of the body shop side. Once again, wow. Mike took care of making arrangements for payment from the other guy's insurance and after dropping off my car, even drove me to the rental car agency. They did amazing work. The car looks great. Later I thought I found some small nicks (I love this car so I m trying to keep it in great shape) on a hood decal that MIGHT not have been there before. I wasn't sure and asked what he thought. Since I wasn t sure I offered to pay for the replacement decals and installation. He wouldn t let me, not even half. He decided to just take care of it for free. Wow. Now I felt bad since I really wasn't 100% sure that it was from them and no matter how many times I offered to pay in full or half it didn t matter. So yes, everything from the guy backing into me turned out great.Then, months later I hit a curb pretty hard and damaged my front splitter. It s carbon fiber and it was cracked beyond repair. Well, I knew where to go. This time there was no insurance involved and once again, great work and again he was just a nice guy. And he gave me a smoking price. I am so happy with this shop I'm now trying to think of other things I need painted. I have a motorcycle helmet that I dropped and am going to bring them to clean up the scuff and my wife s fender has a pretty big ding on it. I can t recommend this shop enough. It makes you feel a bit better about this sometimes messed up world when you find an honest shop that does great work. So, guys, I ll be back!

UPDATE:I have been taking my car to Classic Gold for the past year since I moved up to the Valley. A couple of weeks back, I brought it in for an unknown issue since my check engine light was on. Joe was quick to get the car looked at and, in a timely manner, got back to me with what exactly was wrong. They began working on my vehicle and ran into a myriad of problems, far more than what was anticipated. Joe was always very upfront about all the issues, even when they were unfavorable for even the shop to work on.This job was an absolute nightmare for the team at Classic Gold, but as they always do, they took care of business. Joe was in constant communication with me, and always keep a level of transparency about all the repairs that were taking place. They took care of me, even when it wasn't beneficial for them. I always recommend Classic Gold when anyone I know is in need of any type of automobile work, as their customer service is top notch and their knowledge and skill work is even better. Thank you Joe and team!______________________________________________________________________I took my car in not knowing what the exact issue was with it. The staff was incredibly friendly upon my arrival and were able to diagnose the issue and correct it in a very timely manner. I will definitely be making Classic Gold my go-to for all of my vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

Fran and her team at Classic Gold Auto are amazing!!! Just moving here from out of state I had no idea where to take my care but luckily they came highly recommended from some of our friends. As a woman, taking your car into the mechanic can be intimidating but not here! They were so welcoming, took amazing care of my car and the best part - the price was lower than what you pay at most chains. Quality work at a great price, can't beat that!

Booked an alignment appointment for my wife's car, as I felt vibration at highway speeds (she did not). Turned out the alignment was OK, but there was an accumulation of pavement sealer and small rocks on the rims on the right side - enough to unbalance the wheels. Joe and the crew cleaned them, re-balanced and rotated the tires, and even my wife noticed the difference on the way home. Great job! Highly recommended!

I took my car here after someone hit my car. A huge positive aspect is that they make sure that any repairs beyond the visible/cosmetic damages are all addressed and paid for by insurance. That is not true of all shops. They've been great. They've managed working with the insurance company and made it very tasty for me.

Classic Gold is the best! I went in with an emergency, ended up with a great rental car rate, and had my car by end of business next day. They quoted me a fair price for the work, and any time I've taken my car in, they are 100% honest. Truly they are a pleasure to deal with, and I recommend them any time I can.

I went to Classic Gold last week for a repair that was causing my check engine light to come on. They were honest about what was needed and the price was very fair. I have a problem with my window mechanism that hasn't been a priority, but realized would be necessary to have fixed for my plans this weekend. I made an appointment for the day before i was due to leave, and unfortunately, the repair would take too long since I had to go to work (my fault, for lack of foresight), so they offered me a temporary solution until I can bring the car in for the repair. They went above and beyond to help me out. I'll be bringing my car here for repairs from here on out and you should too!

My normal mechanic referred me to Classic Gold for an alignment. I couldn't believe they got me in on the same day. Everyone was cheerful and professional. I got a quote up front and the price was far lower than I was expecting. When the work was done, the mechanic who took care of my truck called me personally and explained what he had found. It ended up taking more work than it otherwise would have, but Classic Gold stuck to their original quote. When I went to pick up the truck, the mechanic took time to talk with me again, as did folks inside. I was provided with a technical printout, showing all the alignment specs, and the truck drives like a dream now. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'll definitely be back.

I took my Chevy Tahoe to Classic Gold for an oil change and checkup as I was heading to Flagstaff for the weekend. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful -- they even loaned me a desk space so I could do some work while I waited! The total for my services was very reasonable and they confirmed that I needed to buy new tires before my trip. I highly recommend Classic Gold and will be using them for all my auto service needs.

I was referred to this shop by a friend, being new to the state I had a hard time establishing a good mechanic. My engine light was on, after taking it to numerous shops, they either could not find the problem or were unsure how to fix it. They were the most confident in their discovery and ability to fix it. They did a great job, my car is running like new and I can definitely feel the difference. I will be revisiting them for any future issues. Thank you!

I have been taking family cars to Classic Gold for 3 yearsThe last service was for an alignment on my daughter's hoopty, trying to keep it safe as she saves for a better car. In and out under an hour with appointment. The office and shop are always clean. One of the first times I went I took a newly purchased car and asked to have it thoroughly checked and change all the fluids. They informed me that the power steering and the brake fluids both looked very clean and did not need replacing. I like that repairs or services are completed and make me aware of other items to watch. I have never felt pressured to have a service performed. Impressed with integrity, service, and honesty. I refer people to Classic Gold whenever I can and often get positive feedback. . Shop is woman owned business, so if you are a woman you will be very comfortable going there.

My company has several vehicles that have been being serviced by Classic Gold for a number of years, spending tens of thousands of dollars with this company. Each week, they call and badger my accounts payable assistant for money. We have paid Classic Gold religiously for years and years within the 30 day terms like clockwork and it is quite annoying that they still continue to feel the need to call us consistently. We have never once even so much as received a basket of cookies or any kindness for the years of business given to them. Yes, their vehicle service is good, but their prices are high and obviously their cash flow is a problem. We are meeting with other shops this month in hopes of making a change.

Though I was very skeptical about anyone repairing the damage to my 2000 Corvette this shop came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. It was a pleasure to meet Mike and his brother Joe and they were both very professional and informative with regard to all my questions and concerns. The repair and paint job is perfect and my old girlfriend looks good as new. I would not hesitate to return for any mechanical or God forbid body work I should need in the future.

They took our car in thru an insurance claim, they where very friendly from the beginning and we all know dealing with insurance companies can be difficult at times but we where in good hands and they made us feel at easeOnce our insurance approval came in our car was ready by next day when we arrived to pick up to our surprise our car was gleaming they cleaned it up and made it shine inside and out along with a full tank of gas given to us for inconvenience of a minor detail. I will make this place my auto care center going forward.......great service all the way around!Thanks Joe/Joseph and Classic Gold Crew!

Will never take my car anywhere else but here. Honest and extremely professional staff, work on your car as if its their own. Prices are reasonable. Was my first time here for fuel pump and wheel bearings replacement and I am more than impressed! Telling everyone I know.
