If I could give negative stars I would. This place gave a vehicle back not once but twice unsafe for road travel. They blamed the subcontractors the first time and refused to return calls the second time. I wouldn t trust them to work on a go cart let alone another vehicle of mine. If you don t value your life or your vehicle this is the place for you.

I was referred to caliber by USAA. Big shout out to them as they took great care of my needs while going thru the repair of my car.5 stars doesn t say how well I was treated by Jessica at the Tempe center on Rioo Salado parkway. She made sure everything was taken care of. Down to getting my car back cleaned. The mechanic went above and beyond working while sick to get things done on time. Hats off to you sir. I truly appreciate your hard work. In the end my car looks amazing and I will definitely be back to have further damage not done in the accident repaired. On top of that I will be remembering how well USAA took care of me with no problems. And be looking there for insurance. Although losing your car for a week and a half possibly 2 is not convenient it was definitely made barrage by these wonderful people.

a friendly staff and very professional, they provided constant communication of the status on work and completed the repairs on my truck sooner than expected. would highly recommend.

No quality control! Do not recommend this location! Took my 2023 Silverado to get the door handle painted. At first everything ran smoothly; the scheduling, the consultation, the drop off and rental car pickup.We were told the truck was ready so we went to pick up only to find that the handle was worse. There was debri under the paint and it was over sprayed. They insured us that they would fix it and have it ready the next day. Next day came and it wasn t ready. Finally I got a text that it was ready to go! We go again to pick it up to find that there is even more debri under the paint. And this time around it was very noticeable. I go back and tell them we are not happy and the guy I spoke with showed no concern. Alyson, the receptionist was very understanding and apologetic. She even asked if she can come take a picture of the issue. I came here due to all the great ratings but was very disappointed in their services.Service: Painting

I am a HUGE fan of Caliber and will always get the chance to rave about them whenever I can. My car was stolen on 8/19 and towed into Caliber Collision. I got it back a couple of days ago and my car is in the best shape it's been in in YEARS. They were very communicative and thorough through the entire process. Calling to update me when they had to send it to a mechanic for a noise coming from a steering wheel. I've never had any issues with Caliber. Matt was the person who oversaw everything and he was awesome. Thank you so much everyone!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! Following an accident involving my son's car I called several preferred body shops suggested by the insurance company. I'm glad I settled on Caliber Collision! Allison was communicative, friendly and explained the car rental process. We appreciated the professionalism and great work Riki completed! My repairs were self pay, and I really appreciate the time and effort of Caliber to get me the best deal possible when my car had extensive damage. Friendly folks who are willing to work with you. I am very happy with Caliber but hope I don t need them again

After my vehicle was stolen and smashed into a wall, I took my vehicle to Caliber and I can not say enough good things about them. Not only did I get my vehicle back earlier than anticipated, they were super communicative, thorough, and the work they did was great.

Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Rio Salado. I don't normally write reviews, but feel they deserve one. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Allyson, to meeting with Riki who was honest and detailed while explaining to me what repairs needed to be done, to picking my car up and meeting the manager Cody, this was an all around perfect experience when dealing with an unfortunate situation. They kept me posted as the repairs were being done to my car and were always friendly making sure I was 100% satisfied with their work before I drove away.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision was wonderful! I had a side view mirror that broke, and Caliber was on it when I went in. They had the part delivered within a day at a great price. The mechanic keep be informed throughout the time they had my car. Excellent service by Jordan from initial phone contact to passenger side mirror replacement. Staff was very professional and courteous, and the job was completed very quickly while we waited. I d definitely recommend Caliber and certainly use them again if needed in the future.

Jessica Thompson is highly recommended. She is communicative and super friendly. I always use whatever Caliber she is working at because I know I will be well taken care of. Our Service Advisor, Jessica Thompson, at the Rio Salado facility was excellent. She kept us informed of the progress of our repairs, completed the repairs days before the estimated due date, delivered the vehicle, washed and cleaned, to our residence, and offered to return our rental. Caliber off Rio Salado is the best in Tempe. They have been so awesome to deal with and the people there are so great. We have had 2 cars worked on here and they made unfortunate car repairs nice and easy. They are fantastic to work with. Richard Cisman kept me informed every step of the way. He explained the repairs needed and expected time frame. When I dropped off car they had the rental agency ready to go so I had minimal wait time. The car was done when they stated it would be done. It looks fantastic, they matched my older car paint wonderfully and even cleaned inside my car so it was returned cleaner than I left it!!! They verified I was happy with repairs before I left the shop. Honestly, everyone was helpful and friendly and I absolutely recommend you contact Richard, or anyone at Tempe Caliber Collision if you have a need for repairs.

I used the Tempe Caliber location to do some insurance claim work on my car. My service advisor was Riki Diaz. He did a great job start to finish throughout the process. He had great attention to detail prior to returning my vehicle to me, including insisting on some further buffing to ensure my satisfaction. They facilitated a seemless process including the details with my rental car needs. I would highly recommend this location.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Went in for an estimate on Tuesday, ordered the parts for delivery Wednesday, dropped off and repaired all on Thursday! They even delivered the car to my home, repaired, washed, and vacuumed! Big thank you to Riki Diaz for his hard work! I would take my car here in the future! I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone I know needing raptors. They certainly uphold their motto, and have restored the rhythm of my life! Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

I ended up here by accident. My insurance assigned me to the location on Priest but I'm glad I stuck with this location. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. Joel was able to fit me in to his schedule and State Farm reassigned my claim here. With this being the first time dealing with an insurance claim, Joel explained the entire process to me and kept me updated as promised the whole way through. When I pulled up to get my car today, I was so amazed at how good it looked. It looks brand new! The paint job is amazing and it is nice and clean inside and out. I definitely reccomend Caliber Collisions. Thank you for fixing my baby

I wanted to start off by saying THANK YOU! -I was in a terrible car accident, first time having to deals with anything like this, not experienced at all when it comes to vehicles. When my husband and I walked into Caliber Collision the General manager Craig C. right away was the most helpful, answering ALL of my questions, and overall patient.During the process of my vehicle being in the shop Jose was extremely informative and made a true effort in keeping us updated with my vehicle. It is hard to find a shop you trust and even more hard to find a place where workers go the extra mile in caring.
