Chandler was the best salesman EVER! All people working there were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and helpful and not like the usual pushy sales. Very relaxed and I got exactly what I wanted. Honest and friendly!!

I had a hassle-free, wonderful experience here and would recommend Bill Luke Tempe to anyone. Jacob (and Tommy on the finance side) could not have been kinder and more willing to help find the best car for me. After my former car decided it was its time while on my way to school, my situation was a little time sensitive (didn t want to waste money on rentals to get to class!) and trickier; however, they understood and respected my circumstances and I am so grateful to have found this place! There were no signs of the stereotypes one might think of when it comes to car sales. When I feel like another upgrade or a change in a few years post-school, I will definitely return and will suggest it to all of my friends/family.

Sometimes walking on a dealership is a bit dreadful. We had been put through the wringer at a couple other lots. NOT at Bill Luke. We were greeted by Marcus in a friendly, professional manner. Marcus is main goal was to simply help us. He was polite and courteous. Something you don t see a lot from many car folks.which is why we bought our call from him. We left to think things over, with no pressure. Came back and bought the car.thank you Marcus we enjoyed working with you!! And we love the car.

Efficient and friendly service with a smile! This is what customer service SHOULD be! Everyone I had the pleasure of working with worked together as a team, instead of the every man for himself I've seen at so many auto sales groups! What a refreshing experience! James was great, and Sarah and Eli didn't hesitate to put me in his hands. Very happy with my car and my experience. I expect to cone back here for many more cars over the years.

Have now bought 2 cars from Bill Luke. They have been great both times. Steve Brotherton was my most recent salesman and he was very helpful and not pushy. Adam the manager was great getting me the best financing rate possible too! Would definitely recommend!

Honest and haggle free!!This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. TIM JONES was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. Tim did NOT try to "sell" me on any additional optional items, he did not push a warranty as the car still had an active one. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. Thanks TIM!!

I cant express how easy Chandler and Alex from Bill Luke Tempe made my car buying process. I found a car online at 7:30pm on a weeknight. I put in an online inquiry and immediately Alex reached out to get me on the schedule. I went the very next day and test drove the vehicle with Chandler who was awesome and very easy going. He answered all of my questions honestly and was very friendly with the entire process. I went back to finish my work day and decided to proceed with the vehicle purchase but chandler was in the background getting all the paperwork ready to make the final process as quick and efficient as possible. I had keys in hand and drove off the lot by 6:30pm that very day. Chandler, Bill Luke and all of their associates made it a breeze to buy my car all within a 23 hour time frame. I cant thank them enough and would definitely Recommend any and everyone to shop for their car needs at Bill Luke Tempe! Thanks Team!

My sales rep at Bill Luke Tempe, James Stephens, was knowledgeable, considerate and made my car buying experience less stressful. James walked me through each step in the process and even pointed out some markings left on my windshield which they could not remove. He is arranging for a new windshield to be installed at my convenience. Highly recommend you ask for him if you are looking for a new or used car.

Excellent buying experience. I must admit I can be very hard on car sales people that are not professional, pushy and just looking to sell another car.That being said we found a vehicle online located at Bill Luke Tempe - Alfa Romeo & Fiat. When we arrived at the dealership to look at it we were warmly greeted by James Stephens, a very nice, knowledgeable and helpful sales person. We called ahead and James had the car pulled up to the front of the store, unlocked and ready for us to preview. Even through it was not an Alfa Romeo or Fiat he had a lot of knowledge about the 2021 Lexus RX450h F-sport. The car was very clean and in my opinion properly prepared to be presented for sale.We did buy the car because it was in excellent condition and the final price was fair for both us and the dealership. We never felt intimidated, insulted or mislead by James or the sales manager during the negotiation and buying process. They were both respectful at all times and at no point did we feel pressured to buy.The finance manager was also very professional. He did a great job explaining everything and did not pressure us to buy extra warranties or any other add-on products or services. That being said we did buy the extended warranty program offered.In all it was a delightful and fun purchasing experience and that s what buying a car should be.

Marcus Roe was very helpful. They had an amazingly priced 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid that was basically brand new with low miles and the process was smooth and simple. Thank to everyone at Bill Luke Tempe for the great experience. Marcus took note of every question I had and provided all the knowledge I needed to make this big purchase with my mind at ease.

Easiest Car buying experience of my life. No games straight to the point. Worked with Robert Turner and would go back to him for all my car needs. He knew everything about my truck, was an absolute pleasure to talk to and go on a test drive with. 5 stars isn t enough for this guy ( and I m a tough critic).

I already went here for service, but yesterday I went to check out a vehicle I saw on their site. Of course I had no intention of buying a vehicle, but it was too good to pass up. My sales rep, Robert was amazing and was very knowledgeable. They have a great team!

Buying a car from here was great. I was planning on getting a new car and trading in my current car, which I purchased here, but their service department is so bad and off-putting that I won't be coming here again. They make you sign things without telling you the cost or if anything is under warranty. So you have to be really careful. Basically, I was told it was my fault for not asking, and that's its on me. Which is very true, which is why I won't be back.

Timothy is polite, straight to the point and very respectful. Test drive was fun, i got to test the brakes and acceleration and try the features within the vehicle. We we're brought waters and amenities were provided.

I made a purchase of vehicle with 2 warranties- called bumper to bumper and maintenance and sure enough am ripped off by dealership being so called - the best. Watch out for it. It is just a pretty picture. Neither warranty covers brake pads but who cares- I am to send or last money being arranged for it. I don t think so. You go to dealership- you watch out for legal scam or rep off.Just have the vehicle for over 2 monthsWhen I did the review my car was in Alfa Romeo - Bill Luke dealership service center for brake pads check but this is not all: the manager by name Dan informed me back brake pads needed to be replaced and charge for it would be around $600.00 while I have 2 warranties and none covers brake pads . Check this out : I have bunch of junk stations on radio but I don t have GPS. Not just that but Dan (service manager) - I was told, asked me to sign a form seing that vehicle is not safe to drive because brake pads are bad when I went to pick up the vehicle. By signing this form bill luke will not be responsible if think gets worse with my vehicle. I DO NOT believe this.Proud to be a WOMENSadmira Bekric(birth name) or Sarina Starfish (legal name)

This morning i woke up feeling undecided about heading to Bill Lukes in Tempe,Az since for the past couple of days of looking at cars in Tucson,az was not a success. But when i spoke with sarah she convinced me to head out and take a look at a particular car that had catch my eye on there website when i got there me and my family got greeted of coarse by a salesman they welcomed us and I asked for sarah she then came and greeted us and told us that Steve Brotherton was going to take care of us, and boy did he!!! If yall are looking for a good car sales man who is patient,kind, is not aggresive or pushy like most of the salesman are, I suggest to go to Bill Lukes Tempe and ask for Steve Brotherton by far the best experience in purchasing a car! I never felt pressured by him he was very straight foward explained to us in detailed everything and was such a kindhearted person made us feel so welcome by far such an amazing experience because of Steve!!!
