I was really impressed with the professionalism and customer service Ernie showed. He was very responsive and helpful through the whole process of getting my bumper fixed. His team did an amazing job , they didn t cut corners and they were honest every step of the way. The workmanship and quality of the work they did was very professional- and I will absolutely refer them to anyone.

We were very satisfied with the work done at Campus Body Salon Ltd. Our van was done in a timely fashion, with good communication along the way. When we picked it up, it looked as good or better than new, even the door arm rests were cleaned. Interior was awesome and had the new car smell.

I worked here for a very short time. Wasn't an ugly split but got fired for unknown reasons. That said, for future individuals who need work performed on their vehicle, this place is great. They are very upfront with their customers, they are communicative and will fight for you against insurance. They do put their clients first and their techs do phenomenal work. I would still recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work done and a shop that is customer focused. They do take great care of their customers and ensuring their happiness. My beef with them from an employee stand point cannot change the fact that they perform great work and do make their customers and happiness their #1 priority.

My car was vandalized the week before Christmas, so one can imagine how stressful that is. I took my car in for repairs and they treated me so well! They are super honest and sweet! My car was in for about 3 weeks or so. They were super patient and good at communicating with me via email and phone to give me updates on my vehicles repair status and delays. Campus Body Salon did an excellent job on the repair of my Ram 1500 Limited. There was a minor paint issue on a wheel well trim that they immediately took care of within a day. Have used this business on several occasions and have always been pleased with the results. Would highly recommend Campus for any vehicle repair. Charles and Trevor were great to work with and provided consistent updates during the repair process.

Charlie & Trevor are great to work with. As a woman, it can sometimes be daunting going to a business that deals with automotive, but they were very open & explained things. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them!

This is one of the best experiences I ve ever had in the service industry. Charlie, one of the workers at Campus Body Salon, was absolutely fantastic. And Kamber, both of them were so very helpful and supportive. Definitely deserving to be a Star Facility for USAA and definitely deserving of all their rewards for their great service. I didn t really get to meet the full crew but from the people I did, they re all absolutely fantastic. If your car is ever having troubles in the Phoenix area, this is the place to go. Worst experience ever. Had the car for just about 2 months. Kept extending the time blamed ins blamed the mechanic but never owned up to it. Charlie is rude and unprofessional. Yelled at us for asking questions about our car. Never could answer any questions and never gave any comfort in them having the car. Trevor tried to make things better but apparently Charlie is the guy in charge. Not sure how they do business like that. No comunicaci�n no follow through. When asked about the tire be stated the mechanic threw it out. Then later stated the mechanic stole it. I don t know what shop they use but I hope they read this. I did but dont buy the hype of these other reviews. I m sure they ll say they don t recall or call this post fake.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

As long as I live in the state of Arizona this will be the place I bring my car. Campus Body Salon was in network with my insurance and I picked them based on their reviews. Every good thing that is said about them is true. They are so diligent. They texted me updates through out the entire process, the damage on my car wasn t too extensive, however, it was still done within a week, and a day sooner than anticipated. I was able to text and ask questions. I genuinely felt like my car was in the hands of good people. They were incredibly helpful and so friendly.Thank you guys so much!

If you re looking for a great, trustworthy body shop this is your place. :)They did phenomenal work on my dad s SLK 350 Mercedes and on my Audi Q5...twice i might add. The car looks brand new!I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for Excellent, affordable, reliable work.Actually I ve been recommending them to anyone and everyone I ve come across. My brother in law and neighbor are both planning on reaching out to them soon.If I ever need future work on my car it s such a relief knowing I have a safe place to take my car.

I can t say enough good things about this shop! I m so glad that I took my vehicle here they really took care of making sure my truck got back to how it was, including matching aftermarket parts that I feel the dealership definitely would not have helped out with. Plus they re so nice and easy to deal with. Although I hope I never have another accident, I would absolutely take my vehicle here if I did.

OUTSTANDING operation, Charlie and Trevor are great to work with.I restored a Lexus SC430 and they made it look brand new. The amount of work that went into it was incredible and the effort paid off. Trevor and Charlie were incredibly helpful and professional. They were thorough and clear in their assessment of my repairs needed. They both were in touch regarding progress and lead time. My car was returned when expected. Estimate was complete and fair. I havent had such good service and outcome in a very long time. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Campus Body Salon for anyone unfortunate enough to need auto body repair. I brought in a Mercedes C63s with over $27,000 in damage, which my insurance initially quoted me $7,500. Charlie and and his team were steps ahead of my insurance company, insuring my car would be completed in a timely manner. Dealing with many other body shops, I can tell you this is far from normal, steps ahead of the competition and Campus really goes above and beyond what s expected for their customers. Their work is immaculate, everything lines up perfectly, replaced broken glass with OEM dealer glass, paint job is spot in and even made some corrections in spots that needed it (not from the accident) which is very kind and appreciated. Bottom line Charlie is a car guy, if you care about your car, you want it in good hands and the repairs to be handled properly and professionally, this is your spot.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My SUV was severely keyed a couple months ago. Having a luxury vehicle, I was nervous to take it anywhere besides the dealership. Campus body salon exceeded my expectations. They are professional and take pride in their craft. Charlie and Trevor made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Above expectations. From 1st contact, Charlie and Trevor took charge, handled the insurance company and got everything covered at a significant higher payment than what insurance offered. Lesson learned, let the experts handle the insurance collision claim. Neighbor who recommended Campus is taking his vehicle to Campus his week. Don t even know where to start. My experience with Campus Body Salon was nothing short of spectacular, enjoyable and professional. Right from the day I dropped it off till the day I picked it up, not only did they handle the talks with my insurance, but also assured me my car would look even better than it was prior to the accident. And they delivered just that and then some more! I can t stress how pleasant it was working with Charlie and Trevor, super down to earth guys, constantly updating me on the repair progress, delays and successful completion. Campus Body Salon is the place to go if you need top notch body work done on any kind of vehicle. My truck was left for 43 days in the shop for a possible faulty alternator.My vehicle was not properly diagnosed and i felt a complete lack of care for my vehicles well being and customer service on the matter. I cannot speak to their body work but i will never bring my vehicle back for any engine work nor will i be recommending this shop to anyone in the future.Uncool.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The best crew. Very informative with text and email updates. Got my car back to me a week ahead of schedule and completely cleaned inside and out. Not only did they have an outstanding repair job but I felt like I got a brand new car with how clean it was.
