I'm sold. I walked in, Henry came to the front desk and promptly proceeded to get my Chrysler in for a extremely needed alignment. Great customer service, quick and efficient. Not only did I not have an appointment, but I also came in roughly 2 hours before closing, on a Friday no less. Even though I'm sure everyone working wanted nothing more than to start their weekend, I was delivered excellent customer service and a vehicle that drives much better than before. Much appreciation to Danny for explaining everything needed for my car etc. Thanks guys, highly recommend

I came in to get my A/C system looked at and fully replaced. I came in September 2023 initially to get my A/C checked (even then they were very helpful) and I came in now to finally get my A/C fixed. Henry was extremely helpful and nice, so was the rest of the staff that I spoke with regarding my A/C replacement. They really tried to keep the price of the A/C replacement as close to the initial quote as possible (even though the initial quote was from several months ago) and they did! My A/C now works perfectly! I would definitely come back to get any other car services I would need in the future!

THESE GENTLEMEN ARE THE SQUAD FOR GREAT SERVICE AND HONEST WORK. From the phone call to coming in person these men show complete professionalism and are straight up from the jump. I went to the brakes plus in ahwatukee to replace my wheel bearings and they broke my brake pad hard wear and did a poor job. I then took it here to the brakes plus in Tempe on university and they replaced my bearings and the parts that were broken and more. Wonderful customer experience and complementary. I highly recommend going here. They did great work!!

My rear brakes started grinding on me a few weeks ago the day I was supposed to be heading out on a road trip. I called early in the morning that day praying it could get taken care of quickly and just wow the team got me in and got the job done incredibly fast. I think it took around 2 hours. I could not be more thankful for these guys. They did an excellent job and I was on the road in time for the long weekend. Thank you!!!

I have taken my car here for general servicing several times, each time I had a great experience and saved money as opposed to going to the dealership. Danny is especially helpful in explaining servicing options and pricing.

Decided to take my car to a different location due to no one helping me for a good while when an employee was in the lobby having a personal chat, which was fine. However, when you look in the maintenance bay, employees sitting around and still did not get help for a good while. I've done business when them before and I believe new management because when I talked to the manager, he did not care about his customer service. Needs better management!!!!

Went here because I needed new brakes on a 2010 Corolla. They found other issues and fixed that before even touching the brakes (which it was something that needed equipment not everyone has in their garage to fix so no problem) They quoted me $700 to do all 4 brakes. I said no thank you and bought my own parts and took my car to a mechanic friend of mine where he did it in 2 hours and I had to force him to take my money lol. The people there are professional, nice, helpful and up front with what they do and they do a good job at what they do. But they ll bill you for double the time it actually takes. Also it seemed a little sus how they diagnosed the condition of my brakes, when the next day my friend had difficulty taking off the rear tires due to rust. Why were they so hard to take off if yesterday brakes plus said they looked at my rear brakes? Isnt that something you need to take a tire off to do? Idk maybe I m wrong, but just seemed sus. If you have the money and need a job done quick and right, go ahead and use them. But if you have time and wanna save a few bucks, shop elsewhere.

I called about an oil change. The guy on the phone wouldn't give me a quote until I provided my name and vehicle. Afterwards he still wouldn't give me an accurate quote, citing varying charges for oil disposal fees. Very scammy vibes. Reputable shops will take used oil and dispose it as a public service.

I want to thank Danny and his amazing team for fixing my car, thank you for taking your time to do the job right and putting me back on the road. Great people, great ethics and I am coming back again for all types of repairs, not only service.
