New store just opened up! The service was wonderful. Came in for a brake replacement. They were willing to work with my budget and providing me with the best solution. Manger and staff were accommodating and diligent. Plus, they re having limited special deals as a new shop, so stop by soon.

Ryan provided excellent service and honesty during my recent visit. He informed me that only my front brake pads needed to be changed, and he didn't try to upsell unnecessary services for the rear brakes. I highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone in need of brake maintenance. They are honest, reliable, and you can trust them to provide accurate quotes for their services.

I came to get my brakes replaced and was not asked to do things I didn t need to do to my car like I typically am when I get my brakes or oil changed. I was quoted double for brakes and rotors at the place I got an oil change from a month ago that was down the road. I was very happy with the honesty and integrity the technicians showed at this location. They weren t just trying to get me to purchase a service and actually told me I could wait a little bit longer to replace my brakes if I wanted to.Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and they were able to finish my car in a couple of hours. Ryan performed my service and kept me informed on the status along the way. Andrew (his name may have been angel, I m unsure) was quick, informative and helpful in the checkout process.I will be back in the future. Excellent value and exceptional customer service here.

My daughter took her car in for oil Change. technician over tightened filter. Blew out gasket manager called me up. Said oil filter housing was broken. Tried to charge me $2600. . Managers name was angel. Never got a response.after I found broken gasket. And called and text himThey will take advantage of people that don't know. Luckily, I was able to tow it to my house in tucson and figure it out..don't trust them.i had to buy new filter and did it myself...luckily

I am visiting from out of state assisting a family member after surgery and my son's car started to make a rattling sound. Brakes Plus got me in right away and within 30 minutes advised what the issue and cost to repair would be. They arranged for a Lyft to/from my condo. Being from out of state and caring for a family member, I appreciated the prompt and going the extra mile service. The staff was professional and informative, they finished my repairs on time. Definitely recommend!

Was helped by Angel Acedo and he couldn t have been more kind and helpful! Went in thinking one thing was wrong and he ended up saving me a lot of time and money! I really appreciated his honestly and he never once tried to convince me to buy something I didn t need. Amazing communication; was great with calling and giving updates! 10/10 would recommend, I will be returning in the future!

I have never had a bad experience at any Brakes Plus in my years I have been going there. Location to location they exceed my expectations no matter which car I bring to them! This location in particular was quick and efficient at accommodating me for a same day oil change and tire rotation. Alongside this their stellar customer services made my experience phenomenal and my car ready to road trip! Will be back for my next oil change!

I was very impressed with the way Ryan and the mechanic who came out and talked to me handled the whole situation. Came in with a serious issue and within about 30 mins it was diagnosed with 3 different leaks, which I was aware of. The honesty and transparency really made me feel like I made the right decision and my old Chevy is already driving better. Thanks again guys.

I felt I needed a 2nd opinion from what the dealer said I needed. I had initial contact with Ryan and I let him know what the dealer service said I needed, which was a lot. He collaborated with Tanner and it did need several things, but not all of them. They included all coupons and got me the best deal. I found once I left that day that my front light was out. Angel then had me come in & he fixed it quickly. I would recommend these guys hands down. They're honest and won't steer you wrong

THEY WILL TRY TO HUSTLE YOU! I went in for a small repair and they ran their free "inspection" that took 35 minutes and came out with a 1.1k estimate which I said I was going to get a second opinion on and then they came out with a 2.6k recommended services. I was there for an hour with no repairs done. I got a second opinion that day and a majority of the repairs they recommended the other mechanic showed me on my car that there was no need for those repairs and that many of the recommended were completely made up. The repair was about $200 that was needed.

Everyone I interacted with in the shop was extremely friendly. But more than that they were very up front and honest about their pricing and what needed to be done. They didn t try to upsell and tell us there was a problem when there wasn t one. My wife had asked for a full service on her brakes but the recommended a MUCH cheaper option because the whole brake service wasn t necessary. Every mechanic in the building had a smile on their face and their honestly and great customer service is the reason I will only be coming to this shop for all my needs going forward. Thank you Ryan and angel for your help and keeping a bit of honestly in an otherwise dishonest industry.

Took the car in to get several minor things done in my car, and Ryan and Terry took care of them quickly! They were very knowledgeable and Ryan even gave me some good tips that I could use unrelated to any service that they were providing! Glad I found this Brakes Plus location, highly recommend!

Had an oil change & found out I needed my belt changed, and air filter. Angel helped us out and he was so kind, gave us an estimate which was very reasonably priced. 10/10 would come back, Angel and the rest of the crew have a great customer service attitude. Great service from all employees!!

Angel helped me out today. He was very informative and made me feel welcome to the business immediately. Got my oil changed, and a brake appointment set up for a much lower price than I had to pay at other places. Highly recommend and I will be back!

The best service I ve ever gotten at a car repair shop. By a million. Angel took such good care of me and genuinely wanted to make sure my car left better than it came. He wasn t pushy, he kept me updated every step of the way and even helped me understand every repair. I will not be going anywhere except Brakes Plus for future repairs! Moms and dads, if you have daughters, send them here! You can trust Angel at Brakes Plus.

Hands down best experience I ve had getting my car taken care of. Angel and Tanner are the best!! They had great energy and took amazing care of me from the moment I walked in the door. Very accommodating. Very efficient. I could feel they genuinely care about me as a customer! I would recommend this location over any of the others. So, if there is one review you listen to let it be this one! Can t say enough kind things about this crew. Thank you guys again!!

The whole team was great to me. They got all the repair work done very quickly and gave me all the coupons they possibly could to bring the price down. Tanner and Ryan took good care of my car and helped me understand everything they were doing to improve my vehicle s performance. I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by how thorough the inspection was, and I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

This is by FAR the best Brakes Plus in the greater phoenix area!!! Tanner Smith the General Manager and Ryan the service advisor were amazing! They were straight forward and extremely helpful! These guys will do right by you and won t oversell!

Angel & the crew at Brakes Plus have done right by me in a pinch several times and they re running a trustworthy, dependable shop that ll get the job done right the first time. I had so much going on in life and these guys hustled to get my car in and out as quickly as possible, and even though they were about to close they got my job done and got me in my way.

Angel and Tanner are absolute freaking studs!! I came in here by myself as a college student to get my car checked before a road trip (clearly knowing nothing ab cars) and was partially expecting them to try to upsell me or rip me off could not be further from the truth!! They were SO nice, super fast and helpful and even explained things in a simple way for me to understand and they did everything for FREE!! Such an easy transparent process. Highly highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Brakes Plus. I had some screeching noises going on with my vehicle and it happened to be the brakes and rotors. They were able to assess the situation and got me in quick without an appointment and without trying to sell extra things to me. I often experience that with other places and I did not experience that here. I definitely recommend Brakes Plus to anyone looking to get their brakes serviced! 10/10 thank you to Tanner for assisting me as well as a few other gentlemen! You won t regret it :)

We stopped in after having an unexpected horrible sound coming from the rear brake. The manager got us back on the road safely, they took excellent care of the car and didn t take advantage of the situation. I will definitely bring future work needed here.

As a female, I've experienced multiple occasions where I'd later find out paid too much for a repair, and often was upsold into getting unnecessary repairs that didn't really need to be addressed at that time. I was having a lot of anxiety about going alone to get my brakes repaired. I'm writing this to tell you, do NOT worry about that here!! Angel was FANTASTIC from start to finish! I was taken in right away. The quality of their work is top-notch and completed faster than the estimated time frame. Everyone was friendly, and the total cost was so much lower than I anticipated. This Brakes Plus location has restored my faith in car repair businesses by acting with integrity. I will ALWAYS come back here!!

I had been hearing a lot of squeaking and thumping coming from my brakes for awhile and while driving from California it got worse. So I called Brakes Plus this morning and the costumer service was amazing. I highly recommend asking for Angel when there he even brought me into the shop floor and showed me exactly what was wrong and the ways they fixed it. It only took them an hour and half to have all my brakes and rotors fixed! Stupendous service and excellent experience highly recommend going to them for any vehicle needs you may have!

Fantastic experience, the staff were well experienced and provided great knowledge about my car. Tanner provided me with a visual diagram of the issues and made it really easy to understand. Not to mention, planning appointments with them was not difficult at all. If you need repairs on your car, go visit this store they will hook you up.

Angel and the team were extremely helpful and kind. I was just about to buy a used car and they found some major issues and saved me. Definitely coming back for anything I may need in the future. (also this is the first time I ve done a Google Review so just shows how great they were)
