First time here and I can honestly say, this is one of if not the best mechanics I've been worked with in terms of quality of service, transparency, customer service, and pricing.I called and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning the next day - came in with a wobbly vehicle and a variety of issues - and they were able to order the necessary parts and repair it same-day! Chris was fully transparent with the process and services which I needed for my car and you can just really tell he genuinely cares about his job and customers. He even asked me if I got my struts done recently - I actually did! - and pointed out they were faulty and so Chris recommended that I need to take them back to where I got them at (brakesplus) and use the warranty so I can get that replaced by them. Great place.

Cary and his team are the best. Trustworthy, dependable, and efficient every time! Chris is an all star and goes out of his way to explain every part of the service while offering ways to save money without sacrificing safety. We won t go anywhere else for our car maintenance!

Took my car here twice. The first time after taking it to a chain shop and my issue wasn't fixed. Chris was able to explain in great detail what was happening with my O2 sensors, the catalytic converter and fuel injectors.The next time he ran a diagnostic test and didn't charge me. Just know when you come here, Chris will spend time with you and explain what is going on with the vehicle. He'll provide multiple ways to address the issue and what will happen with each solution. Always tricky when you're trying to find a mechanic, but it's nice to know after the first time, you can trust this shop.

Chris is super helpful, honest and a dear to work with. I was over quoted and given information that was not necessarily honest by a bigger named company. Having had work done by Cary's before, i knew i should get a second opinion. Cary's is a definite go to when you want the truth , great service and wonderful customer service. Thanks for helping me.

I really like how Chris explained to me in details what problems did they find, what kind of repairs were done and what kind of parts were used. Not only did they fix the apparent problem, they also did tests to make sure the whole system runs good. I'm just glad I took my car to them.

We have been using Cary s Auto for a number of years. They wealth of knowledge and experience gives me confidence in their ability to take care of my vehicles. Cary and his team have been taking care of our family's vehicles for the last 15 years. The service is top notch. They are always able to get us in the schedule quickly, the work they do is always done right the first time, the pricing is fair, and the customer service is the best. I would HIGHLY recommend their business for both simple and complex automotive care. Great value, service exceeded our expectations. If you do not at least get a quote for the work to be done to your vehicle at Cary s auto service then you will miss out on the integrity that Cary and Chris have.

I wouldn t take the Saturn anywhere else for service but Cary s. Highly honest, reasonable, and they go out of their way to finish repairs as soon as physically possible.

I was having trouble with a grinding sound when I stopped my car. I was referred by a close friend that service is great and he had been coming here for a long time. After leaving my car with Chris, I received a full list of inspected items that need to be fixed via text the same day. I checked all the repairs I needed which included the itemized costs of each item. Once, my car was finished the next day I was sent my invoice through text and made my payment. It was quick turnaround, great communication and easy to review and pay for services. My car is driving exceptional and I will be bringing my car back for future repairs. I recently bought a used car and wanted to get it checked out to see if anything was wrong with it. Cary's Auto was very thorough in their inspection and took the time to walk me through each part of the report. Chris told me which maintenance jobs would be most important in the future so that I can keep my car running smoothly as long as possible. I was referred here by a neighbor. I stopped by with a problem. They listened, gave me their price but also offered that this was something simple that we could fix if we chose to. We chose to fix ourselves. They wouldn't even take a tip for their trouble.I was quoted $152 from another place to just diagnose the problem.First impressions matter and I feel extremely comfortable going back to Cary's for the service I know my vehicle needs

I was told by a friend to go to Carys Auto she gave big praises about his shop, And boy was she rightI took my car for them to check it out Chris at the front desk was nice and full of knowledge he gave his professional opinion without pressure.Then I finally got to meet the owner Cary he was ready willing and able to help with what problem I had with my car, I love the fact that they are professional Truthful and knowledgeable about their business.Now my car passed Smog!I would recommend anyone to take their Car to Carys, You will come out Smiling

I ve been going to Cary s for years. Only ever received honest and great work from them. They also started doing an online invoice system, so I get a text with a link to review the recommendations for service/repair and I can check yes or no to them along with viewing the prices and their notes/rationales for items. Or, you can always call and they re happy to talk about it.This is one of the few businesses I can say has gone above and beyond for my family. Long story short, spouse got in a collision a few years ago and we of course took the vehicle to Cary s for repair. The person who hit my spouse s car had their insurance try and only pay for aftermarket parts to repair our vehicle. The team at Cary s let us know they would handle everything, and dealt with the insurance and got everything straightened out and settled to cover proper OEM parts without us having to do a thing!Also, I one time ran into an issue with vibrations in the steering wheel of my truck. I was out of the area, so I took it to a shop just to figure out if it was safe to drive to Cary s (it was).Took it to them, they spent time figuring out what the issue was (tires were just REALLY unbalanced, and what the other shop said was broken actually wasn t). Cary s didn t charge me anything and directed me to a tire shop that would take of the issue for free. What other shops do you know of that respect your time and money like that? Cary s is the best!

I got myself into an accident on a Saturday night while visiting a friend in Arizona. It was bad enough that my Toyota Tacoma could not be driven home. Lucky for me I was close to Cary's shop and limped by truck there. Needless to say this was extremely lucky for me as I will later discover. I left him a message and the truck and I got myself a rental to return to California for a week of work. 1st thing Monday morning I received a call from the shop. Once talking with Chris and Carey I realized that I had found the right spot. They were extremely knowledgeable with Toyota's and it set my mind at ease without feeling like i was in for a ride as most due with some repair shops. After evaluating the repairs we agreed on a resolution. Through the week they kept in contact with me on the status and readiness of the car to be picked up on Friday of that week. As I got there I could not be more pleased with the workmanship and and pride they took on my truck. I decided not to do any bodywork at that time just to repair the structural issues. I noticed right away they went above the scope and put back the truck to the best of there ability to its original shape. I thanked them paid my bill and extended my gratefulness to the great job they did. Later in the week I was curious to look under the hood at a different angle of the repair. I was amazed with how clean the engine compartment was. I had to look at the side of my truck to see if it was mine. It was like it just came off the lot back in the day. I have had this tuck since 2012 and in 2020 after leaving Cary's it was a new truck all over again. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough to anyone wanting a reliable shop who cares about their costumers. Thank you guys for everything you did for me. You turned a bad situation into a manageable one. Unfortunately you are a dying bred in this world and industry but you have my trust and loyalty and if I can recommend anyone wanting the same experience I can say Cary's is the place you want to go. Thank you guys.

Chris was amazing with helping me fix my Jeep. Not only did he accept me as a last minute walk in, but was also extremely diligent in communicating what was wrong with my car and repairing it accordingly. Carey s Auto looked at my cars steering rack leak seepage after the dealer looked at it saying it was leaking and needed replacing asap. I could not pay for their high cost so I took it to Chris at Carey s Auto shop where he said it was a slow leak and it could be repaired at a later time when I was able to do it. They placed a sealer on the areas of concern. Chris was upfront about my cars problem but not as alarmist as the dealer was. When it comes to a mechanic, trust and honesty are such important factors!We've been taking our vehicles to Cary's for almost a decade now. Cary, Chris, and Team are always fair, honest, and care about you and your vehicle above all else.
