I usually don't write reviews unless the service is outstanding. Today, I was in a bit of a mood because of an oil leak under my car. George and the other mechanic were incredibly caring and professional. They quickly inspected my vehicle for free in under 5 minutes. Their pricing was much better than other workshops in the area. I can confidently say they'll be my go-to option for any future car problems.

Went in for an alignment. I told them it s pulling to the right and the steering wheel off to the right also. Well it still pulls to the right a little bit. I understand that it cannot be fixed all the way also my steering is still off to the right. I bought it back to let the tech look at it again he even test drove by himself and with me in it and lied straight to my face that the steering wheel is off because of the crown of the road that s why your wheel is off center to counter steer it and I have to be on level surface and the steering wheel will be straight. I didn t want to argue are go back and forth with him so I just said ok and left. I gave him a chance to fix it but he didn t that s why I m writing this review. And I have been driving on the and the steering wheel is still off center.

This is the 2nd time I've used Bullitt to fix an issue with my car and have been nothing but pleased. As a woman you always fear being taken advantage of, cuz woman don't know anything! Each time I have gone in, I've told them exactly what I needed done and that's what they've fixed. They never tried to upsale me on anything and I know there are other things wrong with my car they could have said needed to be fixed but they fixed what I asked them to and didn't push any other repairs on me. I'll be moving soon and they won't be as convenient as they are now but I will drive the distance. This is the mechanic I want working on my car!! I know they won't rip me off!

I had an amazing experience here. George is the best person for fixing your car. I was skeptical of getting a repair due to multiple constraints such as the cost of repair, time to repair, but George helped fix the car within hours! I really suggest anyone who wants fast and efficient service to choose Bullit!

Great place to get your car fixed. I had a blown motor on my 2015 mustang and i bought a used motor and they replaced the whole engine on the car and got it running nice and smooth in about 4 days. If there is one mechanic shop i can trust with fixing my car. It s gotta be this one. Great staff especially Todd for helping me out with my choices on how to fix the car. They are very reliable and honest with their work.

I generally like the shop however I brought in my jeep to have a steering rack replaced today and when I picked up my vehicle I found the second half of my radio presets all changed. I know it wasn t a battery disconnect because the first page of my favorites was all still the same and the second page was not in chronological order. It even so much as was hard rock and NFL saved. I am a 24 year old female, my second page of presets was financial news radio, Kenny Chesney, TikTok, and turbo channel 41. I find that incredibly unprofessional and I am uncomfortable someone would feel that comfortable in my vehicle while performing a service.

I came in, an hour before closing, knowing I would need and oil change and that my car was making a weird noise that I though could be a damaged belt but didn t sound safe to keep driving. By 9am the next morning I had a text message as phone call going over the diagnostic break down of my car. I needed a new engine drive belt, new front brakes, and an oil change and by 2pm it was done for $500. They were kind to me when I dropped my car off, fast with the repair being done in less than a full work day, and gave me a fair price. Bullitt Automotive is the only place I take my cars to get worked on, and I have a fleet of 9 cars! They get you in quickly, they're fair with their pricing, and don't charge you for unnecessary stuff. Guys got the job done and haven t had any issues since I got it back. Wish there was a bit more of communication in regards to the status and estimate of the work being done. Also a little more on the expensive side, probably could ve purchased the part myself and taken it somewhere else and saved a couple hundred bucks. But nonetheless they fixed my check engine light issue and the car seems to be running great again

The check engine light appeared on my 2007 Honda Pilot and the oil change guys next door recommended me this place on the grounds of their quality of service and close proximity to where I live. They warned me ahead of time that this place was a bit pricier than most other places, but they vouched for these guys knowing what they re doing.This isn t the first time the check engine light s come to haunt me. We ve been trying to get rid of it for as long as I can remember. We ve tried the dealership and all sorts of mechanics and it s all the same thing: they d charge us to perform a diagnostic on the car, tell us what they think the problem is, charge us a slightly inexpensive amount to fix that one thing, and then that thing ends up not being the problem and we have to go and pay more to try fixing another thing. Rinse and repeat. In the end, it never gets fixed. The guys at Bullitt told me exactly what the problem was, charged me for it once, and fixed it. It might be a bit pricier than most places, but they will fix it and that s honestly enough for me.Service: Engine repair

I d be very careful taking my car here. I took a car that needed to be pre-inspected (before buying it) and they were so fast at it that they missed major parts of the inspection. I bought the car as per their recommendation, however, within 2 hours of their inspection I tried to drive it home but instead I had to take it to another mechanic shop. The other shop found close $600 dls worth of repairs within minutes of inspecting the car the same day AutoBullit inspected it . They are refusing to reimburse me for the repairs even after showing the the receipts so I will be taking them to court.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thank you so much for helping us with our vehicle. When we originally took it to a Nissan dealership for an estimate, & they quoted us 17 grand. When we took it here, we received a very honest quote that couldn't be beat and we went forward with it. The car is running great and we couldn't have been more appreciative for the honest service that we received. I read all the reviews before coming here and I'm glad that I did. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.Thank you again.

Very good shop. Reputable and honest.Can work on most things that roll, and will give true and honest evaluation. They work on my personal vehicle as well as my commercial diesel trucks. I have followed Steve from his Volvo days and trust his opinions. The other techs are just as good as well as the office personnel. I would be comfortable to refer anyone including untrusted people the are fed up with dealership pricing.

Recently (as my car is getting older) I have been several times to Bullitt Automotive. It is so nice to have a relationship with an honest and affordable car repair company. They are always professional and honest about cost and price of repairs. They are also very quick about getting me in to help fix both large and small repairs. They are so honest that when a repair need to be done that happened to have a recall from the dealer, they told me take it in for the recall rather than spend money on something that would cost me to have had them fix. Our family is so grateful to have them and know we can hang onto our cars for a few years longer and avoid a new car payment. The lobby area is also very nice and comfortable. I can get work done while waiting for my car. I very highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change
