While what lead to me visiting Brightwood Collision Center was due to the negligence of a terrible driver, the staff at Brightwood Collision Center were able to take a pretty crappy situation and make it really great. The communication was excellent and the work that was completed on my Tesla was excellent. They helped arrange pick up from my rental car company and when I went to get my car, they allowed me to leave the rental car there.Everyone there including Bill were clearly customer satisfaction driven. When I picked up my car, it looked good as new and both pick up and drop off were quick and professional. I highly recommend Brightwood and will use them going forward for any body shop needs.

Very friendly and helpful! They even delt with my awful insurance company. My car was beautifully detailed when I picked it up. I highly recommend this outfit. The ladies in the office were really great as well, Jennifer and Ashley I think was their names.

This place is absolutely incredible. My brand new 2023 Tesla model Y was rear ended suffering significant damage. Brightwood stood by me throughout the long process and delivered results beyond expectation. Car is again like brand new. From the service advisor, Insurance coordinator, to back and front office folks and all the technicians BIG thank you!

Best accident experience ever.Situation: I was rear-ended on I-10 returning to Phoenix fromTucson. The bumper on my Prius suffered damage.Task: My mechanic recommended Brightwood. I had takenmy car to this shop when it was Tracy's Autobody. Iwas hopeful to receive the same quality work.Action: I took my car to Brightwood on a Monday, and it wasdone five days later on Friday.Result: Perfection. I feel like I have a new car.Brightwood offers the same, if not better, quality service and repair as Tracy s Autobody.Brightwood is a Geico preferred shop and, coincidentally, the guy who hit me was a Geico insured. I m not sure if this helped with the smooth processing of my claim, but I m sure on Brightwood s part, they try to make it a smooth process for every customer.The entire staff at Brightwood was kind, pleasant and helpful. I even received a return call regarding questions I had about my repair. Bill patiently explained everything.Upshot: I would fully recommend Brightwood.

Fantastic experience!! They are fast and so professional I refuse to take my car anywhere else! These guys are worth the wait if there is a waitlist! I am never taking my Tesla anywhere else!!! Fixes bumper like new!!!

One of the WORST experiences I have had with a collision center. The experience with a Tesla has been atrocious. Not only did this take an extremely long time, the vehicle was "completed" in horrible quality. My vehicle came back with multiple items not fixed and this was a simple fender bender.Customer service has been average. Response time from the team is good, but their resolution on anything they promise is poor. I am still waiting. To hear back for next steps 2/3 weeks after the vehicle was returned to me. Had high hopes for the team, do not accept your vehicle back even with the promise of "oh we will take care of that later for you".

It was a great experience all along. I was followed up constantly and Ashley particularly was very professional. Some of the Tesla parts were back ordered and we did not know the ETA, but Ashley kept us informed. The car looks good as new and happy with everything. Thank you Brightwood team.

Although I chose to take my vehicle to a different collision repair shop due to logistical reasons and am unable to testify to the quality of their repairs, I will say that the customer service provided by Ashley was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and brought levity to the inconvenience of having to deal with the aftermath of my auto accident. She was thorough in educating me on the process of using insurance to work with a collision shop as it was my first time going through the process. She gave me the confidence I needed to proceed on my own.

Horrible experience! Taking my vehicle to Brightwood has been a complete nightmare! Please don t waste your time and much less your money at this place! There was little to no communication on my vehicle. I took it in, in November of 2023 and it s April of 2024 and still no response. Joe had such a nasty and rude attitude and simply never did his job. After talking to him multiple times about my concerns he laughed at them each and every time. It always felt like talking to a brick wall! My car was released with the same issue it was brought in with. Joe told me he wasn t going to give me my money back and that I simply had to wait. I finally got ahold of the office manager that thankfully actually did her due diligence and was able to refund me for the job that was never done. Please save yourself from this place.

Through a very frustrating accident experience, the single positive aspect was working with Brightwood Collision. I cannot say enough about how amazing their entire team has been to work with; pleasant, helpful and professional every step of the way. While I hope to never need them again, if I do, they ll be my only call.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was in an unfortunate car accident 3 days before giving birth to my son, Sam. Luckily, everything was fine with myself and with baby, but I really did not want to have to deal with a car accident on top of everything else. With that being said - I'd rather than writing a review, I'd really like to write a huge THANK YOU.Jennifer, Ashley, and Joe -THANK YOU. Thank you for being so courteous and professional during such a trivial and trying time in my life. I know my calls every single day asking when my car would be ready must have been a lot for you all. However, every single phone call was handled professionally, delicately, and with care and compassion. It was truly remarkable to see you all do everything you could to get my car back in a time of the Chrysler strike. In fact, just writing this is bringing tears to my eyes. I fully intend to continue using Brightwood Collision Center should anything further happen to my current car or any further cars.For anyone who takes the time to read this review, I hope I have made it abundantly clear that I would recommend Brightwood 10 out of 10 times.Thank you from myself and Sam!

I got my back bumper (BMW 320i) replaced here through GEICO and everything was smooth and professional. My car looks great! Jennifer at the front desk is super easy to talk to and keeps you updated through most of the process.

QC - Quality Control and Quality Communications. MySUV was swiped while parked and both doors on the drivers side were damaged. The Brightwood team, provided excellent communication, service, and quality workmanship! This collision place was awesome! The customer service was excellent, they were very patient with me when it came to asking about details on my vehicle. And they worked very quickly on getting me my vehicle back and keeping me updated! I want to say the receptionist name was Jennifer I'm not positive but she was great and super helpful. Second time dropping off my vehicle here and they always do a great job!Geico closed up my claim on a Friday before I could pick up my car (which means my rental period was over) and the manager came in on a Friday when they are normally closed to help me get my car back!Any place that goes above like this will ALWAYS get 5 stars from me!Also all the work they have done has been 10/10 and they do a great job of keeping you informed through the whole process.Brightwood is a breath of fresh air when it comes to a collision center!

Took my pickup into Brightwood to have a dent on the right front fender repaired. Got a quote which seemed reasonable. Agreed to have them do the work. I assumed that when I picked up the truck that it would have been a professional job and indeed it was. What I didn't expect was the way they delivered it to me. It was very clean and buffed and shiny and looked so much better than before. The inside had been vacuumed as well. I didn't quite expect that but it was very nice the way it was delivered to me. Audra and Joe were great to work with on a minor dent to the rear fender of my new car. Work quality and communications was great. They scheduled me in within a week and took a little over a week to complete the work on fender, wheel flare, and bumper cover.I am pretty picky being from an autobody family. Had a great Experience here, 5 stars! I have a 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid that had a Broken/Damaged Headlamp and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately on my model Toyota the entire front bumper has to be removed in order to take the old headlamp out. So it is not an easy fix. I missed my appointment at another body shop that was going to charge me 150-300 labor to install it. ( I had bought the Headlamp already and only needed someone to install it) So I called Brightwood Collision Center because it was close to my location. I asked for an estimate to install the headlamp and I was connected to Jim who is the new owner. He told me to just come by and he would INSTALL IT FOR FREE! Honestly I was so surprised and a bit skeptical. I drove over to the shop and I met the owner and he asked for my keys. About 45min-1hr later my new headlamp was installed and it LOOKED PERFECT!!! I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing... True to his word! Thank you so much Jim, I hope others will give you business as I will in the future.J.D.Service: Body & Trim

I think the communication was poor. I understand that it takes time for parts to arrive. But some basic communication of how much time its gonna take for the vehicle to be ready is essential.After going back and forth on when its gonna be ready, when I do finally get there, no one even offered to walk the car with me considering the damage. I had to ask for this.And to top it off, frank ends with a "thank you so much for your business". While I understand this is a business transaction, you gotta understand someone was in an accident here and they do not wish to bring their car to any collision center.Not very professional in my opinion.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
