Great Service, very helpful and I couldn't be happier with the speed and quality of service they provided. They were able to get the tires I needed delivered to the shop and installed in under 2 hours. Would very much recommend them.

It was about half an hour before they closed when I arrived & they were polite, understanding, & got my tire repaired immediately. Very happy with their service & attitudes.

I don't usually make reviews on anything. But when a service is consistently operating at below poor standards, you have to sat something.I have zero clue why I trusted this place a 3rd time when the 1st two times I waited over 3 hours for simple things like oil changes ect.And the docks are empty and guys are standing around. I took my keys back and went next door to JIFFY LUBE. I DROVE STR8 INTO AN OIL CHANGE.

Funny how businesses act friendly the first time, but when you come back for their self-proclaimed high ratings, 6 so much. Went for a tire rotation when I bought a set of 4 tires in October. Every other big o tire I've purchased from includes free tire rotations. Well, apparently, this location does not. You have to buy a protection plan for rotations. Figured I go out of the way for their friendly service, but I'll stick with my preferred big o location that is happy to help me.Maybe it's just me, but hopefully, you are treated better.All of my concerns were not addressed. Waste of a day off.

Please be Super Careful to take your vehicle to this location. I took it to get 4 new tires, alignment and front brakes and this is what I got in return. BIG O TIRES didn't secure both back tires and the tech was driving. A totaled 2019 Nissan Frontier that I use to take care of our Veteran Community. We are now struggling to help Veterans with food boxes, clothes, appliances and furniture to just name a few things we help with. The owner at the scene of the accident quoted that he would take care of it. Boy was he wrong. I called him to ask what he could do to take care of the situation, and all he did was laugh. I am very upset and my PTSD and TBI is through the roof. Being a Disabled Veteran and trying to help our Veterans has really been put on hold until this issue is resolved. Please Please be careful!!

These men were truly amazing i could not be more satisfied. Best experience ive had getting my oil changed !! It was a very reasonable price and they were nothing but kind , reassuring , respectful and explained everything so I understood what was happening . And my favorite part witty even joked around . If an oil change or anything is needed these guys are the ones they will handle your car with care and make sure you leave happy . Thank you gentlemen . Sincerely the fake chiefs fan ( go cowboys )

Had a slow leak in my tire. Pulled into big old tires right when they opened up on a Saturday morning at 7 AM. They got me taken care of in 30 minutes. Great pricing and great staff definitely recommend.

If i could give a zero i would. Do not deal with big o and let me tell you why.I took my vehicle in for an alternator on 02/03/24. I received a call saying my water pump is leaking and need replaced. So i agreed. I got my car back on 02/05/24 and noticed an issue.My engine fan was running all the time and would roar when leaving a red light or driving down the expressway. I called Big O and told them what i was hearing. The technician said that this is a normal sound for a truck even tho i have never heard it on a truck unless it was really hot outside.So another week of the roaring i take it to the dealership who checks it out and says that the fan clutch has failed and needs to be taken back to whomever put the new parts on.Now i made an appointment with Big O to have it looked at. I arrived at 8 and the person at the desk who was the same person when i brought it in acted like he could careless that i was there and barley spoke to me. I didnt get a call back like before saying my car was ready i received a text message at 10:30. I went to pick up my car at 4:30 and again he acted like he could careless and didnt explain anything to me. Just had me sign and handed me my key. I went to my truck and started it and the roaring was still there.I am so disappointed with big o. I was told not to go to them and i should have listen. Almost 3 weeks and my truck isnt fixed. I will tell anyone and everyone i know not to go to big o. I will leave reviews anywhere i can. I wish i would have listened and taken my vehicle elsewhere.

Mike baby face was so nice and took care of me very well. I recommend this place and location to anyone. The other staff was fun and friendly since sometimes we have to wait on our cars. Great pace.

Wrecked my car & told me I did it or it was there. Paint chips & plastic still freshly torn as you can seeHave before & after photos because we were selling it. $900 for inner/outer tie rods & alignment. Curious what s the shop labor rate? Gave me $100 off & possibly caused $1000 in damage. As I pulled out my fender fell off so they had to know. Assuming there s another explanation could have told me so it was flopping around & shocking. Now I couldn t have drove it in that way Will was good before, during but after I was told sorry it wasn t me working on your car which was disappointing because he was extremely impressive up until that last sentence which was final parting phrase to the customer probably better choice of words however I moved it 1 star to 3 star. I get a call of some sort or email I ll update my review. Work on car (tie rods & alignment) is solid so that s a plus

I never write reviews, but the technician I had was very rude. I also asked about the 16.95 oil change deal that was posted on the website after being charged $50 for conventional oil and was told they don t do it here. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I wish I read the reviews before I came. I m seeing a trend.The mechanic was very hesitant when I asked for the test kit used when they did a 22 point inspection. Other Big O Tires have had no issues providing the test kit and a check list which breaks down what the test kit found (metals in fluid, etc), any visual issues, brake pad thickness, alignment status (which wheel was in or out of alignment and by how much, etc). On top of that, one of the things they suggested was a brake pad replacement but I literally just had my brake pads replaced last month!When I asked for the inspection sheet or the test kit results the mechanic just said other places might do it different but this is how we do it. Either you can pay the $900 for the services we suggest or you can take it as is . Wow. Never coming back to this place again. Very shady business.

These guys just quoted me $500 for an alignment... For those of you who do not know, alignments are typically $120-200 at the most! This place will try to rob you blind, be careful.....

The service technicians are fantastic, if you have a question or concerns about your vehicle they're very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fairly reasonable and sometimes you can get a coupon to help with your expenses. And if they don't have the equipment to repair your vehicle they're great about getting it done by a reputable company.I was just here yesterday and I wanted to upload these photos and reach out to you all with an updated review.You might want to remember to bring a coupon for oil change. Otherwise your going to spend about $34.00 for an oil change and it's on a first come first serve basis. Weekends are especially busy.

My Jeep just stopped running. I called a tow company. The driver recommended Big O. I was met in the parking lot, walked to the office, and checked in. The staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, approachable, funny, and made be feel safe. The ongoing contact was exceptional, the service was excellent and I was not oversold. Love those guys. Love that place. Thanks!

Charged me $95 FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! oh wait they gave me $10 off after I questioned the amount. ALMOST $100 FOR AN OIl CHANGE!!!!!! I've NEVER EVER been overcharged SO much. I don't know what's going on with big o tire but OMG!!

They forgot to cap my engine oil filter and now my car is in the dealer now getting this mess cleaned up with an additional oil change and cleaning charges. I would never take my car back to them ever again. Absolutely disappointing.

one of the managers at this location, I believe his name was will was absolutely fantastic, his demeanor. That way he speaks to his customers how efficient he is in what he s doing, I d give all five stars forJust this one employee.

0 stars if I could. Two years ago, I took my WRX in for some tires on a new set of wheels I bought. They damaged two of four wheels during the install but claimed it was there when they did the install. I just took them out of the box. I SWORE to never go back.Fast forward two years. My girlfriend had a tire light on and she stopped by. Had a tire patch done, no big deal. Was right at closing time and they squeezed her in for one. 15 minutes later when she got home she noticed grease stains on her grey fabric interior. (See picture) I decide to stop in on today (Monday July 25th) with the vehicle and the, pathetic excuse of a Supervisor named Peter, denies it all and is huff/puffing the entire time. Saying he can't see it and there's nothing there. Mind you, my girlfriend and I keep our cars very clean. Peter keeps saying he can't see anything on the seats. Either you are extremely blind or just plain stupid.I wasn't asking for a new seat, I wasn't asking for much. I just asked him to clean the seat. Instead he just talks down to us and treats us with such disrespect. I will be paying to have the seat professionally cleaned and then submitting the bill to Big O for a refund. This is absolutely appalling.Two years ago, you guys were a pathetic excuse and nothing has changed.

Website advertised a coupon for oil change price. When I came in, they said the coupon was not for synthetic oil changes. I needed an oil change so had it done, even though it was very expensive.When I got home, we called back with a reminder that the coupon said it DOES include synthetic oil and they then said their location was not participating. However, upon inspection of the website, it says this location was indeed a participating location for the coupon.Not only do we feel like we were lied to twice, but we feel completely ripped off since the price I ended up being quoted and paying was MORE than the dealership charges for an oil change.We will never return to Big O Tires, and we will advise anyone else to avoid this dishonest franchise as well.

Absolutely the best experience I've had with an auto repair biz since 1982! Honest, on time, great prices and the NICEST customer service. Went for one flat and ended up getting two car's repaired. Thank you James, Will, Peter and the Big O TEAM.

Big O Tires Tempe location on Broadway and Rural has taken care of 3 cars I ve owned over several years of going there. Just recently I brought in my 4Runner and they patched my tire for FREE because of the warranty. They are the friendliest and most knowledgeable guys around and don t make me feel stupid for being a grown man incapable of basic car maintenance. I love these guys and would recommend anyone to go here !!

They noticed that I had a Veteran plate on my SS Camaro during the oil change. I was completely taken back when I went to pay for the service. The Manager (sorry forgot his name) said thank you for your service, this one's on us.. I have been a vet for quite a while now, and I have never been shown that kind of respect from not only the shop manager, but everyone there. So, I thank you!

This Big O shop is the only one worth going too. Entire staff, especially the manager, really go above and beyond.
