Kelsey & Trevor along with the rest of the Big O Team are a great group of professional employees that strive to provide the best customer service to their customers. I reached out to the Big OTeam on performing some axle work on my Blazer that was customized. From the moment I reached out to the team. Kelsey & Trevor were going above and beyond to find the parts needed in order to get my Blazer up and running. I have already recommended the team at Big O Tires and look forward to doing business with them in the future for my automotive needs. Thank you!

Courtney and Krystal were absolutely a pleasure to work with. My wife and I brought our brand new Bronco and F150 to them to get off-road tires. We ended up having them install the lifts I purchased as well as put a new set of tires on each of them. They both came out better than we could have expected. Would highly recommend the service and communication at this location.

Great experience replacing my travel trailer tires. They needed to special order them. Krystal was so great helping with the order and notifying me when they were in stock. Steve was the technician and he did a fantastic job and they even detailed the tires before I picked it up as well. Best service I've had at any tire place in 35 years. Highly reccomend this Big O location.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon with a punctured tire, that Pep Boys told me I needed to buy 4 new tires. Big O Tires not only fixed it, but quickly and at a fair price. They had much smarter mechanics there then anywhere else. The ladies up front were awesome! Thanks again. We got back to CO with no problems.

Top shelf garage. Friendly, professional and reliable. My Nissan Frontier needed good tires and they delivered. A year later I drove over some nails and when I brought my truck in they took care of it immediately and on the house. Customer service like that is rare. Thank you Courtney and Krystal. Total pros

I've been coming here for 3 years and I will not go anywhere else for tires. Big o always has the best high quality tires for a fair price. Everyone that works there is efficient, have great customer service always make things hassle free. I've never experienced a bad moment here. Thanks for always being the best

Having had many years of Experience in the automotive repair business, it s not easy for me to take my personal vehicles elsewhere for service and repair. They were friendly knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. If I owned a shop these days, I would want them working for me. Pricing was more than reasonable. They were clean and efficient and even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was 100% satisfied thank you Big O tires.

My low tire air warning came on as I was passing this place so I pulled in. They checked my air pressure quickly and found a nail too close to the sidewall to be repairable. They were informative and helpful. When I decided to replace the tire immediately they were quick and helpful. The wsiting area was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come here agsin in the future.

My recent experience with Big O Tires left me feeling disappointed. Initially, I was drawn to their location due to its proximity to my job, and my first interaction with Colby seemed promising. He presented himself as a friendly and honest individual, emphasizing that his aim was to make money, not take it, which initially instilled a sense of trust in me.Colby assisted me in selecting the tires I needed and quoted a price of $129 plus change for the deposit for 3 tires. He also mentioned a 25% restocking fee in case of cancellation, which seemed reasonable at the time. What he failed to mention, both verbally and on the receipt, was that this fee applied per tire, not to the total order.When circumstances led me to cancel my order and opt for a better financial option elsewhere, Colby's demeanor took a sharp turn. Suddenly, my deposit of $129 plus change was deemed non-refundable, contradicting both what was initially explained and what the receipt indicated. Math example: (25% of 130 = $32.5, 32.5X 3 tires = 97.5, 130-97.5=$32.5 remaining of the deposit to be paid to me). Even if we used his math, they still owe me money. I don t even need this money. I am just showing you the dishonesty.Despite my attempt to reason with him, Colby denied the terms outlined on the receipt. This abrupt shift in behavior was disheartening, especially considering I had intended to commend him to his supervisor for his initial helpfulness and friendliness. It became evident that his actions were merely a facade to secure a sale, rather than genuine customer care.As someone who values transparency and integrity in business transactions, I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from similar disappointments. If you find yourself considering Big O Tires, I urge you to proceed with caution, especially if you're on a tight budget. Keep in mind that even receipts may not guarantee adherence to agreed-upon terms. I am a doctor and losing $129 isn t crucial, but it could burden others. In light of my experience, I would strongly advise seeking service elsewhere where honesty and integrity are paramount.

The staff at this location went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did I get an amazing deal on 4 new tires and take the time to show me exactly what else was wrong with my vehicle, but they assisted me with getting approved for financing so I can drive on the road safely. They have found a new loyal customer! Thank you!

All the guys at this location went above and beyond to help my daughter with new tires for a used car we just bought, and Steven even helped her set up the blue tooth system that we hadn t been able to figure out. Great service and friendly people!

Don t bother scheduling an appointment, because they still won t start your car until an hour later. I scheduled an appointment as soon as they opened at 7 am. They have like 5 workers and no customers were there. It had been an hour and they still didn t start my car. I had to leave for work.

I can t say enough great things about Big O! As someone who has had 6 nails/screws in my tires in the last 9 months, I m constantly in need of tire repair. They squeeze me in every time, never try to upsell me, and are always so pleasant to interact with. Friendly service and open on Sundays, how can you beat that??

Big O Tires Review @ Elliot and McClintockMany thanks to Ms. Hernandez and her team for repairing my Jeep Grand Cherokee tire. An experience so much better than what I had with the sharks at DT down the street. The best thing was Big O Tires didn t try to scam this old guy into a sale for four new tires like the DT predators did earlier in the day. I highly recommend Big O Tires.

The Elliot/McClintock location is my store of choice. They are all so friendly and helpful from Krystal, Courtney and anyone else I've come in contact with. Car stuff can be a pain, but somehow, it doesn't seem that way with them.

Krystal, Courtney and all the folks at Big O on Elliot (right off of McClintock) were excellent. Krystal made sure I understood exactly what was needed and took the time to explain my options as far as Oil Packages as well as tires and the financing options available. She was very patient with me and even when one of the finance sites went down she was resourceful and found an alternate option and still got me back on the road. They did amazing work and have a very clean facility. I would refer anyone who needs service for their vehicle to Big O on Elliot.

Friendly staff. Took the time to properly address my low tire pressure sensor issue, tire rotation and alignment but was still done rather quickly as well.

I bought 4 tires on sale. Girl sold me other services I did not want or ask for. Then they got something all over my rims that they could not get off. Told me they had to order a cleaner and would call me when it came in. I called two or three times asking for manager and each time was told they were not in. They never took care of the rims and charged me almost $700 when it was buy one get one free. Will never use them.
